Abstract

This study examines the influence of performance expectancy and facilitating conditions on the behavioral intention to adopt financial technology among MSME grocery stall owners, while also assessing the moderating role of financial literacy in these relationships. Using a survey method, data were collected from 231 MSME grocery stall owners in Greater Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, and East Java who have experience with P2P fintech services. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with SmartPLS software. The results show that performance expectancy and facilitating conditions each have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use P2P fintech, whereas financial literacy does not significantly moderate these relationships. These findings provide an empirical basis for designing more effective and inclusive P2P fintech service strategies for the MSME sector and highlight the importance of enhancing financial literacy and digital technology adoption in the microbusiness context.

Abstract

In the era of BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-Linear, Incomprehensible), organizations face increasingly complex and rapidly changing challenges. Leadership sustainability is an important element for organizations to be able to compete and develop their business sustainably. Organizations can increase the implementation of leadership succession through the creation of a work environment that supports the identification and development of future leaders. This study aims to analyze the influence of diversity, equity, and inclusion on the effectiveness of leadership succession by considering the mediating role of employee performance and engagement. The background of this research is based on the weak implementation of DEI principles in many organizations, which often results in social conflict, discrimination, and low participation and motivation of an employee. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative approach. Data was obtained through research instruments in the form of surveys developed from various previous studies and aimed at employees from various backgrounds in Indonesia, then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the study are expected to make an empirical contribution in explaining the relationship between the implementation of DEI and leadership succession through employee performance and engagement. The findings in this study are expected to be input for human resource management when designing more inclusive and adaptive leadership development strategies. This study is also expected to close the gap in the literature by mapping the causal relationship between DEI variables, employee performance, employee engagement, and leadership succession in the context of organizations in Indonesia

Abstract

The Tonusu–Pendolo Road Section in Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi, serves as a vital transportation corridor connecting Pamona Barat District and Pendolo District, spanning approximately 58.5 km. This road supports regional economic activities and traverses important ecological areas such as the Pamona Nature Reserve and the Bancea Natural Tourism Park. Field surveys indicate that the pavement is predominantly in light to severe damage, with defects including cracks, potholes, rutting, and surface depressions. The primary causes are excessive axle loads from heavy vehicles, inadequate drainage systems, and low subgrade strength. This study applies the Bina Marga Flexible Pavement Design Method to determine an optimal structural improvement strategy. Data collection included traffic volume surveys, subgrade CBR testing, and visual pavement inspections. The analysis revealed subgrade CBR values ranging from 5% to 8%, necessitating a thicker pavement structure to withstand projected traffic loads. The proposed design consists of a 4 cm Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC), 6 cm Asphalt Concrete Binder Course (AC-BC), 20 cm Aggregate Class A base course, and 20 cm Aggregate Class B subbase. Implementation of the proposed structure, combined with axle load control, drainage improvement, and periodic maintenance, is expected to extend service life, enhance safety, and improve overall road performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perception of junior high school English teachers towards the implementation of blended learning in Yogyakarta and to determine the frequency of its implementation. Data were collected through questionnaires from 84 junior high school English teachers using purposive sampling techniques. The research instrument uses a 5-point Likert scale to measure seven dimensions: knowledge and understanding, ICT competence, frequency of implementation, perceived effectiveness, perceived benefits, perceived challenges, and institutional support. Data analysis employed descriptive statistics and non-parametric tests. The results showed that teachers' perceptions of blended learning were positive overall, with the highest score on the perceived effectiveness dimension (M = 16.50; SD = 2.42). However, the frequency of implementation remains low (M = 10.61; SD = 2.14). Analysis based on demographic variables showed that only training experience had a significant effect on teacher perception (p = 0.006). There is a gap between positive perception and practical implementation, highlighting the need for infrastructure support, intensive training, and policies to support the implementation of blended learning in English language teaching.

