Abstract

Dunia bisnis yang tumbuh dengan pesat menjadi tantangan maupun ancaman bagi para pelaku usaha agar dapat memenangkan persaingan dan mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaannya, dimana kebutuhan hidup masyarakat baik di lihat dari segi kebutuhan primer maupun sekunder tidak dipungkiri lagi telah dipermudah oleh adanya teknologi yang sangat canggih pada zaman sekarang yang yaitu smartphone. Smartphone adalah telepon genggam yang memiliki sistem operasi untuk masyarakat luas, fungsinya tidak hanya untuk SMS dan telepon saja tetapi pengguna dapat dengan bebas menambahkan aplikasi, menambah fungsi-fungsi atau mengubah sesuai keinginan pengguna .Smartphone menjadi suatu produk yang menjadi bagian penting bagi hampir setiap aktivitas manusia di zaman sekarang tidak hanya memudahkan dalam berkomunikasi dengan baik tetapi banyaknya aktivitas lain seperti bersosial media,mencari informasi,berbelanja secara online,bermain game dan lain-lainnya yang sangat dipermudah dengan menggunakan smartphone. Banyaknya tipe smartphone yang bermunculan di zaman sekarang menjadikan konsumen sulit untuk membuat keputuskan pembelian produk smartphone i.Penelitian ini bertujuan untunk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Royal Cell Bima. Dimana penelitian menggunakan asosiatif yaitu untuk mengetahui variable bebas yaitu atribut produk (X1) dan gaya hidup (X2) terhadap variable terikat yaitu keputusan pembelian (Y) dengan Teknik pengambilan Sampel yaitu Purposive Sampling yaitu berdasarkan penentuan sampel yaitu seluruh pembeli dan pelanggan yang pernah berbelanja di Royal Cell Bma yang tidak diketahui pasti jumlahnhya. 1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial atribut produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. nilai hitung sebesar 3,186. 2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian di Royal Cell Bima. Nilai hitung sebesar 3,564. 3). terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan atribut produk dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian di Royal Cell Bima .diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 30,068

Abstract

This article aims to review and seek to inform about the concept of human resource development through electronic human resource management. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded that the recruitment process carried out electronically/online ( e-recruitment ) can help organizations attract more diverse applicants. The choice to move to the e-recruitment model was driven by several organizational objectives, including the need for the following: (a) Increase recruitment efficiency and reduce costs, (b) Increase the quality and quantity of applicants, e-recruiting which enables organizations to easily reach applicants in all corners of the country and even around the world, (c ) Build, communicate and expand brand identity, as means of business promotion that can attract applicants to join the organization, (d) Increase objectivity and standardize recruiting practices, (e) Increase applicant convenience, potential applicants will take advantage of web-based support for the hiring cycle to learn about and find out about the company’s activities, culture and opportunities online.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on the organizational innovation capabilities of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Dharma, Kolaka Regency. This research uses explanatory research using quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques are literature study, distribution of questionnaires. Furthermore, the population in this study was all employees of PDAM Tirta Dharma Kolaka Regency. The sampling technique uses the census method. Testing the research instrument uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the Smart-PLS application. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Climate had a Positive and Significant influence on the Organization's Innovation Capability.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative descriptive method approach. Data collection in this research used observation and questionnaires. The population in this research is consumers who have purchased a Honda Scoopy motorbike at the Kolaka Honda Motorcycle Dealer. The sample in this study amounted to 130 people. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Based on the research results, it is known that (1) There is an insignificant influence between lifestyle on interest in buying a Honda Scoopy motorbike at the Kolaka Motorcycle Sales Dealer; (2) There is an insignificant influence between innovative product design on interest in purchasing Honda Scoopy motorbikes at Kolaka Motorcycle Sales Dealers; (3) There is a positive and significant influence between price perception on interest in buying a Honda Scoopy motorbike at the Kolaka Sales Motorcycle Dealer; and (4) There is a significant influence between lifestyle, innovative product design and price perception on interest in purchasing a Honda Scoopy motorbike at the Kolaka Sales Motorcycle Dealer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect Of Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention (Study on the SLRT Facilitator of the Kolaka Regency Social Service). (2) The Effect Of Work Involvement on Turnover Intention (Study on the SLRT Faciliotator of the Kolaka Regency Social Service). This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this study used observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The population of this study were all facilitators who warked in Kolaka District Social Services. While the sample for this research consisted of 133 facilitators, the sample was determined using census techniques. Testing of research instruments using validity tests and relibility tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysiS technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the Organizational Commitment variable has no effect on Turnover Intention as indicated by a P-Value of 0.104. And the Work Involvement variable has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention as indicated by a p-value of 0.035.

