Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jarak tanam dan jumlah benih terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) Varietas Paragon. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Sukamulya, RT 01 RW 11, Desa Cikoneng, Kecamatan Ciparay, Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. pada bulan Agustus sampai dengan bulan November 2021. Daerah ini terletak pada ketinggian ±700 meter diatas permukaan laut,dengan pH tanah 6,46. Curah hujan rata-rata adalah 2.598,4 mm/tahun ,termasuk curah hujan tipe B2 berdasarkan klasifikasi Oldeman. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok pola faktorial dengan tiga ulangan dan terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan. Faktor pertama adalah jarak tanam (j1 = 75 x 20 cm, j2 = 75 x 40 cm, j3 = 50 x 25 x 100 cm) dan faktor kedua adalah jumlah benih (b1 = 1 benih, b2 = 2 benih, b3 = 3 benih). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terjadi interaksi antara jarak tanam dan jumlah benih terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays sacharata Sturt) varietas paragon. Perlakuan jarak tanam (j1) memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan perlakuan jumlah benih (b3) memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap bobot tanaman per petak. Abstract

Alluvial soil in this study is a vertic endoaquepts paddy soil type, which is an alluvial paddy soil with a wide distribution in the Pantura area, West Java, originating from a long river deposition system with various types of erosion materials. This soil has a high mineral content of easily weathered sand, especially feldspars. The presence of quartz, orthoclase and sanidine minerals indicates the presence of acidic materials. This also causes the content of chemical elements in this alluvial deposit to be low, so it is necessary to add organic materials such as municipal waste compost and cow manure which can improve the physical, chemical and biological properties of the soil. The aim of the study was to determine the response of several physical properties of alluvial soil to a combination of municipal waste compost and cow manure after being planted with pakcoy in Alluvial, Indramayu. The objective of this research was to find out relationship between water content and soil bulk density to the harvest of pakcoy after combined with municipal waste compost and cow manure in Alluvial, Indramayu. This study used a randomized block design factorial with two factors. The first factor is municipal waste compost and the second factor is cow manure. Each of them consisted of 4 levels : 0%, 3.0%, 6.0%, and 9.0% with two replication. The results showed that there was no interaction between municipal waste compost with cow manure and municipal waste compost with cow manure had no significant effect on soil water content of pakcoy plants after harvest. Meanwhile, cow manure has an independent effect on soil bulk density in pakcoy plants after harvest. The largest decrease in soil density occurred at a dose of 9.0% (k4), but the addition of cow manure at a dose of 3.0% (k2) was able to reduce the soil bulk density. This K2 treatment was not significantly different from the other treatments. A decrease in soil density to 1.15 g cm-3 (k2) is considered ideal for mineral soils, because in general the bulk density of mineral soils is between 1.1 – 1.6 g cm-3.

Abstract

Corn is still the second strategic commodity after rice because in some areas, corn is still the second staple food after rice. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best effect of the combination dosage of Mycorrhizal Vesicle Arabuscula (MVA) and SP 36 fertilizer on growth. and sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt.) of Talenta variety. The experiment was carried out in Pangkalan Village, Bumiwangi Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. With an altitude of 702 meters above sea level, with a rainfall of 2,417.40 mm/year including the type of C3 rainfall according to Oldeman (1975). With a soil pH of 6.8. The experiment was carried out from April 2021 to June 2022. The research method used was an experimental method with a Randomized Block Design (RBD), which consisted of six treatments and was repeated four times, namely: A (10 g MVA and 0 g SP36), B (0 g MVA and 2.81 g SP36), C (5 g MVA and 1.41 g SP36) D (5 g MVA and 2.81 g SP36), E (10 g MVA and 1.41 g SP36) and F (10 g MVA and 2.81 g SP36). The number of plants in this experiment was 768 plants. The results showed that the combination dosage of 10 g MVA and 1.41 g SP36 (75 kg/ha) gave a better effect on: plant height, number of leaves,  length of ear without stalks, and weight of cobs without husks per plot of sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) Talenta variety.   Keywords: corn, dosege, fertilizer, mocorrhiza, SP36

