Abstract

The crucial role of good UI/UX design in a business environment is examined in this article for several reasons. Well-designed user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX) can increase user satisfaction by making the interaction process simple and entertaining. Companies can also increase conversion rates. Moreover, a pleasant user experience lowers development and support expenses and increases customer loyalty. Excellent UI/UX design also helps a company stand out from the competition and improves its reputation. Investing in UI/UX is a strategic move that is essential to gaining and retaining a competitive edge in a competitive company climate. Specifically regarding the MyTelkomsel application, the research was conducted qualitatively using Qualitative and unstructured observation methods on aspects of the MyTelkomsel application. Specifically regarding the MyTelkomsel application, the research was conducted qualitatively using unstructured observation methods on the digital aspects of the MyTelkomsel application, which has been downloaded by more than 50 million users in Indonesia. Many MyTelkomsel users still complain about difficulties in using the application, which can result in decreased customer loyalty in subscribing to Telkomsel cards. Based on the research results, the conclusion that can be drawn is that positive user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX) influence customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate quality-based packaging development strategies for fish products in Tlesah Village, Tlanakan Sub-district, Pamekasan Regency. The applied packaging uses vacuum heating and thermal coating technology to improve the freshness and shelf life of fish products. The research methodology included a qualitative design with a comprehensive assessment of the existing packaging conditions, application of the new technology, and evaluation of the results through laboratory tests and market surveys. The results showed that the new packaging increased the shelf life of fish products by 30%, with a 40% reduction in trimethylamine (TMA) levels compared to the old packaging. Consumer surveys revealed a 90% increase in satisfaction, and sales data showed a 25% increase in product sales with the new packaging. Challenges included initial costs for packaging materials and technology, and the need for external support. The research suggests continuous improvements in packaging techniques and materials and provides practical recommendations for processor groups and stakeholders. Implications for future research include exploring factors of packaging adoption in different contexts and developing innovations in environmentally friendly packaging materials.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school counseling guidance is a form of implementing services provided to help students or santri to develop into individuals who are independent, responsible, creative, productive and behave honestly through character strengthening education. The values that exist in character education are included in Islamic boarding schools' guidance and counseling services. The role of Islamic boarding school counseling is to instill the habit of practicing Islamic teachings in students or santri in daily life through the practice of worship. With program material covering faith, morals and worship. Forming character cannot be done in an instant by giving advice, orders, or instructions, but with the role of the Islamic boarding school guidance and counseling program. The formation of character requires an example, patience, habituation, and repetition. Thus, the process of education and character strengthening will be experienced by students or santri as a form of personality or self-character experience. The values of religious and moral life will strengthen the character of cooperation, time discipline, courage, and confidence in daily activities and learning processes. This is a step to gain knowledge and be able to apply knowledge in the form of skills work and as a positive attitude. From the results of this study, several important things were obtained regarding the role of Islamic boarding schools as a character strengthening program in madrasas. First, helping students or santri in dealing with the problems of everyday life. Second, giving motivation to students or students and teachers in order to build a spirit of enthusiasm for service. Third, implementing the results of coaching as a character education agenda. Meanwhile, based on the role played by a guidance and counseling teacher, namely the planning of Islamic boarding school guidance and counseling services, the implementation of Islamic boarding school guidance and counseling services, and the evaluation of Islamic boarding school guidance and counseling reports. services carried out with Islamic boarding school counseling to students or santri can form a spiritual and emotional soul with moral development as character strengthening.

Abstract

Body composition, which consists of the proportion of fat, bone, water and muscle, is very important for adolescent health. Adolescence is characterized by significant changes in body composition that are influenced by genetics, hormones, physical activity, and nutrition. Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), a non-invasive and cost-effective method, is widely used to assess body composition, including fat mass and fat-free mass. Excess body fat in adolescence is associated with cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and obesity. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) methodology, which involves the facial skin analysis of 163 participants. According to the examination results, the average total body fat, total subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, and total muscle mass were 24.9%, 21%, 2.5%, and 27.5%, respectively. Early assessment and intervention are essential to prevent health complications. Promoting healthy lifestyles and regularly monitoring body composition can improve adolescent health and prevent future obesity-related morbidity and mortality.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to build a culture of positive behavior among students through the "Good Friends Don't Bully" campaign implemented at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Baitul Hikmah, Sri Mulya Village, Ogan Komering Ulu. This campaign aims to increase students' awareness of the negative impacts of bullying and the importance of establishing healthy friendships and supporting a harmonious learning environment. The methods used in this program include educational activities such as counseling, simulations, interactive games, and group discussions designed to increase students' empathy and understanding of the importance of respecting friends. In addition, training for teachers was also conducted to strengthen their role in preventing and handling bullying cases. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of the concept of bullying and its impacts, as well as the emergence of positive behavioral changes reflected in students' social interactions in the school environment. Teachers also responded positively to this program and are committed to continuing efforts to prevent bullying. With this program, it is hoped that a more positive school culture will be created and support the development of students' character holistically, as well as reduce the number of bullying behaviors in the madrasah environment.

