Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dukungan orang tua, kecerdasan emosional dan harga diri pada career decision making self-efficacy (CDMSE). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasi. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester 6 program sarjana pada salah satu PTS di Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 146 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Skala sebagai instrumen utama dalam penelitian ini yang terdiri dari skala career decision making self-efficacy short-form, skala dukungan orang tua, skala kecerdasan emosi dan skala harga diri. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 25.0 for windows. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa dukungan orang tua, kecerdasan emosional dan harga diri bersama-sama memiliki peran yang signifikan pada CDMSE (F = 28,306 dan Sig. = 0,000). Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan semakin tinggi tingkat dukungan orang tua, kecerdasan emosional dan harga diri maka akan semakin tinggi juga tingkat CDMSE yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa, dan begitu sebaliknya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar santri melalui bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian survey. Subjek yang peneliti gunakan adalah santri TPQ Al-Muttaqien Nusukan. Pemilihan subjek penelitian menggunakan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria santri yang memiliki taraf motivasi belajar rendah. Peneliti menggunakan kuesioner motivasi belajar hasil modifikasi. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga kali, yang diawali dari pre-test, siklus I, dan siklus II. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rerata di masing-masing siklus. Hasil pre-test sebesar 76.1, pada siklus I berlangsung peningkatan hingga 89.5 dan pada siklus II mencapai 93.8. Dari hasil tersebut diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa peningkatan motivasi belajar dapat terjadi setelah adanya bimbingan kelompok teknik behavior contract.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Macromedia Flash dalam bidang bimbingan dan konseling. Metode yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D). Lokus penelitian dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Adimulyo, Kabupaten Kebumen. Peneliti menggunakan subjek ahli dan subjek uji coba lapangan untuk menguji kelayakan aplikasi Macromedia Flash. Peneliti menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data kualitatif dilakukan untuk memperoleh saran perbaikan dari ahli materi dan ahli media, sedangkan analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan untuk menguji efektivitas Macromedia Flash dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Dari hasil analisis kualitatif diperoleh masukan dari para ahli bahwa perlu adanya perbaikan pada pewarnaan background, font harus disesuaikan dengan ruang, dan masukan sumber referensi pada video YouTube yang digunakan. Sedangkan dari hasil analisis kuantitatif diperoleh nilai t = 14,295 dengan taraf Sig. = 0,000; Artinya ada perbedaan pemahaman layanan bimbingan dan konseling siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan Macromedia Flash. Berdasarkan hasil kedua analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan pengembangan aplikasi Macromedia Flash dalam penelitian ini layak digunakan guru BK dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract

Husnudzan sebagai sebuah sikap positif dalam memandang segala sesuatu diasumsikan dapat mempengaruhi bagaimana individu memandang masa depan. Ketidakpastian dan berbagai tekanan yang didapat membuat mahasiswa pada masa emerging adulthood mengalami hambatan untuk berpikir positif terhadap masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh husnudzan terhadap future time perspective pada mahasiswa sebagai individu emerging adulthood. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 179 mahasiswa aktif di Fakultas Psikologi, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto dengan usia 18 hingga 25 tahun yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji regresi quadratic sehingga diperoleh α = 0.089. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh husnudzan terhadap future time perspective pada mahasiswa. Meskipun hipotesis penelitian ini ditolak namun hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa dengan melakukan husnudzan, mahasiswa dapat memaknai segala peristiwa yang terjadi secara lebih positif.

Abstract

Islamic psychotherapy is presented as a holistic approach that integrates spiritual values in clinical practice to overcome psychological problems. The aim of this study is to review the concept and application of Islamic psychotherapy in various psychological perspectives. By using the literature review method, this study tries to explain the relationship between Islamic psychotherapy and various psychological perspectives in overcoming psychological problems. Islamic psychotherapy which has a strong foundation based on the Qur'an and Sunnah has relevance to various psychological perspectives, such as clinical, educational, social, industrial, organizational, and developmental psychology. Islamic psychotherapy does not only focus on healing symptoms, but also on strengthening spirituality and developing individual potential. This study provides insight for mental health professionals, academics, and the general public about the potential of Islamic psychotherapy in improving psychological well-being.