Abstract

Coffee is an agricultural commodity that is very popular with the people of Indonesia at this time. Many Indonesians lately spend their time just enjoying coffee in coffee shops. The increase in consumers of ready-to-eat coffee in Bandung has resulted in the opening of many coffee shops that offer various types of quality local coffee, supported by comfortable places, affordable prices and delicious coffee flavors. This study aims to determine the effect of the 4P marketing mix on the sale of coffee drinks at Kedai Kopi (Case Study at Kedai Bob's Lounge). The research location is at Jalan Captain Surwono No. 196 RT 03 RW 03 Banjaran District, Bandung Regency. The research location was chosen purposively (deliberately). The sampling method used in this study is accidental sampling method, so the sample in this study is coffee consumers who come and buy coffee to Bob's lounge and are considered suitable to be respondents, namely as many as 40 people. The data collection method was obtained from primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with consumers who come directly to the shop. Secondary data is obtained from various sources, such as journals, internet, thesis, and data from government agencies. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the study of the influence of 4P on consumer purchases of coffee at Bob's lounge coffee shop using the F test showed that the 4P variables (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) simultaneously had a positive and significant effect. on consumer purchasing decisions for coffee at Bob's Lounge coffee shop, where the value of Fcount is 3,554 > Ftable 3,06. while the most dominant variable in influencing purchases is the price variable, based on the results of the T test, the value of Tcount is 3.106> Ttable is 2.119.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk humat terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman edamame varietas Ryoko dan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi yang tepat sehingga memberikan pengaruh paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman edamame varietas Ryoko. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Desa Bumiwangi Kecamatan Ciparay Kabupaten Bandung. Dengan ketinggian tempat 650 meter di atas permukaan laut (m dpl), dengan curah hujan 2.417,40 mm/tahun, pH 7,09 tanah (netral). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), yang terdiri dari enam perlakuan dan diulang empat kali. Adapun perlakuan konsentrasi pupuk Humat yaitu : A (0 g/l air), B (0,5 g/l air), C (1,0 g/l air), D (1,5 g/l air), E (2,0 g/l air) dan F (2,5 g/l air) Ukuran petak adalah 150 cm x 200 cm dengan jarak antar petak 30 cm dan jarak antar ulangan 50 cm. Jumlah tanaman per plot adalah 48 tanaman termasuk 4 tanaman sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian konsentrasi 1 g/l air pupuk Humat memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik pada jumlah polong per tanaman dan bobot polong per plot tanaman edamame varietas Ryoko. The experiment was carried out in Bumiwangi Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency. With an altitude of 650 meters above sea level (m asl), with a rainfall of 2,417.40 mm/year, soil pH 7.09 (neutral). The research method used was an experimental method with a Randomized Block Design (RBD), which consisted of six treatments and was repeated four times. The concentrations of Humic fertilizers were: A (0 g/l air), B (0.5 g/l air), C (1.0 g/L air), D (1.5 g/l air), E (2.0 g/l water) and F (2.5 g/l water) The plot size was 150 cm x 200 cm with a distance between plots of 30 cm and a distance between replicates of 50 cm. The number of plants per plot was 48 plants including 4 plants as samples. The results showed that the concentration of 1 g/l humic fertilizer had a better effect on number of pods per plant, and pod weight per plot edamame plant Ryoko variety. Abstract

Kalimantan Island which has problems in soil fertility, namely low pH which can inhibit plant growth so that efforts can be made by adding charcoal as a soil improvement agent. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of white bean roots to the application of rice husk charcoal and coconut shells. The method used in this study is a single factor Randomized Block Design. There were nine treatments, namely A0 (control), A1 (6.25 g rice husk charcoal), A2 (12.5 g rice husk charcoal), A3 (25 g rice husk charcoal), A4 (50 g rice husk charcoal), A5 (6.25 g coconut shell charcoal), A6 (12.5 g coconut shell charcoal), A7 (25 g coconut shell charcoal) and A8 (50 g coconut shell charcoal). The parameters observed in this study were root wet weight, root length, number of roots, number of root hairs, number of root nodules, root volume, and root dry weight. The results of the research obtained were that the dose and type of charcoal had a significant effect on the parameters of root wet weight and root volume. The treatment that had the highest value on the root wet weight parameter was treatment A8 (50 g coconut shell charcoal) with a value of 0.87 g and the treatment that had the highest value on the root volume parameter was treatment A3 (25 g rice husk charcoal) with an average value. the average was 0.75 cm3 but had no significant effect on root length, number of roots, number of root hairs, root nodules and root dry weight.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the concentration dose of liquid organic fertilizer, as well as to obtain the concentration that can have the best effect on the growth and yield of shallots (Allium cepa L.) Brebes variety. The study was conducted in Cibiana Village, Cikalong Village, Cimaung District, Bandung Regency , West Java Province, with an altitude of 995 m above sea level, with rainfall of 2,354.2 mm/year including type C2 rainfall according to Oldeman (1975), with a pH of 6.67 (neutral). This study used a randomized block design (RBD) method, which consisted of six treatments with four replications. The concentration treatment of liquid organic fertilizer is as follows: A (0 without fertilizer), B (2 ml/l), C (4 ml/l), D (6 ml/l), E (8 ml/l) and F ( 10ml/litre). Testing the difference between the two means was carried out using Duncans' multiple range test at the 5% level. The results showed that the application of liquid organic fertilizer at a concentration of 10 ml/l had a better effect on plant height and tuber weight.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of dosage of chicken manure and NPK (16-16-16) on the growth and yield of chickpea plants (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Varieties of Logawa. The research was carried out in Pangkalan Village, Cipinang Village, Cimaung District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province with an altitude of ±700 m above sea level, with C3 rainfall according to oldeman (1975). This research was conducted from July to September 2021. The research method used was a Randomized Group Design (RGD) consisting of 6 treatments and 4 tests. of treatment carried out in this study was A (0 tons/ha of Chicken Manure +0 kg/ha NPK), B (5 tons/ha of Chicken Manure+400 kg/ha of NPK), C (7.5 tons/ha of Chicken Manure+350 kg/ha of NPK), D (10 tons/ha of Chicken Manure+300 kg/ha of NPK), E (12.5 tons/ha of Chicken Manure+250 kg/ha of NPK) and F (10 tons/ha of Chicken Manure+300 kg/ha of NPK). The results showed that the administration of a combination of doses of 10 tons / ha of chicken manure and 300 kg / ha of NPK fertilizer (16; 16: 16) had a better influence on plant height, number of planting pods, and planting pod weight, giving a better influence on logawa variety chickpea plants. Abstract

