Abstract

Gender differences will not actually be a problem if it does not give birth to a form of gender inequality. But in reality, these differences give birth to many forms of gender inequality. Education is an important component. Where in its activities is a process of internalizing knowledge and intellectual values. Fatima Mernissi is one of the Islamic feminists fighting for gender equality, and Muhammad Quraish Shihab is one of the writers on gender equality. Both are figures who both disagree with the justification of acts of gender injustice on the pretext of religion. This study is a literature review. The type of research is critical analysis using a library research approach. The method used is a documentation study, while the data analysis study uses content analysis and comparison. The results of the comparison of the thoughts of the two figures are: before God, men and women have the same position, the only difference is their piety (spiritual). Abstract

Audio visual based learning media is a learning media that looks, can be heard, can also be used to convey massage or also subject matter in more detail and clearly, from the learning that is displayed on audio visual media it can be heard as well as seen, learning using audio visual media is a form of conveying material by using machines or mechanical and electronic devices to display or present audio and visual massage. Then what is meant by implementation is the provision of facilities to carry out something that has a certain impact, or simply implementation. This research was conducted at one of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah education in Batu City. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of audio visual media in the learning process of Islamic Cultural History based on audio visual media at MTs Hasyim Asy’ariBatu City, also to find out how the learning model is when the learning process takes place. The approach used in this research is qualitative research. There are three data collection techniques in this research, namely: 1) Observation, 2) Interview, 3) Documentation. The subject in this study were grade VIII students in the 2021/2022 academic year.It can be concluded from the data obtained by the researcher, namely, during the learning process,it was seen that students could more easily understand the material being taught, were more enthusiastic in the learning process, and the learning model used by the VIII grade SKI teacher was the direct and cooperative learning model. First, the direct learning model is where the teacher explains the learning video in class directly, then explains the content of the material. The second model is the cooperative learning model, whwre the teacher forms small groups then the teacher gives assignments, and then presents them in front of the class.

Abstract

Education is currently experiencing a decline in attitudes and behaviors that do not reflect faith in God. On the other hand they recognize that the religion they profess is the religion of Islam, but their attitudes and behavior do not reflect the religion itself. Many among the people of them often do things that are inappropriate. Among others: do dholim, dare to parents, getting drunk, gambling and so forth. All of that is due to lack of knowledge of the faith in themselves. Researchers chose the book of Aqidatul Awam by Sheikh al-Alim al-Allamah Sayyid Ahmad Marzuqi because this book discusses the unity of humanity in order to believe in God. So this book gives enthusiasm to know and study science as a way of life and can be applied to life. The formulation of the problem of this research is How is the content in the book of Aqidatul Awam by Sheikh al-Alim al-Allamah Sayyid Ahmad Marzuqi, how is the value of monotheism education in the book of Aqidatul Awam, and how are the implications of monotheism education in today's life. The research objectives Knowing the content in the book of Aqidatul Awam, Knowing the value of monotheism education in the book of Aqidatul Awam, and knowing the implications of monotheism education in today's life. This research uses a qualitative approach, this type of research is Library Research. The data source of this research is the book of Aqidatul Awam by Sheikh al-Alim al-Allamah Sayyid Ahmad Marzuqi as a primary data source, supported by secondary data, and tertiary data. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers with historical methods. This research data analysis method uses the content analysis method and the literature review method. The conclusions of the results of this study indicate that there are two grades of tahid education contained in the book of Aqidatul Awam, namely Divine values, and Insaniyah values. The Divine Value is related to the relationship of the servant with God, while the Insaniyah value is related to the relationship between humans and others.

Abstract

There are many problems in various field with the development of this era, especially aducation. The pandemic period changed all arrangements in the learning system, found many obstacles and problems in learning. One of them is change in the mechanics of the implementation of learning, which was originally carried out in schools, is now carried out online or remotely through an agreed platform. The learning process can be said to be successful if the planning is designed as well and systeatically as possible. It is quite impressive for teachers to plan online pattern learning which later must relly be applied to students according to the objectives, moreover PAI subjects do not only talk about knowledge but attitudes will be more important in the learning objectives. State high school 1 Malang is the top ten  best high schools in the academic field, of course it will be an axample for others as to what learning planning is wrapped up to produce good learning so as to give birth to students who are still able to complete during te Covid-19 pandemic. Apart from various obstacles and support in making lesson plans, teachers and students and even all actors in schools must be able to collaborate and harmonize online learning

Abstract

PAI learning has a goal that is in line with national goals in which it forms emotional intelligence but in practice PAI learning has not been carried out optimally, the most frequent problem is the delivery of which only transfers knowledge without any additional habituation or programs in forming emotional intelligence. Coupled with the adjustment of conditions and situations in the New Normal Era, the process of PAI Learning activities in practice needs to have a learning design with adequate characteristics and strategies, not only that PAI learning processes and models are able to shape aspects of emotional intelligence. qualitative The type of research used is descriptive research. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. After collecting the data, the data analysis technique used data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the PAI learning design in the new normal era had 2 different implementation designs when PPKM and PTMT, resulting in differences in the learning process, and the application of the PAI learning model in the new normal era at Wahid Hasyim Middle School using the Contextual model (CTL) when PPKM and Cooperative model when PTMT. And the cooperative learning model that can shape students' emotional intelligence in various aspects at Wahid Hasyim Middle School

Abstract

The problem currently encountered by globalization in education in Indonesia is the lack of religious knowledge, one of the factor is the indifference of Islam values in the learning process and the lack of students’ morals. The aim of this study is to describe the effort of Islamic Religion teacher in expanding the spiritual intelligence of class IX students at SMPN 2 Bantur Malang, describing the supporting and inhibiting factors to expand students' spiritual intelligence.The research is a qualitative research. The data was collected using observation method, documentation and interviews. In this case, the researcher played a role as a participant and also the researcher was as a planner, executor, data collector, analyzer and reporter on the results of the research. The result of this research showed that the effort of Islamic Religion teacher in expanding the students' spiritual intelligence at SMPN 2 Bantur directed to the formation of morals through religious activities, habit and learning. Religious activities are appreciated so effective because a habit intended as a preparation to strengthen the faith, extend the insights about Islam and created  Muslims who are able to filter out the negative influences from the environment and become young generation of morality.

