Abstract

Program digitalisasi desa bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital perangkat desa serta mendukung pengelolaan data yang lebih efisien melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi Si PBB Trengginas. Program ini dilaksanakan di tiga kecamatan di Kabupaten Magelang, yaitu Mertoyudan, Mungkid, dan Muntilan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan perangkat desa secara aktif dalam setiap tahapan kegiatan, meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan teknis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman teknologi digital oleh perangkat desa, pengelolaan data Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) yang lebih akurat, serta percepatan proses administrasi desa yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan efisiensi layanan publik dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap tata kelola desa. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil mendorong transformasi digital desa yang inklusif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Meskipun dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur internet dan kemampuan digital yang belum merata, pendekatan edukatif dan pendampingan intensif mampu mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Program ini dapat dijadikan model replikasi untuk digitalisasi desa di wilayah lain.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini merupakan implementasi dari mata kuliah Akuntansi Keuangan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat melalui penerapan pengetahuan dan teknologi. Selain itu, program ini juga berfokus pada pendalaman pemahaman terkait akuntansi, khususnya dalam konteks pengendalian. Sistem pengelolaan keuangan internal yang diterapkan oleh Lembaga Pengelola Hutan di Desa Pasar Rawa, Kecamatan Gebang, Kabupaten Langkat, dalam rangka memastikan efisiensi dan transparansi pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan.Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemberdayaan staf dan masyarakat melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk memastikan pengendalian internal yang transparan dan bebas dari fraud.Hasil Akhir pengabdian ini adalah: 1) meningkatkan pengetahuan staf lembaga pengelola hutan mengenai pengendalian internal keuangan, dan 2) meningkatkan kemampuan dalam pengelolaan keuangan.Dengan diadakannya sosialisasi ini, para pegawai dapat memahami sistem pengendalian internal untuk mengimplementasikan guna mencapai tata kelola yang baik dan mencegah terjadinya kecurangan (fraud).

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Lemahabang ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan pelaku UMKM agar memahami pentingnya pemasaran digital serta mampu memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai saluran awal promosi produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) melalui kolaborasi dengan mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya kehadiran digital dan terciptanya kesadaran akan potensi pemasaran lokal berbasis digital. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan praktis yang adaptif terhadap kondisi lokal dapat menjadi langkah awal yang efektif dalam mendorong transformasi digital UMKM desa.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training on the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) system to employees of a palm oil-based oleochemical industry company that processes residues and waste from palm oil derivative products. The training utilized a blended learning approach with pre-test and post-test evaluation using 20 multiple-choice questions, involving 30 participants. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding, with average pre-test scores of 62.3 (SD=15.8) increasing to 87.7 (SD=9.4) on post-test, indicating an improvement of 25.4 points (40.7%, p<0.001). Twenty-one participants (70%) achieved excellent category (90-100) on post-test compared to only 6 participants (20%) on pre-test. Participant satisfaction reached 4.6/5.0 with 83.3% expressing high satisfaction. Follow-up after 1 month showed that 80% of participants had applied their knowledge in the workplace and 66.7% of companies began ISCC certification preparation. This activity successfully increased the human resource capacity of the oleochemical industry in understanding and implementing ISCC standards, supporting the competitiveness of Indonesian products in the global market that prioritizes sustainability aspects.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the digital marketing capacity of the Spesial Bintang MSME in Aeng Baja Raja Village, Bluto Sub-district, Sumenep Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the activity show that the use of social media as part of a digital marketing strategy can increase business actors' knowledge of digital promotion, create consistent branding, and expand market reach. Implementation was carried out through mentoring and technical training, such as business account setup, content creation, and online interaction management. The final evaluation showed an increase in the MSME actors' understanding of digital marketing and a hope for continued assistance in the future. This program has proven effective in promoting sustainable marketing transformation for MSMEs and contributes to enhancing their competitiveness in the digital economy era.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to empower partners in building an environmentally friendly brand image (green branding) to enhance the competitiveness of their products in a market increasingly aware of sustainability issues. This community service activity was carried out using a participatory and collaborative approach, actively involving partners from the planning stage to evaluation. The partners in this activity are micro-entrepreneurs or communities of recycled product artisans who have potential but still face limitations in marketing strategies, particularly in attracting young consumers such as millennials. This community service activity successfully enhanced the understanding and skills of participants, especially millennials, in utilizing green branding strategies as a marketing approach for recycled products. Participants not only gained conceptual knowledge about the importance of sustainability in business but also implemented it through hands-on practice in product creation and educational digital campaigns. The improvement in understanding from pre-test to post-test, as well as the achievement of targets in social media use, demonstrates the success of the training methods applied. In addition to individual improvement, this activity also encouraged the formation of new business groups that market environmentally friendly products online. This activity successfully enhanced the understanding and skills of participants, particularly millennials, in leveraging green branding strategies as a tool for marketing recycled products. The results of the training, reflected in the improvement of understanding through pre-test and post-test scores, as well as the achievement of targets in social media use, indicate the effectiveness of the applied methods

