Abstract

Mathematics is widely used in various fields of life. However, in reality, activities for every individual cannot always run as they should, there will be some problems, even in learning mathematics. This situation is influenced by a person's comprehension of a lesson. Examples of problems in learning mathematics can be seen in the technique of adding derivatives, which is the result of dozens or tens or two-digit numbers (often called storing numbers), which results in incorrectly determining the results of further arithmetic operations. This research activity uses a qualitative approach. When referring to the problems studied, using qualitative methods makes it possible to gain an understanding of the reality on the ground. Based on the results of observations at SDN 80 Muara Bulian in class 1C in learning to count there were some students who wrote numbers from below which should have been from above so that they looked neat in writing and the prohibition on writing numbers starting from the early grades, so that later students could write numbers correctly. Correct. Learning withdrawal is an activity that is accompanied by symptoms that hinder achieving the desired goal, so efforts are needed to overcome these symptoms. Completion of learning is a disability or imperfection that causes a person to have difficulty carrying out learning activities so that the learning process becomes ineffective. Expansion of learning is a collection of various disorders that vary in manifestations, which are inability to listen, speak, read, write, think, and do arithmetic. Students with learning difficulties tend to have low interest and motivation in learning mathematics, this is shown by students who are not active during class learning, they tend not to want to ask questions when the teacher gives them the opportunity to ask questions. In addition, students are lazy to do exercises or assignments given by the teacher. Students who have difficulties are also often noisy in class and do not pay attention to the teacher's explanation.

Currently the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture is holding and promoting Character Education for Indonesian students to form a Pancasila Student Profile in order to reduce and overcome problems related to student character in the 21st century. Through the Pancasila Student Profile which includes 6 dimensions, namely faith and piety to God Almighty and having noble character, global diversity, critical thinking, mutual cooperation, creative and independent Indonesian education wants to make students in all corners of the country to better understand, appreciate and implement the values of Pancasila. It is not easy to make an appropriate learning plan in instilling character education that is integrated into subjects, educators must align their competencies in the current digital transformation era through independent training activities, surfing in cyberspace to add insight and collaborate with colleagues, Head Schools, and School Superintendents on what media should be given to students. So that from this subject emerged an innovation to support teaching and learning activities and attract students' motivation to learn by utilizing one of the learning media, namely educational games. This innovation is reinforced by survey results which state that the average game player is between 7-30 years old with an 80% percentage aged 7-21 years being a group of children to teenagers who are very fond of playing online games. So a research concept was designed using a quantitative descriptive approach that uses numerical data and is treated statistically or quantitatively since the data was collected.

Abstract

Criminal acts do not yet have provisions that are expressly contained in Islamic law. Al-Quran and hadith do not explicitly regulate this issue. That is, regarding legal matters of understanding sexuality it is not mentioned in the realm of ḥudud's finger, the same is the case with adultery. The handling of juridical cases that limit sexual orientation experiences problems, especially regarding the formulation of criminal acts or delicts. The type of research used is through comparative sociological normative methods. Normative research is carried out by examining library materials which are secondary data, while sociological/empirical legal research methods are carried out by examining primary data obtained directly in the community. This study also uses a comparative approach (Comparative Approach) is research that is comparative in nature, which is compared both in the form of similarities and differences. The results showed that: 1) Sexual harassment is an act that includes dirty or indecent verbal expressions (comments, jokes and so on), indecent behavior, showing pornographic/obscene images, assault and indecent coercion such as forcing to kiss and hugging, threatening to buy a woman if she refuses to provide sexual services, to deception. Factors that influence the occurrence of sexual division among students are internal and external factors.

Abstract

The environment has become a new area of focus for Sonny Keraf, who previously primarily focused on legal and corporate ethics. Sonny Keraf only began to think about environmental issues after realizing that the current environmental catastrophe actually results from a fundamental philosophical mistake in how people view themselves, nature, and their place in the larger ecosystem. This research uses a historical-factual research methodology on characters and is categorized as philosophical research. The methodological steps of this study's data analysis strategy, which employs the philosophical hermeneutic approach, are interpretation, historical continuity, description, and heuristics. This study demonstrates that; 1) According to A. Sonny Keraf's notion of environmental philosophy, the environment is defined as an oikos, which is a Greek word that implies a place to dwell. However, an oikos is not just a house where people live. Oikos is understood as the entirety of the cosmos, including all of the interactions that take place inside between other living creatures and with the habitat's ecology. Realizing this, Keraf created three paradigms-the Holistic-Ecological Paradigm, the Ecoliteracy Paradigm, and the Biogregionalism Paradigm-to address the environmental problem that humanity is currently facing. 2) The environmental ideals included in the writings of A. Sonny Keraf, including: reverence for nature; moral responsibility for nature; cosmic solidarity; caring for nature; and no harm to the environment.
