Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontribusi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam mendukung pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs), khususnya tujuan pertama yaitu pengentasan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis sistematis terhadap berbagai sumber jurnal nasional terakreditasi dan jurnal internasional bereputasi yang relevan dalam kurun waktu 2015 hingga 2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa PKH memberikan dampak positif terhadap penurunan angka kemiskinan ekstrem, peningkatan akses masyarakat miskin terhadap layanan pendidikan dan kesehatan, serta penguatan ketahanan sosial dan ekonomi rumah tangga penerima manfaat. Selain itu, implementasi PKH dinilai selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan, terutama dalam aspek keadilan sosial, inklusi, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa program bantuan sosial bersyarat seperti PKH merupakan instrumen penting dalam strategi pembangunan nasional yang berorientasi pada pencapaian SDGs, serta perlu terus diperkuat melalui perbaikan mekanisme pelaksanaan dan koordinasi antar lembaga terkait.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of Instagram posts from the @Inspirasikristen_ account on religious motivation based on the aspects of Frequency, Intensity, and Message Content. The aim of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of social media, specifically Instagram, through the @Inspirasikristen account, on the religious motivation of its followers.The approach used is quantitative with a causal method based on the philosophy of positivism. The theory used is the Uses and Effects theory by Sven Windahl. The population of this research is the followers of the @Inpirasikristen account, with the sample size determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 100 respondents. The research results indicate that the religious motivation of followers of the @Inspiraskristen_ account has an influence of 44.4%, with the remainder influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Research purposes This study was motivated by the low motivation of students to learn Economics which has an impact on the achievement of learning outcomes that are not optimal. Low active participation, lack of interest in the material, and disinterest in the learning process encourage the need for a more adaptive approach. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in improving student learning motivation in Economics subjects in class XI Regular of SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bengkulu City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of the study consisted of one Economics teacher and 12 class XI Regular students who were selected purposively based on the level of participation and diversity of academic achievement. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of teaching materials. The research instrument was validated through expert judgment by two economics education experts. The data analysis technique used was thematic analysis with triangulation of sources and techniques. The findings showed that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum through project-based learning, differentiation, and diagnostic assessments increased student learning motivation. As many as 73% of students stated that they were more active and responsible in learning, and there was an increase in student activity scores of an average of 18% compared to the previous semester. Teachers play an important role in creating a participatory and relevant learning climate. The conclusion of this study is that the Independent Curriculum is effective in increasing student learning motivation if it is implemented consistently and adjusted to the needs of students.

Abstract

Bawaslu of East Kalimantan Province is the institution responsible for overseeing the implementation of elections within the region. In carrying out this mandate, the support of human resources with adequate discipline, leadership, and performance is essential. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline and leadership on the performance of civil servants at Bawaslu East Kalimantan Province. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, in which data were collected from a number of respondents through a questionnaire instrument. The study population includes all civil servants working at Bawaslu East Kalimantan and stakeholders who receive services from the institution. The sample consisted of 96 individuals, selected using purposive sampling and considered to represent the population proportionally. The research variables include work discipline (X1) and leadership (X2) as independent variables, and performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, with a regression coefficient (β) of 0.310 and a significance level of 0.000. Likewise, leadership also has a positive and significant effect on performance, with a regression coefficient (β) of 0.310 and a significance level of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a clear understanding of student’ learning activities thorough the implementation of the Discovery Learning model at SMAN 06 Bengkulu city. This research employs a descriptive analysis approach, focusing on student’ learning activities in economics lessons using the Discovery Learning model. The research subjects consisted of an economics teacher and 37 students from class X.D. the date were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation.the findings indecate that the implementation of the Discovery Learning model by the economics teacher wa carride out effectively and in accprdance with the model’s procedurl steps. The use of thid model has proven to enhance students’ learning activity and independence. Besed on the activity indicators, improvenments, engagement in independent tasks, probelem-solving activities, emotional involvement and motivation, and time management.

