Jurnal Pembelajaran, Bimbingan, dan Pengelolaan Pendidikan literally means “Journal of Learning, Guidance, and Educational Management”. The use of the Indonesian language in the title reflects the journal’s strong contextual grounding in Indonesian education while also emphasizing its broader commitment to addressing educational issues across diverse cultural, institutional, and system-level settings. The title represents three interconnected domains: learning as the core process of education, guidance as the support system for learner development and well-being, and educational management as the foundation for effective leadership, governance, and sustainable institutional improvement. Although rooted in the Indonesian educational context, the journal has a multidisciplinary and internationally relevant scope, welcoming empirical, theoretical, and practice-oriented studies in education, guidance and counseling, educational psychology, curriculum and instruction, assessment, educational leadership, policy, educational technology, inclusive education, and human development.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi etnomatematika melalui makanan tradisional pembelajaran matematika siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran matematika di SDN Ciptomulyo 1 Malang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa pembelajaran matematika di kelas IV SDN Ciptomulyo 1 Malang belum menghubungkan antara matematika dengan budaya sehari-hari peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa menghubungkan pembelajaran matematika dengan budaya mampu menghasilkan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan bermakna. Implementasi etnomatematika melalui makanan tradisional mencakup beberapa hal yaitu: 1) meningkatkan semangat belajar peserta didik dan meningkatkan berpikir kritis peserta didik mengenai materi bangun ruang balok dan kubus, 2) memberikan pemahaman konsep matematika diantaranya dapat mengkonstruk pemahaman peserta didik melalui eksplorasi makanan tradisional dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, 3) memberikan pemahaman bermakna bagi peserta didik mengenai materi balok dan kubus, dan 4) memberikan pemahaman konsep matematika mengenai materi balok dan kubus yang abstrak menjadi konkret.

Abstract

Siswa yang menganggap fisiknya tidak menarik sehingga rela mengubah fisiknya supaya dapat diterima teman sebaya menandakan siswa mempunyai citra tubuh negatif. Hasil penelitian terdahulu lebih dari 50% remaja mempunyai citra tubuh negatif. Berdasar penelitian terdahulu citra tubuh dipengaruhi kepercayaan diri dan penerimaan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan kontribusi kepercayaan diri dan penerimaan diri terhadap citra tubuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian yaitu 104 siswa dari 297 siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Malang, didapat dengan teknik cluster sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan skala kepercayaan diri, skala penerimaan diri, dan skala citra tubuh. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda dan bantuan program SPSS 25 for Windows. Hasil regresi linear sederhana kepercayaan diri terhadap citra tubuh menunjukkan nilai Sig. 0,017 ≤ 0,05, hal ini berarti kepercayaan diri berkontribusi positif signifikan terhadap citra tubuh. Hasil regresi linear sederhana penerimaan diri terhadap citra tubuh menunjukkan nilai Sig. 0,000 ≤ 0,05, hal ini berarti penerimaan diri berkontribusi positif signifikan terhadap citra tubuh. Hasil regresi linear berganda kepercayaan diri dan penerimaan diri terhadap citra tubuh menunjukkan nilai Sig. 0,001 ≤ 0,05, hal ini berarti kepercayaan diri dan penerimaan diri secara simultan berkontribusi positif signifikan terhadap citra tubuh.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap gaya belajar dan preferensi Generasi Z dalam proses pembelajaran, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS). Artikel ini menjelaskan karakteristik belajar Generasi Z yang lahir dan tumbuh di era digital serta implikasinya terhadap desain pembelajaran IPS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Generasi Z cenderung belajar secara mandiri melalui sumber daya online, seperti YouTube maupun platform lain, dan responsif terhadap pembelajaran visual dan interaktif. Implikasi terhadap desain pembelajaran IPS mencakup integrasi teknologi, pendekatan pembelajaran visual, pemberian fleksibilitas, adaptabilitas, serta pentingnya interaksi sosial dan kolaboratif. Kesimpulannya, penyesuaian dan inovasi dalam pendekatan pembelajaran diperlukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar Generasi Z secara efektif.