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of MSME actors in Bojong Baru Village in designing structured business strategies through the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The implementation method consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation of activities. The preparation stage includes coordination with partners to identify problems and prepare training materials. The implementation stage includes delivering materials, direct practice in preparing the BMC matrix, and discussion and question and answer sessions. This stage involved 4 lecturers, 3 students, and 25 members of the MSME forum who were all present and showed high enthusiasm throughout the activity. The evaluation stage was carried out by analyzing the results of the questionnaire to measure the participants' understanding and satisfaction with the activity. The evaluation results showed that the material presented was in accordance with the needs of the partners. Most participants felt that they had gained new insights and improved skills in developing more focused and adaptive business strategies. In conclusion, this PKM activity has succeeded in providing a positive impact on strengthening the capacity of MSMEs through an educational approach that is applicable and participatory, and has the potential to encourage the growth of MSMEs that are more competitive and sustainable. This activity is expected to be an initial step in encouraging the Bojong Baru Village MSME Forum to be more ready to compete through more focused, creative, and adaptive business strategies to market changes.

Abstract

This community service aims to integrate Fiqh Muamalah Amaliyah based on Maqashid Sharia in addressing inflation as a contemporary economic challenge that affects public welfare. High inflation reduces purchasing power and widens social inequality. Therefore, fiqh muamalah, grounded in Islamic values such as justice (al-‘adl), public benefit (al-maslahah), and protection of wealth (hifzh al-mal), is used as a normative and applicative approach. The program was implemented in Manunggal Village, Deli Serdang, involving women from the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The service earning methods included interactive lectures, literature study, group discussions, and SWOT analysis to understand the potential and challenges of household businesses. The results showed improved participants’ understanding of Islamic economic principles, the emergence of new business ideas based on Islamic ethics, and the development of practical guidelines for dealing with inflation. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests, post-tests, and participatory observation, indicating the effectiveness of this approach in fostering Islamic economic awareness at the grassroots level. This community service highlights the importance of fiqh muamalah as an adaptive and contextual solution to local economic dynamics, while also promoting sustainable family economic empowerment.

Abstract

Rendahnya literasi kewirausahaan dan pemasaran produk digital serta digital printing pada peserta Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di PT. Kreasindo Media Pratama Malang menjadi masalah mendesak, mengingat ketidaksiapan mereka dalam mengembangkan potensi wirausaha atau berkontribusi optimal di dunia kerja. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan digital melalui pelatihan integratif berbasis praktik guna menumbuhkan digitalpreneur muda. Metode yang digunakan adalah Experiential Learning melalui workshop partisipatif dengan tahapan: (1) penyuluhan konsep kewirausahaan dan pemasaran digital, (2) diskusi interaktif studi kasus, (3) praktik pembuatan produk (digital content dan digital printing), serta (4) simulasi pemasaran. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui survei pre-test/post-test dan penilaian keterampilan praktik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: pengetahuan kewirausahaan (25% → 90%), kemampuan produksi digital (15% → 95%), strategi pemasaran (30% → 90%), serta 95% peserta berhasil membuat produk dan mempresentasikan strategi pemasaran. Implikasi kegiatan mencakup: (1) peningkatan kompetensi teknis dan wirausaha peserta PKL yang siap diterapkan di pasar kerja, (2) kontribusi positif bagi perusahaan mitra melalui ketersediaan tenaga PKL terlatih, serta (3) terbentuknya model pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis praktik bagi pendidikan vokasi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan jangka panjang, dimana mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan kemampuan merancang dibidang konstruksi untuk membuat berbagai luaran, seperti gambar denah, tampak, potongan dan gambar rancangan sejenisnya. Untuk jangka pendeknya mampu mengoperasikan software AutoCAD. Pelatihan ini ditujukan kepada mahasiswa program studi Teknik Sipil Universitas Medan Area. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan demonstrasi membuat gambar denah sehingga mahasiswa bisa langsung mengaplikasikan ilmunya ke dalam salah satu rancangan konstruksi menggunakan software. Dimulai dari tahapan persiapan berupa koordinasi bersama ketua program studi terkait materi yang disampaikan dan teknis pelaksanaan, dilanjutkan dengan tahapan pelaksanaan yaitu demonstrasi melalui media kelas daring Google Classroom. Adapun tahap penutupan berupa pengumpulan hasil karya mahasiswa dan kuesioner. Luaran akhir yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta mampu menggunakan AutoCAD dalam merancang gambar konstruksi berupa denah rumah sederhana. Selain itu, sebagian besar peserta (90,9%) mengharapkan adanya pelatihan AutoCad tingkat lanjut mengenai menggambar rancangan detail bangunan
