Abstract

This research is to determine the factors that influence the purchase intention of customers or potential customers that mediated by trust in online marketplaces during the COVID-19 pandemic and entering the digital era 4.0. This study used quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample used was 306 respondents. This research uses path analysis techniques with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test show a significant and positive influence on each latent variable except for the results of the hypothesis test of the effect of ease on trust which has a direct but not significant and positive influence. While in the indirect influence test, latent variables have a significant and positive indirect influence, except for the indirect influence of convenience on purchase intention mediated by customer or prospective customer confidence. Thus, marketplace application business people are expected to improve digital marketing services, especially in the ease of using applications so that they can increase purchase intent that further makes transactions on marketplace applications.

Abstract

The OK-OTrip program is an integrated public transportation system program launched by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government that applies low fares with the aim of attracting people to use public transportation more in travel activities. This study aims to see whether the performance of the program is good enough or not, so that in the future steps and policies can be taken that can improve the performance of the program. Public transport service performance subject for the evaluation is from output part, performance assessment conducted toward users instead of operator side. Data is obtained via static & dynamic surveys as well as interviews with Route OK-3 passengers during observation days. Refer to Directorate General of Land Transportation service standard, the analysis result shows service performance of public transport in OK-OTrip Program for South Jakarta region OK-3 Route is quite satisfactory. %. Based on public perceptions of the waiting time, travel time, value of fare, convenience, driver behavior, comfort, safety and cleanliness of the Route OK-3 fleet, it concluded that the quality of public transport services OK-3 Route is very good.The main reason for using OK-3 is due to cheap tariff.  According to the research result of OK-OTrip program intention and purpose re conversion of the society favour to use mass-public transport, it is deems successfull as results shown that 83% of respondends owned private vehicle.

Abstract

Multi-modal transport is an important component of the logistics system, since freight transport will be more efficient if it is carried out in a single document. The use of multimodal transportation is still less in demand by logistics businesses, because fewer assets owned by companies or entrepreneurs will cause costs for entrepreneurs. In the delivery of consumer goods require cheaper shipping costs, while on the part of the sender of the goods the necessary costs are means of transport and a short time, for that delivery rates based on volumetric goods. The problem of research is that there is over load, distribution inefficiency and there is no logistics platform from upstream to downstream. Research methods with qualitative descriptive approach, secondary data collection techniques obtained from various sources, and data analysis used is SWOT analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, and timeliness of delivery on purchasing decisions at J&T Express Bekasi branch in 2021. The research method used is quantitative methods and data collection methods using a survey method with a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach, using 100 respondents. The test was carried out using the SPSS version 21 program.The result of this study indicates that brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the results of the partial test show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meanwhile the price did not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions whereas the results of the partial test show that Ho is accepted. and Ha is rejected, and timeliness of delivery has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions where the results of the partial test showed that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. As a simultaneous test results showed that brand image, price, and timeliness of delivery have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the results of the simultaneous test show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Suggestions given in this study include the company is expected to always improve the quality of service related to company employees in serving consumers and improve the quality of delivery of goods so that there are no delays

Abstract

Consignee receive cargo from shipper through services from warehouses. Some irregularities are occured during cargo handling in warehouse.  This research’s aim to find the best alternative operational strategy in overcoming either to eliminate or minimize the claim irregularity and improve cargo handling in warehouse. SWOT analysis Methodology was applied to analyze the  Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity, and Threats . This research use literature review and secondary data of irregularities at PT Aerojasa in 2021. The result shows each score of the highest weight of strength is 0,74, for weakness is 0,58, for Threat is 0,74 while for Opportunity is 0,75. Those result positioned the Aerojasa on  aggressive strategy quadrant at Space Matrix. The average score on IFE Matrix is 4,3 and of EFE Matrix is 4,16 ,those inteesection show the vertical integration Operation or service strategy on Internal External Matrix.

Abstract

Juanda International Airport is in the second place with the most number of passenger movements from the airport managed by PT. Angkasa Pura I. This causes the quality of the pavement on movement areas at the airport's airside facilities at Juanda International Airport, to experience a decrease in quality. Periodic maintenance through routine inspections needs to be carried out. The most common type of block cracking damage found. This damage will be repaired with the most effective repair method based on the assessment factor. The methods evaluated are fog sealing, patching, and overlay. In terms of duration, cost, and work preparation, fog sealing has the lowest value. However, the durability of repair results is also very short. Patching the second position with the value of cost and duration of work is not cheap but not too expensive. This method is an effective method when considering the urgency of damage in the field. The most effective method with the highest score considering the existing pavement conditions and daily aircraft traffic is overlay. Makes a larger investment with longer work duration than other methods, but can refresh flexible pavements with up to 10 years after repair life.

Abstract

PT Jakarta International Container Terminal (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in port services to uphold the smooth flow of marine vessels. One of the strategies that can uphold success in business is that the company can provide optimal service quality, to be able to win the competition which in the end will get maximum profit. Pt. Jakarta International Container Terminal is a large port, in addition to serving freight transportation, it also serves container loading and unloading.

Abstract

Panjang port is one of the ports under the management of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II with the main activity of serving port services and national logistics. With the reduction of loading and unloading equipment for rubber tyred gantry cranes, port productivity has decreased. This study aims to determine the effect of loading and unloading equipment rubber tyred gantry crane on loading and unloading productivity using quantitative research methods using primary data sources. The results of data processing prove that there is an effect of the number of loading and unloading equipment of rubber tyred gantry crane on loading and unloading productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product packaging quality and delivery time on the consumer satisfaction of PT. J&T Express agent DKI Jakarta in the East Jakarta area. The population in this study is 300,000 consumers of J&T agent DKI Jakarta in the East Jakarta area, with a sample of 100 consumers based on the Slovin formula and use the random sampling. This study uses primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis and using the SPSS version 26.0 program. The results show that the quality of packaging has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a regression coefficient 0.405 and a significant value of 0.000. Ontime delivery has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a regression coefficient value of 0.437 and a significant 0.000.

Abstract

Effort to maintain and increase customer loyalty, companies must pay attention to the brand image that is built, ensure consistent, and focus on overall customer satisfaction. Thus, the company can obtain long-term benefits from loyal customers and has the potential for sustainable business growth in the cargo industry. This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence of brand image, service quality, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty on Citilink Indonesia Cargo customers using a quantitative method, with research samples taken based on the Slovin formula. This research provides important insights for cargo companies in developing effective marketing strategies. Uses technical analysis of the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the study concluded that there was no direct effect of brand image on customer loyalty. There is a direct effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. There is a direct effect of brand image on customer loyalty. There is no direct effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. There is no evidence that brand image indirectly affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. There is an influence of service quality indirectly affecting customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
