Abstract

This study aims to determine how far students' ability to speak English has improved, as well as to experiment with guided conversation techniques in English learning. This study applies the classroom action research method. The subjects of the study are 26 students from class X (TKJ) at SMK Industri Nasional 1 Setu Bekasi for the 2023 school year. The results of this study show that using guided conversation to help students in learning English, especially speaking ability has proven to be successful. This is supported by data from this study. First, the results of the interviews showed that students were more motivated and interested in learning English. Second, the meeting included three tests: Pre-test, post-test of the first cycle, and post-test of the second cycle. After using the guided conversation approach, the percentage of students who passed the KKM increased by 50%: 38.64 for post-test I and 88.64 for post-test II. 23 out of 26 students passed the KKM, showing that classroom action research proved successful.

Abstract

Improving Literacy Skills Using the Picture Puzzle Method in Children Aged 5-6 Years at PAUD Nusa Indah Kebon Jeruk West Jakarta". Thesis. Bekasi: Faculty of Education, Panca Sakti University, Bekasi, 2024.  This study aims to improve the literacy skills of children aged 5-6 years using the picture puzzle method at PAUD Nusa Indah Kebon Jeruk West Jakarta. The research methodology used is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of the planning, action, observation and reflection stages. Data collection in this study used observation sheets. From the results of this study, an increase was obtained in each cycle. In cycle I there was an increase of 60% or 6 children, in cycle II there was an increase of 80% or 8 children. So this study was successfully carried out to improve literacy skills using the picture puzzle method in children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Nusa Indah Kebon Jeruk West Jakarta.

Abstract

This article examines the implementation of the doctrine of Christ (christology) in the context of contemporary Christian religious education. Through a comprehensive analysis of current literature and pedagogical perspectives, this research explores the challenges and strategies in integrating Christological understanding into the Christian religious education curriculum. Using a qualitative approach and content analysis, this article identifies three main areas: 1) the theological foundations for Christology-based education, 2) contemporary challenges in the implementation of Christ's doctrine, and 3) pedagogical strategies for effective integration. The research results show that effective implementation of Christology requires a balance between doctrinal fidelity and contextual relevance, supported by a transformative learning methodology.

Abstract

. This research aims to produce biology e-module teaching materials equipped with a valid and practical Quick Response (QR) Code for SMA/MA Phase F students. The research carried out is developmental research. The model applied is a 4-D model which consists of 4 stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate, due to limited cost and time, research was carried out only up to the develop stage. Data was obtained directly from 5 validators. The research subjects were 2 biology teachers and 28 students in class XII Phase F of SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung. Based on the validity value by strategy, media and material validators, the criteria were very valid with an average value of 92,31%. The results of practicality tests carried out by teachers and students obtained very practical criteria with an average of 95% by teachers and 91,70% by students. Based on the research that has been carried out, teaching materials in the form of e-modules have been produced on the transport and exchange of substances in humans for Phase F SMA/MA which are very valid and very practical.

Abstract

Human resource development and coaching is a training devoted toeducators and education personnel in schools. This is done for the needs of theinstitution, group or individual itself. This research aims to find out how thedevelopment and coaching of human resources at SDN Sukorejo 01. The methodused in this research is atype of qualitative research involving direct observationand interviews with principals and teachers. Based on the data obtained, it showsthat the development and coaching of human resources at the school is carried outthrough several efforts, namely attending training, seminars and socialization.However, there are several obstacles faced by this school, one of which is that theindependent curriculum makes students have many activities so that teachers donot have time to attend training because they participate and help students incarrying out activities in the independent curriculum and lack of understanding ofcurrent digital technology. The results of this study are expected to contribute andillustrate the practice of coaching and developing the resources of educators andeducation personnel, especially in the Jember area.

Abstract

This research aims to produce e-module biology teaching materials equipped with valid and practical Quick Response (QR) Codes for Phase F SMA/MA students. The research conducted is a development research (Developmental Research). The model applied is the 4-D model consisting of 4 stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate, due to limited costs and time, the research conducted only up to the develop stage. Data were obtained directly from 5 validators. The subjects of the study were 2 biology teachers and 36 students of class XII Phase F SMA Negeri 2 Solok. Based on the validity value by the strategy, media, and material validators, the criteria were very valid with an average value of 90.12%. The results of the practicality test conducted by teachers and students obtained very practical criteria with an average of 92.2% by teachers and 96.7% by students. Based on the research that has been conducted, teaching materials in the form of e-modules have been produced on the material on transport and exchange of substances in humans for Phase F of SMA/MA which are very valid and very practical.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a biology e-module equipped with a Quick Response (QR) Code on the topic of human mobility, which is valid and practical for use by Phase F students at high school (SMA/MA) level. This research employs a development research method (R&D) using the 4-D model, which consists of the stages of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Due to time and budget constraints, this research was only conducted up to the development stage. Data were obtained directly from three lecturers and two teachers as validators. The validation aspects evaluated include content feasibility, language, presentation, and graphic design. Additionally, data from the practicality test questionnaires, administered to two teachers and 35 students, assessed ease of use, time efficiency in learning, and overall benefit. The data were processed using percentage formulas and analyzed descriptively with a Likert scale. The results of the study show that the e-module achieved a validity score in the "highly valid" category, with an average score of 95%. Moreover, practicality testing involving teachers and students indicated "highly practical" results, with an average of 95.54% for teachers and 91.42% for students. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the e-module on the topic of human mobility for Phase F high school students is both highly valid and highly practical.

Abstract

Reading skill in children is a skill that everyone really wants to have, introducing reading to children is good because the brain of young children is in its golden age, good stimulation will make the child’s brain able to absorb all learning well. This research aims to improve the early reading skills of young children using the SIUUL (listen-speak-repeat) model at RA Jami’atu Ta’limil Qur’an. This is because the level of children’s reading ability is relatively low. Classroom action research (PTK) uses the kemmis & Mc Taggart method. The subjects of this research were group A students with a total of 14 students consisting of 7 boys and 7 girls. The conclusions in this research are divided into pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the educational game “Sock-Dressers” in improving the character of early childhood independence at Tegal State Kindergarten. This game uses a play while learning approach, designed to train children to wear socks independently, which also hones motor skills, decision making, and a sense of responsibility. This study used an experimental method with a pretest-posttest design involving a control group. Data was processed quantitatively through initial and final tests, and followed by observation of children's behavior in the learning process. The results showed a significant increase in the experimental group in the independence score compared to the control group. The large effect size value and high gain score support the effectiveness of this game in building independence. Behavioral observations showed that the experimental group children were more active, took initiative in completing tasks, and had higher self-confidence than the control group. Thus, the “Sock-Dressers” game makes an innovative contribution to the development of early childhood independence and is an effective learning method in supporting children's physical, social-emotional, and cognitive development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how planning, organizing, implementing and supervising in management can improve the quality of inclusive education for children with special needs at SDN Sungai Miai 5, Banjarmasin using a descriptive qualitative research method. The study was conducted at SDN Sungai Miai 5, Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan. The subjects in this study were the Principal, homeroom teacher, and teacher accompanying children with special needs (GPK). The research instruments consisted of observation sheets, structured interviews and documentation. The data obtained through the analysis of the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions of verification. Validation of the data obtained was carried out by triangulation of reliable sources. The results of the study showed that the service management implemented so as to improve the quality of inclusive education in Sungai Miai 5, Banjarmasin consisted of several stages and had been implemented well and ran optimally
