Abstract

Third grade students of KMI Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor experience learning difficulties and boredom in learning Shorof, which causes a decrease in learning motivation and low learning outcomes. Research Objective To study the effectiveness of contextual learning-based educational strategies compared to conventional learning methods in teaching Shorof material in the third grade of KMI Gontor. This study used a quantitative approach with a true experimental method and post-test only design. The research population was all third grade KMI students of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor which amounted to 276 students. The sample was taken using Stratified Random Sampling technique and divided into three groups: experimental group with Card Sort strategy, control group 1 with STAD strategy, and control group 2 with conventional method. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, Shapiro-Wilk normality test, homogeneity test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and Mann-Whitney test. Research Results: There was a significant difference between the three groups (p = 0.001 < 0.05). Card Sort group obtained the highest mean score (7.93), followed by STAD (7.53), and conventional (6.26). There was no significant difference between Card Sort and STAD (p = 0.378 > 0.05). Card Sort was more effective than conventional method (p = 0.001 < 0.05) with an average difference of 1.67. STAD is more effective than conventional method (p = 0.007 < 0.05) with a mean difference of 1.67. STAD is more effective than the conventional method (p = 0.007 < 0.05) with an average difference of 1.27. Contextual learning strategies (Card Sort and STAD) proved to be more effective in improving Shorof learning outcomes than conventional methods.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the application of the imla istimai method by imla teachers in improving Arabic writing skills in class 1D at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor campus 7. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the imla istimai method in imla lessons can improve the Arabic writing skills of class 1D students. It can be concluded that the application of this method consists of 5 stages; a.) Preparation, b.) Muqoddimah, c.) Demonstration, d.) Evaluation, f.) Closing. The application of the imla istimai method in imla subjects is very effective because it can improve Arabic writing skills. The ability to write Arabic will influence and expand your understanding of other skills related to Arabic. Keywords: Imla Istima’I, Learning, Imla Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode imla istimai oleh guru imla dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis bahasa Arab kelas 1D di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor kampus 7. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode imla istimai pada pelajaran imla dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis Arab santri kelas 1D. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam penerapan metode ini terdiri 5 tahap; a.) Persiapan, b.) Muqoddimah, c.) Demonstrasi, d.) Evaluasi, f.) Penutupan. Penerapan metode imla istimai pada mata pelajaran imla sangat efektif karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis bahasa Arab. Abstract

Language gives birth to beautiful literary works when composed with the right diction. Currently, many Arabic songs are viral on social media. The virality of Arabic songs is due to several factors, including music genres, arrangements, and expressions of feelings that contain language styles. Using a qualitative methodology, the researchers provided descriptive explanations for the discussion's outcomes. The read-note approach is then used to evaluate the acquired data. Specifically, by carefully reading and hearing the words to Qesset Hobb songs and comprehending the significance of each phrase. Then recording the majas found and categorizing them using Keraf's stylistic theory. Then, interpreting the meaning of the song lyrics to get a picture of the storyline and language style in it related to the data source, then drawing conclusions from the data that has been analyzed. According to the findings of this study, there are at least 13 different varieties of majas, separated into 9 rhetorical majas and 4 metaphorical. Overall, the song "Qesset Hobb" employs rhetorical devices such as exaggeration, litotes, pleonasm, alliteration, assonance, anastrophe, apostrophe, erotesis, and zeugma. Metaphors, personification, metonomia, and paronomasia are all examples of figurative language.

