Abstract

This study aims to develop Gimkit-based formative assessment media to increase student participation in Miracles material at MTs Darul Amin Palangka Raya. The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Four-D model which includes the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The results showed that the use of Gimkit can significantly increase student participation, from 40% to 90%, and the average student score increased from 70 to 85. The low student participation in previous learning was caused by the use of traditional teaching methods that were less interactive. Gimkit as a gamification platform, helps students learn through a more fun and interactive approach. This research proves that the integration of technology in education, especially using a gamification platform, can be an effective solution to increase student motivation, engagement and understanding of the material being taught. This research also provides recommendations for other schools to implement gamification platforms such as Gimkit in learning.

Abstract

The use of wordwalls in schools as an interactive learning tool to create various types of educational activities, including games, quizzes and exercises. This research aims to develop and increase the effectiveness of wordwall as a tool for evaluating moral belief learning in class VII D at Mts Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. The problem identified is the lack of use of media in learning moral beliefs, which can hinder students' interest in learning about the material that has been presented by the teacher. The method used is the Research and Development approach (R&D), and the model used is ADDIE which includes needs analysis, selecting games, content development, and classroom trials. Through this process, games are selected with interesting challenge and quiz elements, allows students to learn actively. The results of this research state that on average students feel this media is effective and helps them understand the questions better. Labyrinth media not only increases students' interest in learning, but is also able to create a more enjoyable and meaningful learning experience.

Abstract

The development of mobile technology opens up opportunities for innovation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning, especially in the material of tolerance and respect for differences. This research aims to develop and test the feasibility of the Android-based learning media "Betang Edu Application" for class IX students at SMPN 8 Palangka Raya. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D model, this research involves the Define, Design, Development and Dissemination stages. Product validation was carried out by media experts and material experts using a Likert scale instrument. The research results show that the Betang Edu application is considered feasible by media experts with a percentage of 76.6% and is considered very feasible by material experts with a percentage of 82.22%. The app offers interactive content relevant to the local context, increasing students' understanding of tolerance and respect for differences. This research contributes to the development of innovative PAI learning media, combining technology with local cultural values, and supporting the cultivation of tolerance in the digital era.

Abstract

The use of learning media is very necessary to help teachers in delivering material in class, moreover digital learning media is quite good to use because it adapts to the current era which is the era of digital use. This study aims to improve students' skills in the procedures for good and correct prayer. The research method used by the researcher is the RnD development method, with the Four-D Model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observations, trials and evaluations (participants fill out questionnaires and assess animated videos that researchers make). The questionnaire was filled out by 24 people in class VII C. From the results of interviews with fiqh subject teachers, it was found that there were still many students, especially students in class VII C MTS Darul Amin, who did not know the correct and proper prayer movements, therefore the researcher is interested in developing digital learning media that can help fiqh subject teachers to deliver material about prayer in more detail, in addition to making it easier for students to access via video. So the results of the development made by the researcher are, students are more helped by the existence of learning videos about prayer procedures that can be accessed via gadgets, and participants understand more about prayer movements because the video has provided clear and detailed movements, with this, it can improve students' prayer procedure skills.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the Perceptions of Civil Service Teachers on Class Management Skills of Practical Field Experience Teachers at the Sambas Islamic Institute Class of 2019 at SDS Tarbiyatul Islam. This research has two objectives, namely: 1) Describe the skills of the 2019 IAIS Sambas Field Experience Practice teachers in managing classes at SDS Tarbiyatul Islam. 2) Describe the teacher's perception of the skills of the 2019 IAIS Sambas Field Experience Practice teachers in managing classes at SDS Tarbiyatul Islam. This research uses a qualitative approach and a phenomenological type of research. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The data validity checking technique uses triangulation and member checking. The research results show that: 1. The skills of the 2019 IAIS Sambas Field Experience Practical teacher in managing the class apply the principles of class management (warm and enthusiastic, challenge, variety, flexibility and self-discipline), use an approach to class management, use an approach according to the learning conditions faced, organize study room by paying attention to (seating arrangements, arrangement of teaching tools, arrangement of beauty and cleanliness of the classroom, ventilation and lighting). When controlling learning conditions, PPL teachers try to create conducive learning conditions in several ways (showing responsiveness, dividing attention, giving clear instructions, reprimanding and providing reinforcement, modifying behavior and solving behavior that causes problems). 2. The teacher's perception of the IAIS Sambas Field Experience Practice teacher's skills in managing the classroom has shown good results because they have implemented the principles of classroom management, apart from that the teacher has also been free to use the classroom management approach, organize the learning space and control learning conditions properly. Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) To describe the implementation of PAI teacher inquiry strategies in improving the critical thinking of class VI students at SDN 06 Mensere. 2) To describe the application of the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) concept in improving the critical thinking abilities of class VI students at SDN 06 Mensere. Researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results of the research show that: 1) The implementation of PAI teacher inquiry strategies in improving the critical thinking of class VI students at SDN 06 Mensere is very good, starting with making a plan by determining the problems that will be solved by students and then implementing the inquiry strategy by giving problems to students to solve and carry out evaluations by looking at the development of students' critical thinking both objectively and in the grade book. 2) Implementing the Higher Order Thinking Skills concept for PAI teachers by creating HOTS-based questions and then handing them over to students to work on and seeing the effectiveness of applying the HOTS concept by looking at the final results of the assignments that students have completed.

