Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum that integrates local wisdom values ​​to enrich students' learning experiences and support the development of their character and competencies. This research uses a library research approach to develop an Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum based on local wisdom, by collecting and analyzing information from related books and scientific journals. Data collection techniques include identification, collection, classification and content analysis of relevant literature. The collected data was then analyzed descriptively to describe the concept of local wisdom, principles of curriculum development, and examples of implementing PAI based on local wisdom. The results of this analysis are synthesized to form a conceptual framework and produce practical recommendations for relevant curriculum development. The result of this work, namely the development of an Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum based on local wisdom, is a complex effort involving analysis of local needs, intensive training for teachers, as well as the development of relevant and contextual teaching materials. By utilizing interactive learning strategies and collaboration with local communities, this curriculum becomes more relevant and meaningful for students, helping them understand local religious and cultural values. Regular evaluations ensure the effectiveness of the integration of local wisdom, while strong collaboration with community leaders and parents strengthens the relationship between the school and the community. The implication of this effort is to create more meaningful learning, increase students' understanding of religious and cultural values, and empower teachers to create a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.

Abstract

In order to meet the challenges of 21st century learning and develop character education in schools, innovation is needed to realize these educational goals. Therefore, researchers are trying to provide a solution by conducting development research with QR Code-based learning media. The product produced in this research is a QR Code-based Aqidah Akhlak textbook for class XI MA. The subjects in this research were class XI students at MA Mambaul Ulum Megaluh Jombang with a total of 20 students. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires, and documentation. The types of data used by researchers are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data collection instruments used were material expert validation sheets and student questionnaires. Based on the validation of the material expert's assessment results, a score of 53 was found to be appropriate, and from the media expert's assessment, a score of 79 was found to be very appropriate, and from validation of the students' results, a score of 51 was declared to be appropriate. So it can be concluded that the PAI textbook with the QR Code-based Aqidah Morals subject is effective and suitable for use by students at MA Mambaul Ulum Megaluh Jombang.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this work is to describe Learning Evaluation Innovations in the PAI Curriculum. This library research research method includes collecting literature related to learning evaluation innovations in the PAI curriculum, literature selection based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, as well as literature analysis to identify patterns, trends and related findings. Data will be collected from academic literature, scientific journals, books and relevant online sources, then analyzed carefully to gain an in-depth understanding of the research topic. The results of this work, namely learning evaluation innovations in the PAI curriculum in public schools and madrasas in Indonesia, are important for overcoming challenges such as time constraints and the lack of integration of religious values ​​in students' lives. Proper evaluation helps identify curriculum strengths and weaknesses and provides recommendations for improvement, while innovation in learning methods needs to be increased to achieve comprehensive and relevant educational goals. In madrasas, PAI curriculum evaluation should include an assessment of student attitudes, knowledge and skills, with special attention to the implementation of innovative learning methods and infrastructure development and teacher quality.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this work is to analyze the form of an external quality assurance system (SPME). The library research method for studying the External Quality Assurance System (SPME) in Indonesian higher education involves collecting, analyzing and interpreting secondary data from various trusted sources such as books, scientific journals, articles, reports and official documents. The steps include identifying and selecting relevant literature, reviewing the literature to understand SPME concepts and practices, and organizing and synthesizing data to provide a comprehensive picture of SPME. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as a basis for developing strategies to improve the quality of higher education in Indonesia. The result of this work is that the implementation of the External Quality Assurance System (SPME) in Indonesian higher education institutions faces various obstacles such as limited human resources, facilities and infrastructure, as well as financial constraints, which hinder the effectiveness of quality assurance. To overcome these obstacles, increased resource support, technological infrastructure and ongoing professional training are needed. Collaboration between universities, accreditation institutions, government and industry is very important to improve the quality of higher education. With the right strategy, the quality of higher education in Indonesia can be improved, producing graduates who are competent and ready to compete on the global stage.

Abstract

Along with the times, the need for information and the quality of financial reports is increasing. Financial statements provide an overview of the company's financial condition that is important for shareholders and other stakeholders. The company aims to improve shareholder welfare through optimal profit generation. One important component in the financial statements is fixed assets, which has a big role in business operations, especially in the property sector such as PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. This study aims to analyze the accounting treatment of fixed assets at PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. The method used is descriptive analysis of secondary data from the company's financial statements. The results showed that PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk applies the straight-line method for depreciation of fixed assets with the appropriate useful life. The company also follows PSAK No. 16 on the termination and disposal of fixed assets. Information regarding the value of fixed assets presented in the financial statements has been clearly disclosed, including additions, subtractions, and reclassifications of assets. The implication of this study shows the importance of proper fixed asset management to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and effective decision making.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the effectiveness of the Indonesian Madrasah Competency Assessment (AKMI) in the Kambangan Batang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Salafiyah Unit. In this research, the method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of the AKMI Policy in Madarasah Ibtidaiyah has been regulated in detail in the Standard Operating Procedures (POS) for the Implementation of the Indonesian Madrasah Competency Assessment (AKMI) in 2021 and 2022 which includes 17 (seventeen) points. The seventeen points are explained in detail from the introductory points to monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the implementation of AKMI. Next, evaluate the effectiveness of the Indonesian Madrasah Competency Assessment (AKMI) in measuring student achievement at MI Islamiyah Kambangan, namely all teachers so they can improve student competence by trying and finding new breakthroughs when learning. Madrasas still need improvement and other efforts to increase student competency. The level of assessment or competency status of students at AKMI and the aim of implementing AKMI is to measure madrasah students' competency in reading literacy, numeracy, science and socio-culture (Religious Moderation) as diagnostic data for follow-up actions to improve learning in madrasas.