Abstract

Students are a vital component of educational institutions. Each student possesses diverse abilities, making it necessary to provide them with suitable services and teaching methods to help them achieve their potential. Without effective management, students may not be able to reach their full potential. Therefore, it is essential to have effective student management to efficiently oversee all activities related to students and achieve educational objectives.In light of this, the researcher intends to conduct a study with the following objectives: (1) To understand the planning of student development to enhance both academic and non-academic achievements at SMP Negeri 1 Banyuglugur. (2) To comprehend the implementation of student development activities aimed at improving academic and non-academic achievements at SMP Negeri 1 Banyuglugur. (3) To evaluate the execution of student development programs to enhance academic and non-academic achievements at SMP Negeri 1 Banyuglugur Situbondo.This research employs a qualitative approach, enabling the researcher to observe on-site situations in line with the research questions. Data is collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The study's findings can be summarized as follows: (1) Student development planning involves initial-year meetings where various preparations are discussed to support the smooth execution of academic and non-academic activities, ranging from student admissions to graduation. Additionally, expert mentors are assigned to guide students in achieving excellence in both academic and non-academic aspects. (2) Implementation of student development activities: In the academic sphere, these activities occur daily and include identifying students' potential and capabilities, conducting selections, providing motivation, and allocating additional time for development. In contrast, non-academic activities are conducted outside regular class hours, primarily on Fridays. This includes student outreach and selection through various types of tests, admissions, and the creation of special classes tailored to students' interests and talents. (3) Evaluation of student development: In the academic realm, evaluations are conducted every half-semester by subject teachers. In the non-academic domain, evaluations occur once per semester. Evaluation methods include assessing development outcomes, such as practical tests and comparing targets to achievements, as well as involving students in various competitions like competitions.

Abstract

The development of human resources in a company really requires good performance from employees, therefore employees are the benchmark for whether or not the company's goals have been achieved. This research aims to analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Javanese Flowers Permai Kediri. The analytical method in this research is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of this research show that the workload variable partially influences employee performance as evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.001<0.05. Work environment variables partially influence employee performance as evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.004<0.05. The workload and work environment variables simultaneously influence employee performance as proven by the results of the f test with a significance value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how Scarlett Skincare Store patronage is influenced by emotional and experiential marketing strategies. With a sample of 91 clients, the population of this study is all Scarlett Skincare Store patrons. In this study, unintentional sampling is used. Using IBM SPSS 20, multiple linear regression analysis tools (multiple correlation, determination, F test, and t test) were used to conduct a quantitative study of this research. The study's findings demonstrate how consumer psychology, marketing emotions, and experiential marketing affect Indonesia Skincare Store patron loyalty.

Abstract

In Indonesia, furniture industry companies are starting to spread and develop rapidly. The furniture industry is an industry that processes raw materials or semi-finished materials into finished goods. In ever-increasing business competition, companies must be able to manage human resources well. This aims to increase employee work productivity. This research aims to determine the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the Work Environment on employee work productivity at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya Kediri. This research sample consisted of 42 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. This research uses a quantitative type of research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses using SPSS version 25. The results of the research show that the results of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) t test have a partially significant effect on Work Productivity by getting a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment has a partially significant effect on work productivity with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the F test results show that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the Work Environment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee work productivity at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya Kediri with sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Waringin Group Surabaya. This research used a sample of 65 who were permanent employees and employees who had worked for at least one year at Waringin Group Surabaya. Data was collected through literature studies, questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques in this research include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at Waringin Group Surabaya.