Abstract

This study aims to clearly describe: First. How are the extracurricular muhadharah activities at Madrasah Aliyah Yasti Sekura, second, how is the religious character of class XII students at Madrasah Aliyah Yasti Sekura, third is there a significant influence between extracurricular muhadharah activities on improving the religious character of class XII students at Madrasah Aliyah Yasti Sekura in the 2022/2023 academic year. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey research type. Data collection techniques use indirect communication techniques and observation. The data analysis techniques used are percentage, central tendency and simple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that: How are the extracurricular muhadharah activities at Madrasah Aliyah Yasti, namely: First, requiring all students to take part in extracurricular Muhadharah activities. Second All students get a turn to present a lecture or sermon. How is the religious character of class XII students at Madrasah Aliyah Yasti Sekura, namely: First, students are required to pray Zuhur and Asr in congregation until it becomes a habit for students to carry out their obligations as Muslims, second, students have good ethics. Is there a significant influence between muhadharah extracurricular activities on improving the religious character of class XII students at Madrasah Aliyah Yasti Sekura, there is a significant influence between muhadharah extracurricular activities and religious character at MA Yasti Sekura. The R square value = 0.151 or 15.1% is the contribution of muhadharah extracurricular activities to religious character values, while the remaining 84.9% is influenced by other factors, which are explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive digital module-based learning media on Fiqh subjects on zakat, infaq, and sedekah for class X students of MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model, this study produces learning media that has been validated by material and media experts. The validation results show a significant level of feasibility, with a score of 78% from material experts ("Feasible" category) and 74% from media experts ("Feasible" category). The assessment from educators reached 96% ("Very Feasible" category). Implementation in the classroom showed a positive response from students, who reported that this learning media was interesting, easy to understand, and not boring. The interactive digital module developed integrates various multimedia elements such as text, images, audio, short lecture videos, and interactive quiz features (Quiziz), allowing flexible learning access both online and offline. The development of this media provides a solution to the problems of monotonous learning and the lack of media variation in the classroom, while also providing innovative teaching aids for teachers in delivering zakat, infaq, and sedekah materials.

Abstract

This article highlights the important role of infographic and quizizz media development which aims to produce infographic and Quizizz media and the feasibility of using this media in learning Islamic justice material and its wisdom in class XI students at MA darul ulum. Islamic justice is an important aspect of understanding the Islamic legal system that is relevant in everyday life. In today's global era, the use of interactive media is needed to improve student understanding and make learning more interesting. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the HANNAFIN and PECK models. The development process begins with the student needs assessment stage, followed by the infographic media design stage which emphasizes information about Islamic justice and its wisdom, and the function of justice functions. The third stage is the development and implementation of infographic media and quizizzes for class XI students at MA darul ulum. In addition, Quizizz is also used as an assessment tool that allows students to actively participate through interactive questions. Data collection techniques in this study were survey, observation, documentation and interviews. Judging from the survey in the form of questions on the quizizz media, the evaluation results show that the use of infographic media and Quizizz can significantly improve students' understanding of the material on Islamic justice and its wisdom.

Abstract

This research aims to develop video-based learning media and sociodrama in teaching Islamic Cultural History for grade IX students at MTs Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya. The background of this research highlights various obstacles in the learning process, such as lack of student participation and teaching methods that tend to be monotonous, which leads to low interest in learning. The methodology applied is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results showed that the teaching media that had been developed were effective in increasing students' interest and understanding of the material on the development of pesantren and their role in Islamic propagation. The pilot test conducted showed that students showed higher enthusiasm and were more actively involved in the learning process. The conclusion of this research is that the use of video-based teaching media and sociodrama not only improves the quality of learning, but also deepens students' understanding of Islamic values, thus becoming a feasible recommendation to be applied more widely in the classroom education system.
