Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on student mathematics learning outcomes. The research method used is literature study, by collecting and analyzing various relevant academic sources, including journals, articles and research reports. Literature analysis shows that the application of the TGT model consistently has a positive impact on students' mathematics learning outcomes at various levels of education. The TGT model increases learning motivation, student engagement, and understanding of mathematical concepts. The study also found that TGT helps develop social and cooperative skills among students. The results of this literature review indicate that the TGT model is an effective learning strategy and can be recommended for use by educators in an effort to improve student mathematics learning outcomes. Researchers suggest that implementing the TGT model can be an effective alternative learning strategy for improving mathematics learning outcomes in elementary schools. Further research is recommended to explore the application of this model to other subjects and different levels of education.

Abstract

Indonesian citizens in the Sebatik Island area, the Indonesia-Malaysia border, have generally received their basic needs from Tawau, Malaysia, for a long time. This is indicated to have formed a dual nationalism mentality of Indonesian citizens in the region, which also affects some of the children of Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia who live on Sebatik Island and place their national loyalty to those who benefit their lives. The purpose of this activity is to strengthen the values of nationalism and defend the country to the children of Indonesian migrant workers on Sebatik Island to face the decadence of nationalism and prevent foreign infiltration through the country's border areas. The method used in community service begins with analyzing the community situation, identifying problems, and determining specific work goals, problem-solving plans and social approaches. The result of this activity is the implementation of a program to strengthen nationalism and defend the country for the children of Indonesia migrant workers whose parents work in Malaysia through counselling and socialization with competent resource persons in their fields and a community of Sebatik Young citizens has been formed as a forum for self-actualization.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of cooperative member participation on the remaining Hsaha proceeds from the Harapan Bersama West Pasaman multi-business cooperative. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. With a population of 210 students and a sample of 53 people in this research. The data collection instrument used in this research is a questionnaire in the form of a Google form which uses a Likert scale for the independent variable, namely Member Participation (X1). The analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The research results obtained show that Partial Member Participation has an effect on the Remaining Cooperative Business Results. This is based on the results of the analysis, the calculation shows the value of tcount ttable (2.5110.679). So it can be concluded that Member Participation influences the remaining Cooperative Business Results.

Abstract

Many students only have expertise in one sport and there are also those who are just learning a particular sport. As a result, they lack understanding and face difficulties when learning. Where sports lessons only concentrate on psychomotor and affective aspects in their implementation. Effective and efficient learning methods will overcome problems and help students achieve learning goals. Combining face-to-face or conventional learning with offline and online learning (Blended Learning) is expected to solve sports learning problems.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian untuk Peran Pekerja Sosial Terhadap Pembinaan Anak Usia Dini di Taman Penitipan Anak Dinas Sosial Kota Parepare. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumenasi, dan wawancara terstruktur. Ada tiga faktor penelitian pada penelitian ini, 1) bagaimana peran pekerja sosial, 2) bagaimana pembinaan anak usia dini, dan 3) bagaimana peran pekerja sosial terhadap pembinaan anak usia dini. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah 1 kepala yayasan dan 2 pekerja sosial sebagai pembina/pengasuh. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan cara reduksi, verivikasi, penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam hasil penelitian ditemukan keempat peran tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pembinaan anak dengan menggunakan metode pola otoriter, pola demokratuis, dan pola permisif. Selain Pekerja Sosial yang berperan dengan menggunakan empat peran tersebut, para pekerja sosial sering juga disebut sebagai pengasuh atau pendamping anak yang merupakan peran yang multifungsional. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa menjadi pengasuh atau pendamping adalah peran dimana pekerja sosial memposisikan dirinya sebagai sahabat bagi anak.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) model assisted by crossword puzzles to increase learning interest in history learning at XI SMAN 5 Tualang. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the NHT model, teacher and student activities, as well as increasing interest in learning with the help of crossword puzzles to increase interest in learning in class XI history learning at SMAN 5 Tualang. This research uses a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach where the research takes the form of action in the form of a series of activity cycles for students. By carrying out corrective actions using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model, teacher activity can be increased with a percentage in cycle I of 52.50% in the quite good category, then increasing in cycle II to 91.25% in the very good category. Furthermore, by carrying out corrective actions by utilizing Numbered Head Together (NHT) it can increase the activities of class XI 5 students at SMA Negeri 5 Tualang. In the first cycle of student activities, the percentage was 51.87% in the good category, then it increased in the second cycle to 88.69% in the very good category. The use of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model can increase students' interest in learning with a percentage in the first cycle of 66.67% with the performance not being successful and increasing in the second cycle by 87.66%. This means that students' interest in learning has reached the success indicator, namely ≥75%

