Abstract

This study aims to determine the Role of Celebrity Endorsers in influencing Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This study was conducted at the Wardah Beauty Store at Aeon Mall BSD Tangerang Selatan. The method used is an associative research method with a quantitative approach. With the population in this study around 206 consumers, the research sample obtained 67 respondents using the Slovin formula sampling with an error rate of 10%. Data Analysis Methods used for this study are validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, simple linear regression test, determination coefficient test, and Hypothesis Test (t-test) using SPSS 25 calculations. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Celebrity Endorser on Purchasing Decisions with the regression equation Y = 14.054 + 0.567 X can be interpreted that if later Celebrity Endorser increases by 1, then the average value of Purchasing Decisions each month will increase by 0.567 or each Price value by 10, the average value of Purchasing Decisions each month also increases by 5.67. The correlation coefficient value (R) of 0.644 means that there is a Strong relationship between Celebrity Endorser (X) and Purchasing Decisions (Y) and the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.415. This means that Celebrity Endorser influences Purchasing Decisions by 41.5% and the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other variables not studied. The hypothesis test above-obtained t count> t table which is 6.784> 1.673, so it can be said to be positive, this is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.10. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a positive and significant influence between Celebrity Endorser and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Curriculum changes in madrasas are a phenomenon that continues to develop along with the demands of modern education. This study employs a meta-analysis and systematic review methodology to assess the efficacy of curriculum modifications and the factors that affect them. Data were gathered from multiple studies published between 2020 and 2024 utilizing the PRISMA methodology to guarantee transparency and precision in the analysis. The study's findings indicate that modifications to madrasa curricula positively influence student learning outcomes; however, their efficacy is contingent upon teacher preparedness, policy backing, and resource accessibility. Elements such as the leadership of madrasah principals, educational regulations, and infrastructure preparedness contribute to effective implementation. Furthermore, educators encounter obstacles in adapting to the Merdeka Curriculum, which offers flexibility in the learning process. The research underscores the necessity of a more comprehensive implementation strategy, which should include implementing rigorous regulations and providing extensive teacher training to ensure that curriculum changes in madrasas are implemented sustainably and optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of educational psychology in improving the balance between academic achievement and mental well-being of students at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. This study employs a qualitative method with in-depth interviews and observations of students under academic pressure as a means of data collection. According to the study's findings, the main element influencing students' mental health was academic pressure—that which results from deadlines and assignments piling on. In addition, good social relationships, a healthy lifestyle, and guidance and counselling services were also found to play an important role in maintaining this balance. Social support from peers, family, and lecturers helped students cope with academic stress, while a healthy lifestyle supported their mental health. The academic performance of students can be positively influenced by the reduction of anxiety and stress that can be achieved through the provision of effective guidance and counselling services. This investigation underscores the significance of psychological support in maintaining the equilibrium between students' academic performance and mental health.

Abstract

The integration of radiomics and artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized glioma grading by enhancing diagnostic accuracy through the analysis of complex imaging patterns. These techniques leverage radiomic features such as texture, shape, and intensity, analyzed by machine learning and deep learning models, to differentiate low- and high-grade gliomas with over 90% accuracy. However, challenges like the lack of standardized imaging protocols, model generalizability, and interpretability hinder clinical implementation. Potential solutions include multicentric collaborations, external validation, and explainable AI approaches. Future directions focus on combining radiomics with multi-omics data and developing hybrid CNN-Transformer architectures to enable more personalized therapies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the level of risk in disclosure practices and the impact of three board characteristics (director education, board size, and director age) on financial risk disclosure in the banking industry. This research also contributes to the literature by testing the moderating effect of family ownership on the relationship between board characteristics and company risk disclosure, as well as its implications for financial performance. The population in this study consists of banking industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2023, using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 11 companies and a total sample of 88 observation data. The analysis techniques used include multiple regression analysis and MRA testing with SPSS 27 software. The results show that director education, board size, and director age have a positive effect on financial risk disclosure. The study also reveals that the moderating variable of family ownership strengthens the relationship between director education and financial risk disclosure. Conversely, family ownership moderation weakens the relationship between board size, director age, and financial risk disclosure. Furthermore, financial risk disclosure does not affect financial performance

In addition to presenting the information that has been posted on the pages of newspapers, this media is also easy to obtain through mobile sellers or direct subscriptions. However, along with technological developments, newspapers have begun to be abandoned by their readers. People in the modern era have switched to digital news media in the form of a web (online) which can be accessed via a device or computer in real time, easily and quickly. Apart from that, online news is also considered more practical and free. The decline in the newspaper industry has already begun to be felt. National scale newspaper printing editorial office. They have changed their direction into digital media. This is because people's interest in reading news wants to be practical in the digitalization era. Not infrequently, many online media companies are starting to grow and develop ahead of print media. However, the existence of newspapers which have begun to fade on a national scale is not really felt in the print media industry on a local scale in Central Kalimantan. The local people of Central Kalimantan, especially East Kotawaringin Regency (Kotim), are still looking for newspapers as news media in the area. Even though online media is also starting to grow and develop in East Timor, the existence of print media outperforms online media which is also locally based.

Abstract

21st-century   education emphasises the importance of providing students opportunities to foster creative thinking, discover new solutions, and apply concepts to everyday life. One practical approach to encourage creative thinking during lessons is engaging materials or media, such as student worksheets (LKPD). This study aims to develop a mathematics teaching tool, specifically a student worksheet using the canva application based on creative thinking for eighth-grade statistics, which is both valid and practical. This research utilises a Research and Development (R&D) approach, employing the ADDIE model. The ADDIE development model includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data analysis incorporates both qualitative and quantitative data. According to assessments from content and media experts, the developed LKPD was rated valid with an average score of 3.2. Student feedback surveys yielded a score of 3.25 (perfect), while teacher feedback surveys received a score of 3.47 (very good). Overall, the average score from student and teacher feedback was 3.36 (very good), indicating that the LKPD is practical for teaching. The developed student worksheet using the Canva application based on creative thinking for eighth-grade statistics is categorised as valid and practical for educational use.
