Abstract

The issue of the character of students or the character of this nation is the most important issue for the world of education in the country. The emergence of character education in Indonesia is marked by the decline in the morale of students, in this case the government must participate to improve character education in Indonesia.. Although in essence improving the character of the nation's children is the main task of education. The cultivation of character values is placed in as the core curriculum in the teaching and learning process in schools through Islamic subjects. This article aims to describe the cultivation of character values through Islamic religious education in schools. This study uses qualitative research with a literature study approach by collecting data from several books, journals, and websites. The results showed that character education must be carried out based on the values of religious teachings. Character education should not conflict with religion. Abstract

The quality of Indonesian education is currently very worrying. Changing times have a big impact on the direction of education, the curriculum is expected to be able to respond to these changes so that students can learn in accordance with the direction of changes that occur. The Pancasila student profile is the embodiment of Indonesian students as lifelong learners who have global competence who behave in accordance with Pancasila values. . Of course, to achieve this, students throughout Indonesia need to work together to achieve international quality students with local cultural values. This research uses a descriptive method with the aim of combining information related to the research subject and the behavior of the research subject in a certain era. It is hoped that this activity will give birth to commendable morals in students. By understanding what is read during prayer, it will create solemnity and enjoyment in worship which will radiate praiseworthy qualities in students. Some students are quick to remember and learn things, but on the other hand there are some students who have difficulty understanding and memorizing.

Abstract

In our daily lives, we often find ourselves involved and reliant on scientific knowledge. This branch of knowledge encompasses not only the learning materials related to the theories and concepts of scientists but also includes attitudes and scientific products. Through the teaching of science, teachers can assist students in developing attitudes towards scientific learning through physics education, such as honesty, discipline, precision, objectivity, perseverance, and collaboration with others. Physics teachers play a role in instilling character values in students that need to be cultivated, including religiosity, multicultural spirit, respect for human individuals, justice, empathy for the poor, rational thinking, honesty, discipline, resilience, obedience to laws, and love for the homeland. This article will discuss how physics teachers educate students to have good character by applying science knowledge, attitudes, and products in life.

Abstract

Abstract

This research discusses the role of leadership at MTs Al-Jihad Medan City. The role of leadership is key where a leader is very influential and has a big impact in advancing, developing and making the madrasa institution successful in achieving its stated goals. Leaders have the responsibility and carry out a large mandate to guide and lead the continuity of all activity processes in the agency so that they run smoothly and in accordance with the plans that have been prepared as well as possible. This research uses qualitative research which is descriptive in nature and tends to prioritize analysis. The theoretical basis is used as a guide so that the research focus is in accordance with the facts in the field.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the development of an instructional system to improve the quality of learning in private elementary schools or elementary schools, The method used in this research is a descriptive research method using qualitative. Data was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The development of an instructional system to improve the quality of learning aims to develop an innovative learning system to improve the quality of learning in the school environment. The development methods used include needs analysis, system design, implementation, evaluation and continuous revision. This system is designed to support teacher and student interaction, facilitate technology-based learning, and provide fast feedback. By integrating technology, this system is expected to increase student engagement, improve understanding of concepts, and optimize the teaching and learning process. This research contributes to the development of modern learning models that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of learning in schools.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ilah agar dapat mengetahui informasi bagaimana penerapan reward dan punishment dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, bagaimana meningkatkan motivasi belajar dengan penerapan reward dan punishment serta faktor apa saja yang menghambat dan mendukung reward dan punishment, dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bebagai reword dan punistmen yang digunakan guru agar meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, serta apa saja faktor penghambat dan pendukung dari penerapan reward dan punishment dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SD Negeri 10 Tarung-Tarung Utara.

Abstract

Islamic Junior High School At-Taqwa Surabaya. The research method used is an interview with the Vice Principal for curriculum, and science subject teachers which focuses on the implementation and impact of project-based learning programs on student learning outcomes, student involvement, and innovations made by science subject teachers. The results showed that the project-based learning program at At Taqwa Surabaya Integrated Islamic Junior High School succeeded in arousing students' interest and involvement in the learning process. This program also has a positive impact on students' learning achievement by increasing the value of their skills and understanding through science lessons. Science teachers respond positively to this innovation and feel that project-based learning provides better opportunities for students to develop creativity, problem-solving skills and teamwork, so it can be used as a guideline for other schools that want to develop their learning through project-based learning in their curriculum

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the question items based on the level of difficulty of the questions, the differentiating power of the questions and the function of distractors on the test questions for students at SMA Negeri 1 Rao Utara Class X. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, while the samples were taken from classes IPS 1 and X IPS 2 as many as 200 students. The results obtained from the analysis of 40 items using ITEMAN by analyzing the level of difficulty of each item obtained 15 items that were categorized at the difficult level, 15 items that were categorized at the medium level, and 10 items that were categorized at the easy level. So for this reason, the difficulty level of the questions needs to be lowered or re-evaluated. Furthermore, by analyzing the differentiating power of the test items, results were obtained with 7 questions in the very good category, 17 in the good category, 9 in the fair category and 7 in the poor category. Next, analyzing the function of the distractor, there were three questions that had to be replaced because they did not deceive the students in answering them.

Abstract

The quality of the learning process in the classroom is a determinant of student learning outcomes. Based on observations that teachers in the learning process use conventional learning models which occur more in the form of lectures and giving practice questions. So according to observations, student learning outcomes are still low and have not yet reached the completeness mark. Based on these observations, to improve student learning outcomes in the learning process using the Auditory Intellectual Repetition (AIR) method. Based on the advantages of using the Auditory Intellectual Repetition (AIR) method, namely students are trained to read mathematical concepts carefully, then write them back into notebooks using their own language, these activities can increase students' understanding of the concepts that have been taught. Based on the results students' learning after using the audiotory intellectually repetition method that out of 18 students in class VIII 1 MTs S Kamang Mudik 4 students got scores in the value interval 50≤x<70 which means low category, 2 students in the value interval 70≤x<80 which means t student were in the medium category, and 8 students scored in the value interval 80≤x<90, which means their score was in the high category, and 4 students who scored 90≤x≤100, which means they were in the very high category. After the average score the results 81 students' mathematics learning is converted into the 5 categories above, so the average mathematics learning outcomes for class VIII 1 MTs S YATI Kamang Mudik after being taught using the auditory intellectually repetition model is generally in the high category.