Abstract

The increasing complexity of global security threats and challenges is the result of technological developments, geopolitical dynamics, changes in the strategic environment, as well as the evolution of potential enemy tactics and strategies. In the midst of this dynamic, the TNI (Indonesian National Army) is faced with increasingly complex tasks to maintain the country's security and sovereignty. The TNI must continue to innovate and develop defense equipment technology that is in line with national defense needs. This research aims to see what the ideal defense posture of the Republic of Indonesia is, the current condition of Indonesia's defense equipment technology in facing these threats, and what gaps must be filled regarding the development of defense equipment technology that is in accordance with the country's ideal defense posture. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection in the form of literature study. The research results show that the development of defense equipment technology does not only involve the modernization of military equipment, but also collaboration with the technology industry and investment in research and development.

Abstract

This research uses a descriptive development approach to develop or perfect products in the education sector. The focus is on developing knowledge through the process of creating or improving products, both hardware such as books and learning aids, and software such as computer programs and educational models. The main objective of this development is to develop Kima learning media based on Android applications with the help of Google Site and AppsGeyser. The result of this research is an Android application product for SMA/MA Class , and dissemination. The results of the questionnaire show that the ATOMIC Application was well received by the majority of students, especially in terms of ease of understanding the material and its accessibility. As many as 86.7% of students felt that this application was very helpful in understanding learning, and 80% stated that this application was easy to access and had complete and useful content.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of teachers in increasing students' civic awareness through Pancasila and Citizenship education (PPKn) provided in elementary schools. The research was carried out at SDN 060939, Jl. Turi Timbang Deli Medan Amplas District, Medan, The main aim of this research is to identify the approaches and approaches used by teachers in teaching citizenship concepts. In addition, this research will also investigate how this impacts students' understanding and perceptions of civic values. Qualitative case studies were conducted through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of curriculum documents. The research results show that teachers, through interactive learning, group discussions, and community-based projects, play an important role in increasing students' civic awareness. Apart from that, parental involvement and support from the school environment also contribute greatly to the quality of PPKn learning. This research emphasizes how important it is for teachers to receive ongoing training to improve their pedagogical skills.Besides that, limited time, availability of resources, and variations in student understanding are problems for teachers when teaching Civics. According to this research, schools and governments must provide better support to teachers through training, comprehensive open materials, and good learning environments. Thus, Civics learning is expected to increase students' civic awareness.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka sudah mulai diterapkan pada sebagian besar Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.Pembelajaran dengan model berbasis proyek, juga dikenal sebagai pembelajaran dengan Project Based Learning yang termasuk salah satu yang menjadi pilar utama dari pada kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan elemen manajemen yang terjadi dalam model pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada  kurikulum merdeka belajar di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Ulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan data nyata, dengan cara melakukan wawancara terhadap kepala yayasan, waka kurikulum, 2 guru kelas, dan 2 guru mapel.. Langkah pertama penelitian adalah mempelajari literatur tentang kualitas lembaga Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, khususnya tentang cara manajemen pembelajaran berbasis proyek dilakukan di lembaga tersebut. Selanjutnya, peneliti akan menganalisis elemen yang diharapkan untuk mengidentifikasi fitur secara menyeluruh dan menemukan masalah tentang pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua bulan yakni pada bulan Juni-Juli 2024. Sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Ulum Leces melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada kurikulum merdeka selama satu tahun dengan cukup baik. Ini terbukti baik dalam hal perencanaan dan pelaksanaan.
