Abstract

In an effort to achieve educational goals, the use of methods or ways of educators in delivering learning is very necessary. Al-Qu'ran which is a guide to human life has mentioned many educational methods in its content. This research aims to reveal what educational methods are found in the Qur'an, especially QS. An-Nahl verse 125 along with its relevance to education. To answer this problem, researchers use qualitative research methods with the type of literature study that produces findings in the form of descriptive explanations based on written sources. From the analysis, it is found that in QS. An-Nahl: 125 there are 3 educational methods that are relevant to the concept of education. The first, bi al-hikmah method is a method of conveying knowledge wisely and in the form of exemplary in order to create a practice from the understanding of students. Second, the mau'idzah hasanah method is a method of giving advice in the form of both recommendations and prohibitions carried out with gentleness and compassion in order to instill values and norms in the personalities of students. The third, mujadalah method or discussion method carried out in order to explore the potential of students to explore knowledge and express opinions that are in accordance with truth and science.

Abstract

The involvement of technology in the learning process is something that can facilitate the learning process so that learning becomes more effective and efficient. The method used is qualitative and the collection of data and information is using the literature study method. The purpose of this research is to describe the feasibility and effectiveness of game-based learning applications, namely the kahoot! In the learning process so that it can make it easier for teachers to evaluate the level of understanding of students in understanding the material that has been delivered within a certain period of time. With the kahoot! application, it is expected to foster students' motivation in learning so that it will foster a healthy spirit of competition and students can be encouraged to improve the quality of learning. The kahoot app is also able to create a fun learning atmosphere so that students can do quizzes with enjoyment and feel a new atmosphere while learning. The Kahoot app can also be used for free. So it can be concluded that the Kahoot! application developed by researchers is relevant and interesting to be used as a medium for evaluating student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The development of Islamic Religion in the Nusantara cannot be separated from a tortuous process. Among the factors that triggered the development of the Islamic religion in the Nusantara was the connection and good relations that existed between the Javanese and Scholars who came from Middle East. They worked together to achieve their goal, namely to preach the religion of Allah on earth, thus the network among scholars are connected. Among the facilities used is building educational facilities in the form of madrasas and Islamic boarding schools, where these Islamic boarding schools will become the forerunners of Islamic education for the next generation who will continue this banner of da'wah.

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of the obstacles and challenges faced by teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum. The Merdeka Curriculum is an educational innovation that aims to increase students' creativity and intelligence. However, the implementation process in the field often faces various obstacles that affect the effectiveness of learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with a number of teachers who have implemented the Merdeka Curriculum. Research findings identified several key barriers, such as lack of resources, uneven understanding, and challenges in integrating technology in learning. An in-depth analysis of these obstacles provides a comprehensive picture of the complexity of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at the teacher level. The implications of these findings can contribute to improved training strategies and support for teachers to overcome the challenges faced in implementing this educational approach.

Abstract

This research aims to explore various problems faced by teachers in the context of classroom management and explore strategies that can be used to overcome these challenges. The data collection method was carried out by interviewing teachers from grade level and involving direct observation in the classroom environment. Some of the problems that arise include challenges in managing student behavior, difficulties in adapting teaching methods to diverse learning styles, as well as practical obstacles such as limited resources and classroom space. In response to these problems, this research presents a number of practical strategies that can be implemented by teachers, to increase interaction in the classroom, the application of student-centered teaching methods, and collaborative efforts between teachers and parents. Additionally, it emphasized the need for increased administrative support and ongoing training opportunities for teachers. The results of this research provide an in-depth picture of the complexity and diversity of challenges faced by teachers in classroom management. By presenting strategies that can be implemented, this research contributes to a practical and sustainable understanding of efforts to increase the effectiveness of teachers' classroom management amidst the dynamics of contemporary education.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools, known as pesantren, play a crucial role as traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia and have been a focal point in discussions surrounding radicalism. This research aims to uncover the dynamics of radicalism that may occur within the pesantren environment and analyze the contributing factors to the spread of radical ideologies among the students. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and content analysis of relevant literature. The findings indicate that while pesantren play a significant role in shaping Islamic character and identity, they are also susceptible to the influence of radical ideologies. Factors such as economic inequality, social dissatisfaction, and a lack of inclusive education contribute to the emergence of radical attitudes among the students. Addressing the challenge of radicalism in pesantren involves enhancing understanding of moderate Islamic teachings, strengthening critical education, and fostering collaboration among the government, society, and pesantren. Prevention efforts should also focus on improving the well-being of pesantren, enhancing teacher capacity, and implementing inclusive educational approaches to minimize the potential for radicalization within pesantren communities. This research contributes to a better understanding of radicalism issues in pesantren and provides a foundation for the development of holistic and sustainable policies and prevention programs.