Abstract

In Balunganyar Village, Lekok, Pasuruan, access to information about public services is still limited. Most people in this village do not fully understand the types of services provided by the village government, the procedures for accessing these services, and the benefits that can be obtained. Based on the background that has been explained, there are several problems that need to be resolved through this program, namely how to increase awareness and understanding of the Balunganyar Village community about public services available in the village, then how to utilize video media as an effective communication tool in conveying public service information. The implementation of this PkM program uses a participatory approach, where the Balunganyar Village community is actively involved in the entire activity process, from planning, training, to evaluation. This approach was taken because active community participation is considered the key to success in improving their understanding and independence.

Abstract

According to Ferrari in his 2012 research, it was explained that academic procrastination is a type of procrastination carried out on types of formal tasks related to academic assignments, which can be school assignments or course assignments. One of the characteristics of academic procrastination is the time gap between plans and actual performance. In this research, it is proposed to disseminate time management to guidance and counseling teachers and female students regarding time management for students who are very active on social media. In research (Rifa'i and Syahrina 2019), the elements put forward by Zimmerman in his research on self-regulated learning are explained, with these elements students are able to decide for themselves or with the help of others, what their needs are, how to set targets. learning, what strategies will be used in completing academic assignments and being able to monitor one's own progress. Counseling guidance for students is expected to help students find out their own progress.

Abstract

Background of this Community Service MSME actors in Sendangguwo Village lack knowledge and understanding of the importance of using product promotion media through digital marketing and attractive design for image content. Partners have been operating for quite a long time by using social media only using WhatsApp and using very simple product image designs, so they do not attract enough consumers. The expected results and outputs of Community Service to MSME partners in Sendangguwo Village are being able to apply knowledge about product promotion through several digital marketing, gaining the ability to operate the Canva application using android, gaining the ability to create several image content designs for product promotion e-catalogs, so that partners no longer have difficulty creating product promotion image content designs to be uploaded to digital marketing.

Abstract

MSMEs play a role in improving the welfare of the wider community, as well as improving the national economy. In the Indonesian economy, MSMEs are the business group with the largest number and have been proven to be able to withstand various kinds of economic crisis shocks. The development of MSMEs receives support from various parties, where the government and elements of society help develop and improve MSMEs so that people who own these businesses can improve their economy, and academics also contribute by providing or holding activities, counseling and training aimed at increasing success and improving the economy for business owners. One of the MSMEs in Semarang is engaged in milkfish processing. The owner, Mrs. Kurniawati, has a milkfish processing business with the brand "EnaXmen Boga Rasa." A home industry business located in Semarang. Currently, the obstacles faced by business owners are employees coming in and out and when they leave they create a similar business after they understand the process. This Community Service production will provide increased understanding of managing Human Resources, especially in providing motivation to employees by treating them as partners with the hope that employees can have loyalty in working without going in and out and of course as business owners can focus more on developing their business in the present and future. come

Abstract

This community service program aims to address the problem of UNNES students' involvement in clubbing and promiscuity activities through a hospitality and sustainable tourism education approach. The activity was carried out on January 24, 2025 at Jogan Gumelar Borobudur involving 47 of the target 50 students in semesters 2 and 4. The program implementation methods include service excellence training, sharing tourism industry experiences, personal branding workshops, and ongoing mentoring. The results of the program showed an increase in participants' understanding by 30.2% (from an average pre-test score of 65.5 to a post-test of 85.3) regarding industry standards and hospitality ethics. As many as 89% of participants committed to avoiding clubbing and 92% understood the importance of professional ethics in the tourism industry. The participation rate reached 94% with a composition of 65% women and 35% men. This program contributes to forming quality and integrated tourism human resources through the integration of hospitality values with student character building. The obstacles faced included 15% of participants being late, unstable internet connection, and limited discussion time, but these could be overcome through the implementation of a strict attendance system, committee hotspot backup, and the addition of online discussion sessions.