Abstract

The World Health Organization in 2016 reports that every year there are 80% of sufferers of prickly heat (Milliariasis), of which 65% occur in infants and toddlers (Setyowati, 2019). 49.6% of Indonesia's population is at risk for prickly heat (Milliariasis). Most often occur in babies, especially in big cities that are hot and stuffy. The purpose of this study was to implement and improve the writer’s ability to handle midwifery care in 18 months old children "A" with Milliariasis by using a midwifery management approach according to Varney. This research is a case study by using descriptive method, which is a method that is carried out with the main objective of making an objective description or description of a situation and determining attention to certain objects. In the case, the subjective data obtained were that the child had been fussy for 2 days and on the back there were bubbles filled with clear liquid and the arm area looked red. All planned interventions have met the outcome criteria. In this study it can be concluded that not everything that is found in the theoretical concept is found in the case because it depends on the results of the assessment of the disease state, clinical symptoms and facilities and infrastructure in the research area at the time of the assessment. This research is able to add insight to parents who have children about the importance of prevention, treatment and proper handling of toddlers with Milliariasis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using educational video media on improving students’ learning activity in Economics subject at MAN 02 Kepahiang. The background of this research is the low level of student learning activity, characterized by a lack of active participation such as reluctance to ask questions, take notes, and engage in discussions during conventional learning processes.This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The subjects of the study consisted of two classes: class XI-5 as the experimental class using educational video media, and class XI-2 as the control class using conventional learning methods. The instruments used included observation of learning activities and tests (pretest and posttest).The results showed a significant improvement in learning activity in the experimental class. The average pretest score of the experimental class students was 69.2, which increased to 76.3 in the posttest, with the percentage of learning mastery increasing from 24% to 76%. Meanwhile, in the control class, the improvement was not significant, with the average score increasing from 69.7 to 72.8 and the mastery level only reaching 38.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of mixed Indonesian–English language style in TikTok content on the consumption interest of @joviadhigunahunter’s followers. A quantitative method with an explanatory approach was used. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using simple random sampling from a total population of 279,300 followers. Data were collected via a 4-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Pearson Product Moment validity test, Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test, and simple linear regression. The results show that most respondents are aware of and accept the mixed language style, and still find the content easy to understand and enjoyable. However, regression analysis shows a significant negative effect (significance value 0.000 < 0.05; coefficient –1868), indicating that higher use of mixed language style correlates with decreased audience interest. This may be due to potential fatigue or a sense of linguistic exclusivity. While the style can attract attention and foster limited emotional connection, its use should align with audience characteristics. Adaptive communication strategies are needed to keep content relevant and sustain long-term engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence between X1 (Recruitment Strategy), X2 (Selection Process), X3 (Onboarding Program) on Y (Employee Performance). This study is explanatory research to determine the influence between independent variables and dependent variables. The sample in this study amounted to 34 people, taken using the Total Sampling technique. where the entire population became the research sample. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used to see whether or not there is an influence is the Hypothesis test (t Test and F Test) to see the magnitude of the influence the researcher used the Correlation Test. The results of this study are: Recruitment Strategy has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a fairly strong degree of relationship, Selection Process has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a low degree of relationship, Onboarding Program has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a fairly strong degree of relationship and the results of the F test between the Recruitment Strategy, Selection Process and Onboarding Program variables have a significant effect on Y Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan melalui Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian (SIKEP) Mahkamah Agung RI Fitur Presensi Online bagi Hakim dan Aparatur di Pengadilan Militer Tinggi III Surabaya beserta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini adalah pihak – pihak yang terlibat dalam implementasi Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian (SIKEP) Mahkamah Agung RI Fitur Presensi Online di Pengadilan Militer Tinggi III Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti bertindak sebagai instrumen penelitian, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan melalui Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian (SIKEP) Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia Fitur Presensi Online bagi Hakim dan Aparatur di Pengadilan Militer Tinggi III Surabaya sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik walaupun dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan beberapa kendala sehingga diperlukan perbaikan berdasarkan komponen yang harus ada dalam implementasi kebijakan publik menurut H Tachjan (2006) yaitu program, kelompok sasaran, dan unsur pelaksana (implementor). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program presensi online pada SIKEP MA RI telah dijalankan dan dipahami dengan baik oleh seluruh pimpinan dan personil. Kelompok sasaran kebijakan tersebut adalah pimpinan, hakim tinggi, ASN, dan personil TNI. Sedangkan unsur pelaksana adalah Kepala Sub Bagian Kepegawaian dan IT serta PPSPM. Faktor pendukung terdiri dari dukungan pimpinan dan peraturan dan ketersediaan perangkat IT. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah sistem sering eror, sikap malas pegawai, dan sistem presensi online tidak terintegrasi dengan sistem pengajuan tunjangan kinerja.