Abstract

The development of the times brings controversy in human life, one of which is moral decline. Moral damage is caused by weak implementation of noble morals in life. Therefore, the role of preaching that is full of wisdom is very necessary in society. The urgency of Islamic Da'wah is the moral foundation of the nation, and religious values can become a spirit of liberation from poverty of knowledge, faith and socio-culture, as happened during the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Therefore, it is worth putting forward the idea of prophetic education as a solution in Islamic da'wah. The purpose of this research is to determine the concept of prophetic education in Islamic preaching regarding the Kuntowijoyo Thought Study. This research is library research, researchers use content analysis and critical analysis methods, library research data collection techniques. The research findings of Kuntowijoyo's prophetic education concept are divided into three pillars, namely humanization, liberation and transcendence. The concept of prophetic education in da'wah: first, the humanization of da'wah focuses on caring for the surrounding environment and promoting the values of social justice. secondly, the prophetic approach of liberation in da'wah also highlights the urgency of social solidarity and concern for those who are oppressed. third, belief in the existence of Allah SWT is the basis of all existing elements of faith. From there arise various beliefs, which must be believed, understood and accepted with the mind, so that they can be trusted wholeheartedly.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the issues of education outside of school commonly encountered in families and communities. The research utilizes a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to collect various literature and journals. The findings of this study indicate that efforts in education beyond the school setting can be pursued through families, communities, and various other initiatives. This is done to safeguard the mental health of children from an early age and for their future well-being.

Abstract

Pesantren is an educational institution in the form of a dormitory that plays a dual role in teaching general insights and providing guidance and care to students for 24 hours / day. The basic concept of education in pesantren includes Islamic religious learning, boarding guidance, and instilling values and norms. The pesantren equips its students with specific religious insights and general knowledge accompanied by religious spiritual guidance, character education, and the cultivation of noble manners. One of the educational reformers who carried the concept of pesantren in her educational thought was Rahmah El Yunusiyyah. To find out how Rahmah El Yunusiyyah's basic concept of education towards pesantren, this research intends to explain Rahmah El Yunusiyyah's educational thinking used in building her school. In conducting this research process, the author uses a literature study-based qualitative method in which the final findings of the research are in the form of descriptive explanations. From the analysis, it is known that in the establishment of her school, Rahmah El Yunusiyyah specialized in education for women. Meanwhile, the basic concept of pesantren education promoted by Rahmah El Yunusiyyah is summarized in the triangle of woman's education which includes education in schools, education in dormitories, and education in the community. This concept applies the cooperation of educators/teachers, caregivers in dormitories, parents and the community in providing education to children. This aims to produce a generation of women who are competent in their role as mothers who are the first school for their children in the future.

Abstract

The discussion on "Inclusive Education in Religious Tolerance" highlights the crucial role of education in shaping an inclusive society that values religious diversity. The concept of inclusive education not only provides an understanding of religious diversity but also instills values of tolerance, mutual respect, and cooperation among students from diverse religious backgrounds. An inclusive learning environment is considered a crucial factor in supporting the formation of character and the development of tolerant attitudes. The implementation of religious values in the context of inclusion, the role of teachers, and the development of inclusive curriculum are the main focus in achieving this goal.