Abstract

The creativity of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers plays a crucial role in improving the quality of learning, as children require innovative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate stimuli. However, many PAUD teachers still face obstacles in developing creativity due to limited organizational support, reward systems, and the low integration of local wisdom values into the learning process. The purpose of this study is to develop a model for PAUD teacher creativity based on local wisdom and organizational support. The POP-SDM (Modeling and Optimization of Resource Management) method was used in this study. Data collection in the simple qualitative research phase employed direct interviews, recorded and stored via WhatsApp voice notes. In this study, data were also collected using a questionnaire. Model and hypothesis testing were conducted using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results indicate that improving PAUD teacher creativity in Tasikmalaya City can be achieved through a research constellation model identified through field exploration, supported by strategies derived from SEM analysis and improvement measures based on SITOREM analysis. The research findings confirm that the optimal solution for improving teacher creativity lies in prioritizing indicators that need improvement. Directly, teamwork and organizational climate were shown to have a significant positive effect on teacher creativity, while trust and personality showed little effect. However, indirectly, trust provided a significant positive effect through organizational climate, while teamwork and personality remained insignificant through this pathway.

Abstract

Hangtua Road in Palu City serves as a vital connector between the Talise and Tondo sub-districts, providing access to educational institutions, commercial areas, and residential zones. The road segment has shown visible structural damage at several points, raising concerns about its serviceability under increasing traffic demand. The problem addressed in this study is the decline in pavement performance, which threatens road safety and accessibility. The objective is to evaluate the stress and strain levels of the pavement, estimate its remaining service life, and propose appropriate maintenance solutions. A descriptive research method was employed, supported by field investigations. Primary data were collected from the Benkelman Beam (BB) deflection test and the Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) test for CBR values. The maximum deflection recorded was 0.325 mm at STA 0+500, while the minimum was 0.168 mm at STA 0+700. The analysis indicates that the existing pavement structure can continue to serve adequately if supported by routine maintenance. The recommended solution is the application of a non-structural overlay, which is expected to extend the pavement's service life by approximately 10 years while accommodating projected traffic growth. These findings provide practical guidance for local road authorities in planning cost-effective and sustainable maintenance strategies.

Abstract

Elementary education plays a crucial role in laying the foundation of students’ knowledge and skills. Science and Social Studies (IPAS) is one of the core subjects that equips students with an understanding of their environment and society. However, students with learning difficulties often face challenges in comprehending abstract concepts presented in IPAS lessons. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of context-based picture media in improving IPAS learning outcomes among slow learner students in elementary school. This research employed a classroom action research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through written tests, classroom observations, and interviews with teachers. The intervention focused on using contextual picture media that related directly to students’ daily experiences, such as markets, plants around the school, and community activities. The findings show a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes. The average score increased from 62.5 in the pre-action stage to 71.3 in the first cycle, and further to 81.7 in the second cycle. Mastery learning also rose from 35% to 65% and ultimately 90%. Moreover, observations revealed higher student participation, stronger motivation, and increased confidence in expressing ideas during learning activities. Teachers also noted that contextual images helped students connect abstract concepts with real-life situations, making lessons more meaningful and interactive. In conclusion, the use of contextual picture media has proven effective in enhancing IPAS learning outcomes for students with learning difficulties. This approach not only improves cognitive achievement but also fosters affective and psychomotor development, making it a practical strategy for inclusive education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Muhammadiyah Tarjih Decision on prayer in children's education in the Muhammadiyah family in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. By using a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and literature studies, this study found that the understanding of the Muhammadiyah family, especially the cadres and leaders, of the Tarjih Decision on prayer was good and they practiced it in their daily lives. The implementation of prayer education is carried out in two forms, namely the practice of prayer according to tarjih by teaching reading, memorization, and the example of parents, as well as the cultivation of spiritual, moral, and social values through prayer. The factors that support the success of the implementation are the relatively high level of education and family economy, while the obstacles faced are the limited access to Muhammadiyah educational facilities, so that some children study outside Muhammadiyah schools and are faced with different worship procedures. This research contributes to the development of Islamic education in the Muhammadiyah family and strengthens the implementation of the Tarjih Decision in urban communities.

Abstract

Digital transformation improves efficiency but risks dehumanization through datafication, opaque algorithmic decisions, and diluted accountability. This qualitative–conceptual article synthesizes humanistic management, ethical leadership, and digital ethics into a Humanistic Digital Management Model (HDMM). Ethical leadership functions as a value-internalization and accountability mechanism; digital ethics provides design and oversight principles (privacy, transparency, non-discrimination, security); and organizational culture moderates the translation of values/principles into practice. Grounded in a philosophy-of-science triad (ontology, epistemology, axiology), the paper advances four propositions, operational guidance, and managerial implications—algorithmic impact assessment, digital codes of ethics, and culture-building routines that safeguard human dignity. We outline measurement directions and empirical designs to validate HDMM and support human-centered organizing.
