Multidisciplinary authorship is encouraged, as is work that fosters novel ideas, identifies mediating variables, includes transboundary issues, and most importantly, encourages critical analysis.

In doing the assignments given by the teacher, there are students who do it right away, but there are also those who delay doing it. His research aims to determine the corellation between emotional maturity and academic procrastination in Mathematics Study Program students at Sjeh M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi State Islamic University. The independent variable in this study is emotional maturity and the dependent variable is academic procrastination. The measuring tools used in this study are the emotional maturity scale and the academic procrastination scale. Determining the number of samples in this study using the sampling method is a way to determine the number of samples that meet the following requirements: the number of population is known; at the level of error (significance level) 1%, 5% and 10%; and this method is specifically used for normally distributed samples. Therefore the students used as the research sample were 176 people with a significant level of 10% in the mathematics study program class of 2016 to 2022 at the State Islamic University of Sjech M. Djamil Jambek Bukittinggi. Test the validity and reliability in this study using the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the emotional maturity scale with a corrected item-total correlation ranged from 0.406 to 0.785 while the reliability coefficient was 0.942. The results of the validity coefficient on the academic procrastination scale with the corrected item-total correlation ranged from 0.306 to 0.781 while the reliability coefficient was 0.952. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of -0.544 with a significance level of 0.000 is obtained, which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a negative and significant relationship with the moderate category between emotional maturity and academic procrastination in mathematics study program students at the State Islamic University of Sjeh M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. The effective contribution of the emotional maturity variable to the academic procrastination variable is 30%.

In taking education there must be a lot of problems faced by students, especially when they are in the phase of adolescent development which is a transitional period. This study aims to determine how big the relationship between hardiness and academic stress in class XI students of SMA Negeri 4 in Padang. The independent variable in this study is hardiness and the dependent variable in this study is academic stress. The measuring tools used in this research are the hardiness scale and the academic stress scale which the researchers constructed themselves based on the theoretical concepts used where for the hardiness scale uses the theoretical concepts covering three aspects, namely commitment, control, and challenge. Academic stress uses the theoretical concept which includes four aspects, namely biological, cognitive, emotional and behavioral. The sample collection technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 153 students who were in SMA Negeri 4 Padang. The validity test in this study is to use content validity and construct validity. The validity coefficient results obtained on the hardiness scale moved from rxy = 0.352 to rxy = 0.830 with a reliability coefficient α = 0.917, while the validity coefficient on the academic stress scale moved from rxy = 0.348 to rxy = 0.822 with a reliability coefficient α = 0.941. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of r = -0.535 was obtained with a significance level of p = 0.000, meaning that the hypothesis was accepted. This shows that there is a moderate and very significant relationship between hardiness and academic stress in class XI students of SMA Negeri 4 Padang with a negative relationship. The effective contribution of hardiness to academic stress is 29% while 71% is influenced by other factors.

Pregnancy is a time awaited by many women. Entering pregnancy, there are many changes that occur both biologically due to hormonal changes, but also psychologically. Pregnancy generally occurs at a productive age before entering menopause. Pregnancy is a difficult phase, so many pregnant women experience excessive fear and anxiety during pregnancy and childbirth, due to many factors, both internal and external. Fear and anxiety are usually more felt in pregnant women with their first child, but in subsequent pregnancies there are still many who experience fear and anxiety. This is very bad if not handled properly, because it can endanger the condition of pregnant women and also their womb. Tokophobia is a common condition characterized by fear experienced by women in relation to the processes of pregnancy and childbirth. Various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, psychologists, media outlets, and specialized teams, have sought solutions to address tokophobia. One popular approach is hypnotherapy, particularly hypnobirthing, which supports the processes of pregnancy and childbirth. Hypnobirthing involves the utilization of positive suggestions to facilitate and ease the process of childbirth while reducing potential fears experienced by the mother. Educational videos are frequently employed within hypnobirthing, combining auditory and visual elements to provide positive benefits to viewers. Based on research and testing conducted on 15 productive age pregnant women with tokophobia in Pekanbaru, the use of educational hypnobirthing videos has proven to have a positive impact in reducing levels of fear throughout the pregnancy process.