Abstract

تأثير استخدام طريقة على نتائج تعليم اللَغة العربيّة في المدرسة المتوسّطة الأهليّة جامية الحجاج بوكيت تنجي. المشكلة في هذا البحث أنه تعليم اللّغة العربيّة في الفصل الثّامن في المدرسة المتوسّطة الأهليّة جامية الحجاج بوكيت تنجي. لم يستخدم المعلّمون طريقة متنوّعة ولاتزال نتائج تعليم الطّلّاب في مهارة الكتابة باللّغة العربيّة منخفضة. أمّا أهداف البحث لمعرفة تأثير استخدام طريقة على نتائج تعليم اللّغة العربيّة خاصّة في مهارة كتابة الطّلاّب الصّف الثّامن في المدرسة المتوسّطة الأهليّة جامية الحجاج بوكيت تنجي. وأمّا منهجيّة البحث هو تستخدم الباحثة بحثا كمّيّا بنوع تجريبي. أمّا عدد مجتمع البحث جميع الطّلّاب في المدرسة المتوسّطة الأهليّة جامية الحجاج بوكيت تنجي. في الفصل الثّامن يتكوّن من 14 طالبا وتستخدم الباحثة أسلوب اختبار العينات. و أمّا أسلوب تحليل البيانات هو باستخدام البرنامج. نتائج البحث هي توجد تأثير استخدام طريقة على نتائج تعليم اللّغة العربيّة خاصّة في مهارة كتابة الطّلّاب الصّف الثّامن. كان المستجيبون في هذه البحث وحدها 14 مستجيبا وكانت قيمة. 14-1 = 13 و 0.05 / 2 موجودة ؛ آه 0.025. بحيث يمكن رؤيته لاحقا في الجدول t قيمة الجدول t في العمودين 13 و t 0.025 وهو 2.160. بحيث تكون قيمة t تحسب 10.61 وجدول t 2.160. للصفوف 10.61 > 2.160 بحيث يتم قبول الهكتار وتطبيق طريقة على نفسها يؤثر على نتائج تعليم العربيّة. الكلمات المفتاحيّة: طريقة نتائج تعليم اللَغة العربيّة

Abstract

Howard Gardner's concept of Multiple Intelligences suggests that each individual has different intelligences, developed in various ways. Based on this concept, the Arabic language education learning design at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Besuki is designed by taking into account the intelligence possessed by students, so that learning can be adjusted. Focusing on the implementation of Arabic Language Education as a research objective, qualitative research methods with a case study approach were applied. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. The sources of information for this research are the school principal, head of curriculum, head of public relations, Arabic language education teachers and students. Validation of research data is triangulation. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data presentation, data condensation, and drawing conclusions. Research findings show increased student involvement in learning in Arabic language education learning design at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Besuki using the Multiple Intelligence concept approach: (1) Identification of linguistic, logical-mathematical, visual-spatial, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence. (2) Selecting the right learning method for each intelligence. (3) Integration of intelligence between different intelligences in learning. (4) The use of technology in learning can also help increase student involvement. It is hoped that the results of this research can be adopted in designing Arabic language education learning designs using the Multiple Intelligences concept approach, understanding students' intelligences and choosing learning methods that suit these intelligences. Thus, learning is more effective and student involvement in learning increases.

Abstract

This research focuses on the identification and analysis of dialectal variations (lahjah) in the Arabic language through a literature review approach that includes various printed books and scholarly journal articles. The study examines the main linguistic characteristics that distinguish Arabic dialects, covering phonetic, morphological, syntactic, and lexical differences. Additionally, this research explores the influence of socio-cultural factors on dialect variation. The findings indicate that there are numerous dialectal variations in Arabic, including both major and local dialects, demonstrating that Arabic dialects are highly complex and influenced by various geographical and socio-cultural factors. The findings of this research make a significant contribution to the understanding of linguistic and cultural diversity in the Arabic language as well as the linguistic and social dynamics of Arabic dialects. The conclusion of this study underscores the importance of considering socio-cultural contexts in dialectal analysis. This research also acknowledges limitations regarding the sources of data, which are confined to existing literature, and recommends further field research to gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

This linguistic competency test is very important in evaluation Arabic language learning .even though this test does not measure students practical language skills linguistic competency is a prerequisite for language activities. This research aims to determine the patterns of linguistic competency tests and cognitive level of the test the methode use this research is descriptive qualitative with a content analysis approach this research was carried out MTsN 2 purwakarta ,while documentation techniques were used to collect research data the result of the research show a variety of competency test patterns syntax tests with i`rab arrange words into the number of ismiyah or fiiliyah.the clarification test is by determining the meaning and the formation test is by completing the sentence with the right words the cognitive test level is dominated by LOTS ( Low Order Thinking skill ) with 37questions and 8 question for the HOST ( High Order Skill Thinking Skill) category,thus research provides a wide range of references for teachers in preparing Arabic language question