Tanaman aaren memiliki prospek yang baik untuk dikembangkan, karena semua bagian dari tanaman aren dapat dimanfaatkan, antara lain menjadi gula aren yang mengalami peningkatan permintaan pasar. Upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi aren harus dilakukan agar permintaan aren dapat terpenuhi, antara lain dengan pemupukan bibit aren menggunakan pupuk organik cair (POC) yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pertumbuhan bibit aren pada berbagi konsentrasi dan frekuensi penyemprotan POC. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sunyalangu, Kecamatan Karanglewas, Kabupaten Banyumas pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2020. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu konsentrasi POC (1 ml/l, 2 ml/l dan 3 ml/l) dan frekuensi penyemprotan ( 1 minggu sekali, 2 minggu sekali dan 3 minggu sekali). Variabel pengamatan terdiri dari tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot tajuk segar, bobot tajuk kering, kehijauan daun, volume akar, panjang akar, bobot akar segar dan kering. Data penelitian diuji dengan uji F (ANOVA) pada taraf kesalahan 5% apabila hasil menunjukan adanya pengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan Duncant’s Multiple Range Test pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi POC tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan bibit tanaman aren. Frekuensi penyemprotan POC hanya berpengaruh terhadap kandungan klorofil daun (27,14 unit) dengan perlakuan terbaik adalah frekuensi 2 minggu sekali. Interaksi kedua perlakuan hanya berpengaruh terhadap tinggi bibit tanaman aren, yaitu dengan perlakuan terbaik pada konsentrasi 2 ml/l dengan frekuensi 2 minggu sekali menghasilkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 72 cm.

Abstract

Modern agriculture faces major challenges in achieving sustainable food security and efficient use of resources. One approach that has been adopted is the use of compound fertilizers, which combine several nutrients in one product. This study aims to determine the effect of applying a combination of doses of NPK compound fertilizer (16-16-16) and Liquid Inorganic and determine the best dose combination on the growth and yield of Chili (Capsicum annum L.). This research was conducted in Palasari Village, Cibiru Subdistrict, Bandung City, West Java Province, at an altitude of 725 meters above sea level. The research was conducted from February to May 2022. The method in this study used a Randomized Group Design (RAK), with nine treatments and three replications. Treatments (A) Control, (B) Standard fertilizer (Urea, SP-36, and KCl), (C) 1 NPK + ¼ Liquid Inorganic, (D) 1 NPK + ½ Liquid Inorganic, (E) 1 NPK + ¾ Liquid Inorganic, (F) 1 NPK + 1 Liquid Inorganic, (G) 1 NPK + 1 ¼ Liquid Inorganic, (H) 1 NPK + 1 ½ Liquid Inorganic, (I) 1 NPK + 2 Liquid Inorganic. The results showed that the combination of NPK compound fertilizer treatment F (250 kg/ha NPK 16-16-16 and 1 liter/ha Liquid Inorganic) gave the best results on plant height, plant diameter, number of leaves, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit weight per plot and fruit weight per hectare.