Pasca pandemi covid-19, bisnis dibidang kesehatan mulai berbenah, salah satunya adalah dengan perbaikan system-sistem dan fasilitas yang dimiliki. Rumah sakit X merupakan salah satu organisasi yang diakuisisi oleh PT AMH, yang selama berjalannya bisnis harus terus bersaing ditengah ketatnya bisnis kesehatan di daerah Sleman Timur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengetahui dinamika dari pengembangan organisasi yang dilakukan oleh Rumah Sakit X, ditengah persaingan bisnis kesehatan yang kompetitif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif studi kasus, untuk dapat menangkap fenomena yang ada di rumah sakit. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Rumah Sakit X, sebagai sebuah entitas bisnis yang sesuai dengan fenomena yang akan diteliti. Bertindak sebagai narasumber adalah karyawan-karyawan yang paling awal bergabung dengan Rumah Sakit X, serta direktur rumah sakit yang saat ini menjabat, dengan pertimbangan akan kekayaan informasi yang dimilikinya. Berdasarkan hasil diagnosa terhadap Rumah Sakit X, maka didapatkan bahwa keuangan dari Rumah Sakit X masih belum mampu mandiri, yang disebabkan karena beberapa hal sehingga perlu untuk dilakukannya pengembangan organisasi. Program yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan branding organisasi yang baik, cara ini dianggap ampuh, terutama untuk menjawab tantangan dari competitor-kompetitor lain yang berada di kawasan Sleman Timur. Citra dan branding yang baik diharapkan dapat mendatangkan dan meningkatkan jumlah pasien yang datang ke Rumah Sakit X, sehingga akan berdampak pada keuangan Rumah Sakit X yang terus membaik dan dapat melakukan ekspansi bisnis ke area yang lebih luas.

Berbagai tipikal industri terkhusus Industri kreatif memerlukan inovasi sebagai strategi utama dalam bersaing dan memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Inovasi berarti menghasilkan sesuatu yang baru dan unik. Dalam proses kerja, inovasi diterjemahkan kedalam bentuk perilaku kerja yang disebut dengan perilaku kerja inovatif. Inovasi dapat timbul dari berbagai sumber, diantaranya yaitu jenis budaya kerja seperti apa yang diterapkan dilingkungan kerja dan kapasitas psikologis yang dimiliki oleh karyawan untuk mendorong munculnya inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan budaya organisasi dan psychological capital yang dimiliki karyawan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawandi salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri kreatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah teknik saturation sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala budaya organisasi, skala psychological capital dan skala perilaku kerja inovatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model persamaan struktural dengan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan psychological capital terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan di perusahaan X dengan nilai R=0,527 (p=0,000). Berikutnya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dengan nilai t=5,662 (p=0,000). Kemudian terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara psychological capital terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dengan nilai t=2,757 (p=0,039). Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh lebih besar yang dilihat melalui nilai path coeficient sebesar 0,57 dibanding psychological capital sebesar 0,238.

Siswa SMK masih termasuk dalam tahap perkembangan remaja, dimana pada tahap ini remaja masih mencari identitasnya yang merupakan masa peralihan dari tahap perkembangan anak menuju dewasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan kesiapan kerja pada siswa kelas XII di SMK X Padang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kepercayaan diri dan variable terikatnya adalah kesiapan kerja. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kepercayaan diri dan skala kesiapan kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik probability random sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel diambil berdasarkan dari tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan taraf kekeliruan 10% sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 108 siswa di SMK X Padang. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Cronbach Alpha. Hasil koefisien validitas pada skala kepercayaan diri dengan nilai corrected item-total correlation berkisar antara 0, 308 sampai dengan 0, 831, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0, 928. Hasil koefisien validitas pada skala kesiapan kerja dengan nilai corrected item-total correlation berkisar antara 0,325 sampai dengan 0, 817, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0, 954. Berdasarkan analisis data, nilai korelasi 0, 447 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 diperoleh, yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan taraf kuat antara kepercayaan diri dengan kesiapan kerja pada siswa kelas XII Di SMK X Padang. Kontribusi efektif dari variabel kepercayaan diri terhadap variabel kesiapan kerja adalah sebesar 20%.

Masa dewasa pada umumnya, merupakan masa untuk seseorang telah memikirkan dan siap mengarungi rumah tangga. Dalam rumah tangga, pasti banyak sekali permasalahan yang dihadapi. Baik itu masalah dengan pasangan, dengan keluarga, permasalahan ditempat bekerja, permasalahan yang muncul setelah memiliki anak, bahkan permasalahan dilingkungan sekitar dan dengan oranglain. Permasalahan di dalam pernikahan merupakan hal yang wajar terjadi, dan terkadang menjadi sumber stress bagi sebagian orang, demikian juga pada Istri Purnawirawan. Stres jika tidak diatasi dengan baik, juga akan berdampak tidak hanya psikologis, tetapi juga berdampak pada perkembangan kognitif dan Kesehatan. Kebahagiaan di dalam pernikahan merupakan hal yang diinginkan oleh setiap orang. Pentingnya kebahagiaan dimiliki oleh setiap individu. Istri purnawirawan TNI-AD membutuhkan kebahagiaan karena ingin mewujudkan keluarga yang penuh cinta dan memiliki hubungan yang baik selama. Berdasarkan hal tersebut tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran proses kebahagiaan istri purnawirawan TNI-AD dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pengambilan subjek dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling kepada 5 subjek, pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur, kemudian data dianalisis dengan metode analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan istri purnawirawan TNI-AD memperoleh kebahagiaan dengan dimilikinya hubungan yang positif dengan oranglain, mereka memiliki keterlibatan penuh dalam setiap kegiatan, dapat menemukan makna dalam setiap tindakan yang dilakukan, memiliki sikap optimis serta mampu bangkit dari keadaan yang tidak baik (resiliensi). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebahagiaan pada istri purnawirawan TNI-AD adalah rasa bersyukur (gratitude) dan kebebasan sebagai ibu rumah tangga.