Abstract

Perkembangan pendidikan di Indonesia tahun 2023, sekolah sudah menggunakan kurikulum merdeka dalam proses pembelajarannya. Kurikulum ini menerapkan konsep pembelajaran yang disebut sebagai merdeka belajar. Pemanfaatan TIK (Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi) dalam pembelajaran dapat melalui penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis TIK dengan memanfaatkan teknologi elektronik, yang mana interaksi yang terjadi antara guru dan siswa, siswa dan siswa, ataupun antara sesama guru dapat berlangsung dengan mudah tanpa dibatasi aturan. Terkait dengan isu yang telah diuraikan, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan studi pengembangan bahan ajar E-LKPD interaktif berbasis literasi pada materi kelistrikan sel saraf manusia. Penelitian pengembangan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ELKPD, mengukur tingkat kepraktisan, dan mengukur tingkat keefektifan hasil belajar peserta didik. Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni ADDIE (analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi lembar validasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan menerapkan teknik persentase. Uji coba produk bahan ajar akan dilakukan di SMP Negeri 6 Malang kelas IX.2. Berdasarkan evaluasi dari validator ahli desain dan materi, respon peserta didik, respon guru, dan uji keefektifan hasil belajar peserta didik, dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-LKPD interaktif berbasis literasi pada materi kelistrikan sel saraf manusia dengan bantuan Live worksheets sangat layak untuk diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran IPA pada kelas IX.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the level of website effectiveness in PAUDinstitutions in Malang City; (2) description of institutional image in PAUD institutionsin Malang City; (3) the effect of the effectiveness of the school website on the imageof the school according to the parents of students in PAUD institutions throughoutMalang. This research uses a quantitative approach using aapproach descriptivecorrelational. The results of this study indicate the level of effectiveness of websitesin PAUD institutions in Malang is in the medium category, as well as the significantinfluence between the effectiveness of the website on the image of schools in PAUDinstitutions throughout Malang.

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research is to describe in detail the strategies of principals andteachers in shaping the character of students through the panca karakter in SD AnakSaleh Malang, starting from the strategies of the principal and teachers in shapingthe character of students, implementing panca karakter to shape the character ofthe participants. students, the implementation of strategies in shaping thecharacter of students through panca karakter, and the results of implementingstrategies to shape the character of students through panca karakter. This researchuses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The results of thisresearch are strategies to shape the character of students by approaching children,touching the child's heart, doing habituation, and providing examples or rolemodels for students. The panca karakter consist of personal, social, intellectual,natural and national piety. 5 educations based on panca karakter to form charactersconsisting of KPBS, TTM, Green Force, KANCIL, Home Base System. Supportingfactors for the implementation of character education are school facilities, teachingstaff and education, character building. Inhibiting factors in the environmentoutside of school, including family. The solution is by holding parenting, workshops,home visits, and calling parents. The characters that stand out a lot after theimplementation of character education are more personal piety, social piety, andnational piety.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation process of schooland community relationship management in parenting, business day andcelengan cinta for friends with the research location at SDI Surya BuanaMalang. This research uses a qualitative research approach and descriptiveresearch type. Sources of data obtained from interviews, observation, anddocumentation. The informants in this study were the principal, publicrelations assistant, teachers, parents and students. Data analysis was carriedout after data collection through data reduction, data display, verification andconfirmation of conclusions. The results of this study are (1) public relationsactivity planning is planned in the school's annual program meeting; (2)implementationof a parenting seminar program once a year by involving oneBahana Cita Persada Foundation. Parents day program is held routinely once aweek on Fridays by inviting parents. The business day program is held once amonth during recess with participants from class I-VI alternately. Charity Fridayis carried out voluntarily with students depositing money to the class teacher.Implementation of special donations in a situational manner, namely when amajor disaster occurs; (3) evaluation of public relations activities in parenting,business day and celengan cinta for friends programs, namely held once aweek or after program implementation; (4) the supporting factors, namely theexistence of a public relations program and systematic planning, the supportof the majority of parents, adequate infrastructure and funds, and possibleconditions of school organization. Inhibiting factors in the parenting seminarprogram, parents who come depend on the attractiveness of the seminarspeakers; (5) the school's efforts are to keep trying to make improvements andpromote as much as possible.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe (1) the marketing mix aspects of educational services;(2) marketing mix strategy of educational services; and (3) the implications of theeducational services marketing mix strategy. The method used is a qualitativeapproach with the type of case study research at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang.Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques.The results of this study show(1) aspects of the educational service marketing mixcovering aspects of price, product, location, promotion, people, process, andphysical evidence in the form of school excellence; (2) The education servicemarketing strategy starts from determining segmentation, targeting, andpositioning as a determinant of the agency's marketing direction, then managingaspects of the marketing mix into a content and promotion strategy in accordancewith community needs and institutional needs; (3) strategic implications arise inevery aspect of the marketing mix in the form of the development of studentinterest and institutional cooperation.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe; (1) planning special services for school cafeterias with afood court system; (2) organizing special school cafeteria services with a food courtsystem; (3) implementation of special school cafeteria services with a food courtsystem; (4) supervision of special school cafeteria services with a food court system.This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. The location ofthis research is at SMK PGRI 2 Kediri. Data collection techniques using observation,interview and documentation techniques. This study uses key informants from theChairperson of the Grida Food Court.
