<![CDATA[Anemia was detected from laboratory tests with hemoglobin, hematocrit and erythrocyte levels below the reference value. Anemia can be detected with Point of Care Testing method using and is effective for conducting examinations in areas with a relatively small number of health facilities. The type of method used is analytic observation. This community service aims to screen for anemia by knowing hemoglobin and hematocrit levels. The results of the examination showed that from 50 respondents, the average hemoglobin level had a result below the reference value of 12.0 – 17.0 g/dl and the hematocrit value having a result below the reference value of 37-48%. The average hemoglobin value for men is 12.0 g/dl and for women is 11.9 g/dl. The average hematocrit value for both men and women is 35%. %. With anemia screening conducted, the public can find out hemoglobin and hematocrit levels as an effort to prevent anemia]]>

<![CDATA[This work shows an implementation of teaching assistant for natural science module in junior high school (SMP) particularly on electricity and magnetism by using an integrated interaction and implementation from education system, teacher profession, and scientific knowledge in improving SMP students understanding. The first step was to prepare a correct concept of electricity and magnetism via a simple understanding. Secondly, it was the process to approach schools which were the most possible to accept the treatment and benefits. Finally, the series of transformation process of preparation of educational tools as well as teaching style with enjoyable procedure based on local wisdom knowledge were applied. Our results exhibit a promising response from students, class teachers and school principle especially in the quality content of module supported by the attractive simple experimental tools and teaching method with advanced simple knowledge treatment. Therefore, this study suggests a more preparation on more experimental tools and measurement devices to reach the whole students in the classroom effectively]]>

<![CDATA[Kampung chicken farms that are widely available in rural areas are generally traditional. The farmer's intervention in their maintenance is limited to ownership, simple cages and sometimes simple additional feed such as giving kitchen waste. The purpose of this activity is to increase the growth of free-range chickens and utilize local materials such as sago elastin, cassava leaves and earthworms. The target of implementing community service activities is breeders of free-range chicken business partners in Kusu-Kusu Hamlet. The methods used are lectures, discussions and training demonstrations on the processing and application of free-range chicken rations. The results showed that improving the ration with a nutritional composition of 17.83% crude protein, 6.37% crude fiber, 5.91% fat and 2873.012 Kcal metabolic energy could increase the free-range chicken body weight by 618.91 g, which was different than without application of science and technology of 359.00 grams, which is equal to 58.01%.]]>

<![CDATA[The basic and main secondary education are the foundations to teaching English for students. It is, however, inevitable that the geographical factor or a region highly affects the access to sufficient education and infrastructure in terms of teching English. As a response to this necessity, the Teaching Assistance Program, English for Fun, was designed to strengthen the capacities of English teachers. The program focuses on learning vocabularies from descriptive text. The undertaken approach was through Total Physical Response (TPR) methods with songs, games, and pictures. During the implementation at several schools, the students enjoyed these activities. In the end, these activities gave input to the teaching materials made by the team.]]>

<![CDATA[Community Service activities are carried out to improve students’ abilities after applying the Realistic Mathematics Education learning approach at SMP Negeri Maluku Tengah. Subject in this activity were 18 students. The average student pretest results 29,1. These results have increased in the average posttest score which reached 61,94. This means that there is an increase in the score of the prestest to the posttest by 52,9 %. Futhermore, students response to learning that has been carried out by applying the Realistic Mathematics Education approach based on evaluation questionnaires, namely that most students give positive responses and hope that this avtivity will be carried out again in the following years]]>

<![CDATA[Mathematics learning activities at SD Negeri 230 Maluku Tengah is a form of community service activity from a series of Teaching Assistance activities carried out by Pattimura University. From the results of the mathematics learning activities on 28 students in grade 5 and grade 6 at SD Negeri 230 Maluku Tengah, it was found that there was a significant increase from the pre-test results. Where the value of the post-test results is higher than the pre-test results, then according to statistics descriptive there is a difference in the average student learning outcomes before being given training (pre-test) with student learning outcomes after being given training (post-test). The test results with the pair sample test method obtained a significance value (Sig.) of 0.038 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a real difference (significant) in the average between the pre-test and post-test learning outcomes. Apart from that, learning materials raised from the local context also encourage and facilitate students in understanding the process of learning mathematics based on local wisdom]]>

<![CDATA[The tri dharma of higher education consist of teaching, research, and community service elements that must be carried out by faculty members in higher education institutions. Community service provides a platform for faculty members to contribute to society according to their respective areas of expertise. Learning is an activity carried out to achieve the goals of education. One form of the learning process in higher education is the completion of a final project. The community service provided in this case takes the form of a digital-based service, namely a database that provides convenience for students in completing their final project administration services. The community service method used in this case consists of lectures and discussions to socialize the digital system that can be used by students to facilitate the completion of final project administration tasks. Through this activity, data is collected descriptively by describing responses and feedback. The socialization activity carried out in community service has a good response rate with an achievement percentage of 82.33%, thus it can be seen as an alternative to increasing motivation in developing IT knowledge.]]>

<![CDATA[The socialization of mangrove differentiated environmental awareness based on PjBL STEAM aims to produce high-order thinking skills oriented products by implementing them in learning. In addition to producing art products about mangrove plants. This activity was motivated by the teacher's limitations in empowering participants' awareness of differentiated environment because the design and learning patterns were still traditional based on low-level cognitive achievement. On the other hand, teachers are limited to participating in various activities to support the improvement of their performance and profession including information on developing issues related to the environment as well as competencies and skills in teaching students according to the needs of the times. This activity also aims to introduce teachers to ideal pedagogical competencies in line with the demands of globalization, especially in cultivating and training creative thinking skills about environmental issues for elementary education students.]]>

<![CDATA[Evidence and real experience in learning through experimental activities in class have not been fully implemented because science learning is still carried out with an expositoric approach as so far often done by teachers. Pattimura University through a teaching assistance program held in 2022 was also carried out at SMP PGRI 2 Ambon, SMPN 8 Ambon, SMPN 3 Central Maluku and SMPN 37 Central Maluku by implementing experiments in learning the concepts of Electricity, Magnetism, Soil and life sustainability and Biotechnology. In this activity, lecturers act as teachers who teach students, while science subject teachers are in the classroom and carry out the process of observing the implementation of learning to learn the experimental process carried out to later be applied in the teaching and learning process. This activity turned out to provide experience for science teachers in preparing themselves for the learning process in their respective classes. <![CDATA[The implementation of this community service aims to help teachers use technology as a learning medium during Face-to-Face Learning (PTM) and Distance Learning (PJJ) activities at junior high schools in Ambon City, where problems that often occur are related to improving teacher pedagogic competence. The object of this activity is all junior high school teachers of mathematics subjects in Ambon City. The learning process not only provides information from teachers to students, but learning must be prepared properly, one of which is through the provision of interesting learning media and by the times.