PT X is ceramics manufacturer in Tangerang, with indications of decline in performance over last 3 years. The assumption of decreased performance is due to lack of Job Resources, excessive work demands and existence of counterproductive behavior. In addition, the factors that can affect decreased performance are the lack of work engagement. This tudy aims to measure how the role of job resources affects job performance through work engagement as a mediator and job demands as moderator. Employees with minimum working period of 1 year and minimum staff position at PT X who will participate in research. Performance measurement tools uses IWPQ with 18 items statements, Job Resources and Job Demands uses JD-RQ tool with 17 Job Resource items and 23 Job demands items, Work Engagement uses UWES as measurement tool with 9 items statement. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. The research sample is 120 with 17 data outliers. We Analyze with model 7 Bootstrapping for moderation and mediation effect were used to test the hypothetical model using SPSS 27. The results stated that Job Resources affect performance mediated by work engagement, but not moderated by job demands. Focusing on practitioner implications, companies need to increase work resources to employees in order to improve their performance, of course, by accommodating higher work attachment. Moreover, companies need to consider increasing compensation and benefits such as benefits, gathering events, training for all employees with staff levels and above so that they are more optimal at work.

The company is working to improve financial performance and achieve profitability, not only by reducing costs, restructuring, and delaying the recruitment of new employees, but also by working on various new projects for business growth that have a negative impact on employee well-being. Increased job demands are associated with decreased employee well-being. At the same time, occupational self-efficacy possessed by employees can improve employee well-being. This study aims to analyze the relative contribution of job demands and occupational self-efficacy to employee well-being at PT.X Energy Sector. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a correlational research type. The number of samples in this study were 114 people. The research sample was taken using a convenience sampling technique, with the criteria of participants having worked for at least 1 year. The participants who filled out the questionnaire were 100 people, with a response rate of 88%. The research instrument used was the Warr scale instrument and the measurement of job demands used the Questionnaire on the Experience and Evaluation of Work 2.0 (QEEW 2.0) scale obtained from previous research. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis using the stepwise method in SPSS, it is concluded that job demands contributed to a decrease in the level of employee well-being by 26.6%. Taken together, job demands and occupational self-efficacy contribute to employee well-being by 43.3%. The results also show that occupational self-efficacy has a unique contribution to improving employee well-being by 16.7%. The implication of this result study is that company need to pay attention to the employee’s workload and at the same time also increase employee competence so that confidence in their ability to do their job increases.

There are so many problems that arise in adolescence, so they need special attention. Adolescence is a period of searching for identity, so many teenagers sometimes fall into juvenile delinquency. There are many factors that cause juvenile delinquency, and if not handled properly can cause decreased academic achievement. One factor that can handle it is religiosity. This research observed the student class XI of Senior High School X. The purpose of this observation is to see the correlation between religiosity and student’s achievement class XI at Senior High School X. As hypothesis, there is positive correlation between religiosities and student’s achievement. It shows when the religiosities are high, so the student’s achievement will be high. In the other hand when the religiosities are low, so the student’s achievement will be low. The population in this research are all student in ninth class (XI) at Senior High School X it totally 77 students. And the sampling technique that used is saturated sample. Subject of the research relative small, so it better to take all subject. So the research called population research. It is done because the number of population relative small and the researcher want make the generalization with very small mistake. All students at ninth class totally 77 students, so the samples in this research are 77 students. The measuring instrument that used is religiosities scale that arranged based on the theory and the documentation of student report to see study achievement. The data analyzing method that used for hypothesis testing in this research is using product moment correlation Pearson that shows (r) = 0,589 with score (p) = 0,000 (p<0,01), Means the there is significant correlation with positive between religiosities with student achievement. In conclusion the hypothesis of this research can be accepted.