Abstract

Learning is a process or endeavor undertaken by each individual to bring about a change in behavior, learning a subject was difficult and problematic, as well as learning Arabic as a second language is also difficult. The difficulty in learning Arabic as a second language increased for university students who did not enroll in Arabic. This article seeks to expose the learning difficulty of undergraduate students graduating from non-religious schools and the efforts the university has made to overcome those difficulties. The research used the qualitative descriptive approach especially the case study, Data on the difficulties of learning Arabic was collected in an interview with the lecturer and some students, and the progress of teaching and learning was observed, and documents were collected on the factors affecting the difficulty of learning Arabic.. The results from this research seem to mean that the learning difficulty of students seems focused on the two factors, they are the internal factor means the lack of motivation in learning the Arabic language different from their professional goal and the external factor is the boring progress of education and the lack of a book matching the level of their linguistic and cultural. The efforts made by the university are to guide the teacher to encourage students on the importance of the Arabic language and avoid familiarity with teaching grammar, and then write a book corresponding to their linguistic and cultural level.

Abstract

The skill of writing good and correct is indispensable to get spelling which is in accordance with the rules. Spelling error appear because the student not yet mastered the four skill speaking. Other than that learning Arabic language still considered complicated by some students. There were some problem formulations in this research, those were: 1) What were spelling error on Arabic writing those experienced by Wustho degree students in MADIN Al Firdaus Purwodadi Kediri? 2) What were the causes of Arabic spelling error those experienced by wustho degree students in MADIN Al Firdaus Purwodadi Kediri? 3) What were the analisys of spelling error in arabic made by wustho degree students and what is the teacher effort in correcting spelling errors? And this research was supposed to identify, to classify, to analyze Arabic dictation inaccuracy, and identify teacher effort to redress the mistakes. In this research, researcher used descriptive qualitative approach because there’s no numeral data utilized. However, relevant and detailed literatures could serve informative result. The result of the research showed that there are some spelling error, those are vowels, hamzah (ء), alif lam (ال) syamsiyah qomariyah, process of writing Ta’ (ة), and long vowels (؅). There are some causes of the chase, are: intralingua or the complexity of the target language, less accuracy or less notification of the teachers and students, than the students don’t like Arabic lesson. Motivating students to learn Arabic language, correcting error part on Arabic lesson, and attending more Arabic activities are some endeavours to increase student passion on learning Arabic language.

Abstract

The Arabic language is growing and spreading widely in the world, as it is the first official language in 22 sovereign Arab countries. It is spoken by more than 470 million people. In addition, the Arabic language, specifically Classical Arabic, is the language of the religion of Islam, which is embraced by about one and a half billion Muslims, and in which they perform their religious worship. On the other hand, the United Nations considers the Arabic language to be a gateway to the rich and diverse Arab cultural heritage, and through it the bonds of cooperation between peoples are achieved and peace and peace are established. Therefore, the organization decided that the Arabic language would become one of its official languages ​​approved in 1973. There is no doubt, then, that the Arabic language has global and local importance, as departments have been allocated to teach it in American, European, Chinese, and Russian universities, to name a few. Although the Arabic language has three basic forms: the classical classical language, the modern classical language, and the colloquial languages, the modern standard language is the language spoken at the official level and in teaching and learning platforms. With the development of technical tools and artistic methods, learning classical Arabic and even its various colloquial dialects has become popular in the digital world. It is possible to learn the Arabic language electronically and attend Arabic language lessons online. Today's digital development makes it easy to communicate with professors interact with them. With the use of smart and cheerful methods, learning the Arabic language has become easier and more enjoyable than ever before.