Abstract

The Indonesian legal system is still confronted with the antinomy between the values of legal certainty and justice. This can be seen from the numerous laws that have been annulled by the Constitutional Court (MK) due to their inconsistency with the constitution. This research aims to analyze the urgency of implementing the concept of Judicial Preview in Indonesia as a solution to the antinomy between the values of legal certainty and justice in the formation of legislation. This research uses a normative legal method and is conducted through conceptual and legal approaches. Through a legal approach, it is intended to analyze the problem of the high number of annulled laws by the Constitutional Court. This research also utilizes secondary data, such as laws. The data collection method is carried out through a literature study process that examines literature materials, such as scientific journals, books, and online websites. The research results indicate that Judicial Preview, as a mechanism for testing laws before enactment, can be a solution to prevent laws that are inconsistent with the constitution. Judicial Preview can provide legal certainty to the public that enacted laws will not violate their constitutional rights. Additionally, Judicial Preview can also help realize legal justice. The implementation of the Judicial Preview concept in Indonesia can be an effective solution to address the antinomy between the values of legal certainty and justice in the formation of legislation. By implementing Judicial Preview, it is hoped that higher quality laws, in line with constitutional values, can be created, providing legal certainty and justice for society.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify and develop teacher empowerment strategies so that they can implement the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Curriculum effectively and optimally. This research uses a qualitative method with a library approach, which is descriptive and uses inductive analysis to understand the phenomenon in depth. Data sources come from secondary literature such as books, scientific journals, papers and other writings that are relevant to the research topic. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, which involves collecting, reviewing and analyzing relevant literature. This research found that the implementation of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum in Indonesia faces challenges such as low teacher welfare, shortage of teaching staff, lack of training, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. To overcome this, steps are recommended such as improving teacher welfare, applicable training, improving facilities and infrastructure, and reducing administrative burdens. A holistic approach to teacher empowerment is essential, including training, professional development, and collaborative support. Support from various parties such as the school principal, colleagues, students and parents is also essential. With these strategies, it is hoped that the quality of PAI education can be improved, achieving the goal of inclusive and adaptive Islamic education.

Abstract

Low birth weight (LBW) has been identified as a significant factor that can compromise intrauterine growth. In Indonesia, LBW cases are still quite high, with influential maternal factors, including chronic energy deficiency (CED) and anaemia. It is well-established that the food intake consumed during pregnancy affects the incidence of CED and anaemia. Aim: To determine the correlation of chronic energy deficiency and anaemia with LBW in East Semarang. Methods: This study used an analytical observational study with case control. There were 100 samples divided into 50 LBW (case) and 50 non-LBW (control) in the East Semarang Health Center working area. Samples were obtained from Karangdoro Health Center Medical Records from January 2021 to December 2022. The sampling technique employed consecutive sampling. The research data was tested using Chi-square test.. Results: The results of the analysis test indicated a correlation between chronic energy deficiency and LBW with a p-value of 0,000 and anaemia with LBW with a p-value of 0,001. The odd ratio result on CED is 12,966, while the odd ratio on anaemia is 4,030.. Conclusion: This study can be concluded that CED and anaemia have an influence on LBW.

Abstract

The aim of writing this work is to analyze visionary leadership in increasing the competitiveness of transformative Islamic education. The library research method involves collecting and analyzing various relevant literature, such as books, scientific journals, articles and research reports that discuss visionary leadership, Islamic education and educational competitiveness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to identify key findings, connect theory with practice, and develop recommendations for effective implementation in the context of Islamic education. The results of this work show that the low ranking of education in Indonesia reflects the gap in educational quality and requires effective and sustainable intervention. Improving teacher quality through training and certification programs is very important to increase educational competitiveness. Visionary leadership is needed to direct and motivate teachers, staff and students in achieving better educational goals. School principals must be able to formulate and communicate a realistic and strategic vision, as well as adapt to changes and future challenges. The government and education stakeholders need to work together to improve the quality of teachers and ICT facilities in schools. Support from parents and collaboration between government, schools and industry are very important to ensure education in Indonesia is relevant to current developments and community needs.