Abstract

This study focuses on children in conflict with the law. The purpose of this study is to analyse the application of the muhasabah technique in building the resilience of children in conflict with the law at the Class 1 Surakarta Correctional Centre. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The selection of subjects used a purposive sampling technique with four community counsellors who had handled cases of street violence with child perpetrators and applied the muhasabah technique. Data collection used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the success of this technique is highly dependent on the relationship between community counsellors and children in conflict with the law. The stages applied include: building good relationships with the children and parents, exploring the chronology of the case through open and closed questions, inviting the children to reflect on their actions and the consequences received, and providing reflective tasks to encourage changes in mindset. The results of implementing this technique have been proven to help children in conflict develop self-awareness, build more positive social relationships, and control emotions, thus contributing to the development of their resilience.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of pet attachment on stress levels and social adaptation in cat owners. The researcher used a quantitative approach with a multivariate linear regression design. A total of 32 students were selected as participants using a total sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert model questionnaire of 150 items with Cronbach's Alpha reliability and Pearson Product Moment validity test. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression and multivariate testing (MANOVA) through the SPSS version 25 program. The findings showed that pet attachment significantly affected social adaptation and stress levels in cat owners (F = 97.634 and Sig. = 0.000). The contribution of pet attachment to social adaptation was 19.9% ​​, and to stress was 86.5%. The implications of this study lead to the development of psychological support strategies based on interactions with pets to improve students' emotional and social well-being.

Abstract

The individual potential review assessment is carried out on the basis of a comprehensive evaluation that aims to provide an in-depth picture of the current performance and future potential of an individual employee with the position of Industrial Relations Staff at State-Owned Company X. In addition, through this process, the organization can identify strengths, development areas, and the readiness of employees to take on more strategic roles. Data collection was carried out through several methods, namely psychological measurement, using standardized psychometric test tools to assess cognitive, personality, and behavioural competencies; interviews, to explore employees' motivations, career aspirations, and readiness for new challenges; as well as performance assessment data, as objective comparison material from the results of the evaluation of direct superiors. Based on the results of the analysis, the subjects showed performance that was included in the "High" category, namely consistently achieving targets, having a deep understanding of technical tasks, contributing positively to the team, and having potential in the "High" category, namely having strong analytical skills, adapting to change, and showing a leadership presence that could be further developed. The results of the assessment placed the subject in the "High Potentials" quadrant on the 9 Box Model, indicating that he was one of the potential cadres who should be prepared for higher career paths, especially in the Industrial Relations division. Organizations can use these findings to include subjects in talent pools or candidate lists for succession planning, design development programs, such as job rotation, mentorship, or leadership development programs, and strengthen retention strategies by providing clear career paths and growth opportunities within State-Owned Company X.

This study aims to determine whether psychological capital and work-life balance influence job hopping among Generation Z employees in Banjarmasin City. This study uses a quantitative correlational approach. The research respondents numbered 155 people using a purposive sampling method. The questionnaire was distributed through social media, such as WhatsApp and Instagram. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the F-test analysis showed that psychological capital and work-life balance simultaneously influence job hopping among Generation Z employees in Banjarmasin City (F = 161.945 and p = 0.001). At the same time, the t-test results showed that psychological capital positively influences job hopping, which contradicts the hypothesis proposed by the researcher (t = 14.684 p = 0.001). However, the results of the analysis t-test on work-life balance showed an adverse effect on job hopping (t = -2.289 and p = 0.023), which aligns with the hypothesis proposed by the researcher. The conclusion is that although psychological capital and work-life balance simultaneously influence job hopping among Generation Z employees in Banjarmasin City, the influence of psychological capital on job hopping is positive. In contrast, the influence of work-life balance on job hopping is negative. The results of this study are expected to add information and knowledge references in the industrial and organizational psychology sector, especially for organizations managing Generation Z employees.