Abstract

Education is a foundation for advancing civilization, and can develop society so that later it will be able to make generations work for their interests, if a nation is in shock or progress is hampered, then the first thing to review is its education system. Seeing the quality and condition of this millennial era, the problems faced in the world of education, especially and almost a lot of people agree with, are Islamic education which is the main guideline for moral formation. Most of the people in society today still believe that Islamic religious education is very capable of directing life to a good goal. This research is a library research (library research) using a non-interactive approach or what is commonly referred to as an analytical researcher. This is non-interactive research, researchers collect, identify, analyze, and synthesize data, to then interpret concepts, policies and events that are directly or indirectly observed. Research has a descriptive analysis, which is a method that describes and describes systematically. The results of this study indicate that Imam Al-Ghazali is a high priest with a very high enthusiasm for knowledge. This can be proven by the works of his book essays. Moral education is an effort made consciously to guide and change habits, to achieve noble morals, while the goal of moral education according to Imam Al-Ghozali is to form humans who can get closer to Allah SWT. So that it can give happiness both in this world and in the hereafter. The theory of Imam Al-Ghozali Moral education with the theory of Perennialism and Positivism in the book Ihya 'Ulumuddin has a relationship to the context of ideas. Although in the context the actualization is different because of several factors that grow along with the times.

Abstract

First class or superior institution, urgency of doing this research is closely related to Madrasah Leaders who are in direct contact with supporting factors, the concept of leadership at MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah Mojowarno Jombang. The method used by  researcher a qualitative approach. This research refers to primary and secondary data sources, namely, primary data which includes the head of the madrasa, leadership of the head of the madrasa, secondary apparatus and teachers. Interview, documentation, and observation, the method will provide  process according to facts , this research is intended to describe concept of Islamic education in relation to the leadership, quality of the leadership’s head of the madrasa in developing Islamic education institutions in the Aliyah Madrasah Darul Faizin Assalafiyah Catakgayam Mojowarno Jombang, Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of the Head of Madrasah Leadership in the Development of Islamic Educational Institutions, Efforts of the Head of Madrasah Leadership in the Development of Islamic Educational Institutions. This research intends to optimize Islamic Educational Institutions. Concept  research found deficiencies or inhibiting factors, namely facilities and infrastructure, quality of teachers, funding and the minimal role of the community in the importance of Islamic religious education forming aqla 'and not  based on formal education.

Abstract

This research is a type of case study research. This study aims to describe and analyze phenomena, events, social activities, and attitudes. The main purpose of this research is to develop and form a strategy for Islamic religious education teachers in forming SSA (spiritual and social attitude) for students during the COVID-19 pandemic. The specific purpose of this research is to find out how to develop and shape the spiritual and social attitudes of students during the current pandemic. The formation of spiritual attitudes and social attitudes is carried out by Islamic religious education teachers themselves. Data collection techniques used by interviews, observation, and documentation. Qualitative data were analyzed using a ratio scale. This study resulted in the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in forming SSA (spiritual and social attitude) students during the COVID-19 pandemic "this strategy uses habituation, classical approach modeling, individual approach, parent approach, caramah method, discussion, question and answer, and assignment g,. Based on the validation that has been carried out by material experts and Islamic religious education teachers, on average, they have reached the target. Thus, it can be concluded that the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in forming SSA (spiritual and social attitude) for students during the COID-19 pandemic made by researchers is suitable for use in learning spiritual attitudes and social attitudes.

Abstract

Abstrak Poligami adalah masalah kemanusiaan yang tua sekali. Hampir seluruh bangsa di dunia, sejak zaman dahulu kala tidak asing dengan poligami. Di dunia Barat, kebanyakan orang benci dan menentang poligami. Sebagian besar bangsa-bangsa di Barat menganggap bahwa poligami adalah hasil dari perbuatan cabul dan oleh karenanya dianggap sebagai tindakan yang tidak bermoral. Akan tetapi kenyataan menunjukan lain, Hendrik II, Hendrik IV, Lodeewijk XV, Rechlieu, dan Napoleon I adalah contoh orang-orang besar Eropa yang berpoligami secara ilegal. Bahkan, pendeta-pendeta Nasrani yang telah bersumpah tidak akan kawin selama hidupnya, tanpa perasaan malu melalukan kebiasaan memelihara istri-istri gelap dengan izin sederhana dari uskup atau kepala gereja mereka. Kebiasaan poligami yang dilakukan oleh raja-raja yang melambangkan ketuhanan sehingga banyak orang yang menganggapnya sebagai perbuatan suci. Orang Hindu melakukan poligami secara meluas, begitu juga orang Babilonia, Siria, dan Persi, mereka tidak mengadakan pembatasan mengenai jumlah wanita yang dikawini oleh seorang laki-laki. Seorang Brahma berkasta tinggi, boleh mengawini wanita sebanyak yang ia suka. Di kalangan bangsa Israil, poligami telah berjalan sejak sebelum zaman nabi Musa a.s. yang kemudian menjadi adat kebiasaan yang dilanjutkan tanpa ada batasan istri Kata Kunci : Perubahan Sosial, Poligami, Teori Faktor Independent
