Abstract

Pemilukada (Pemilihan Umum Kepala Daerah) mempunyai peran yang sangat strategis dalam rangka pengembangan kehidupan demokratis, keadilan, pemerataan, kesejahteraan masyarakat, memelihara hubungan yang serasi antara Pemerintah dan Daerah untuk menjaga keutuhan Negara Republik Indonesia. Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) pada tahun 2020 menyelenggarakan Pemilukada (Pemilihan Umum Kepala Daerah) secara serentak di 9 Kabupaten di NTT. Salah satu Kabupaten yang akan ikut serta dalam Pilkada serentak ini adalah kabupaten Paling bungsu Di provinsi NTT yakni Kabupaten Malaka. Setelah melalu proses pendataan dan verifikasi yang panjang diketahui bahwa total data pemilih yang terdata untuk ikut dalam pilkada Kabupaten Malaka Tahun 2020 adalah sebanyak 119.405 Pemilih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui Bagaimana efektivitas Coklit dalam menghasilkan DPT yang berkualitas pada Pilkada Kabupaten Malaka tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dan sifatnya evaluatif atas kebijakan yang sudah dilaksanakan berdasarkan peraturan penyelenggaraan Pemilu KPU. Populasi dalam pengkajian ini adalah para pihak terlibat langsung [penyelenggara pemilu, peserta pemilu dan kontestan pemilu], sedangkan pihak tidak langsung adalah person dan/atau kelompok masyarakat sekaligus sebagai pemilih dan konstituent. menggunakan teknik sampling yang direkomendasikan Sugiyono (2014) yaitu non probability sampling jenis purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan sampling yang terpilih telah melalui pertimbangan khusus pada tahapan seleksi populasi kemudian ditentukan secara sengaja untuk memenuhi sifat keterwakilan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kualitas DPT pada pemilihan Kepala daerah Kabupaten Malaka Tahun 2020 tidak terlepas dari kinerja pen yelenggara (PPDP) pada tahapan pelaksanaan coklit yang berlangsung selama kurang lebih sebulan (15 Juli-13 Agustus 2020). Dari total 183.890 penduduk di Kabupaten Malaka pada tahun 2019, 141.495 di antaranya adalah pemilih potensial (DP4). Kegiatan pencocokan dan penelitian yang dilakukan penyelenggara (PPDP) terhadap DP4 menghasilkan total jumlah daftar pemilih sementara (DPS) sebanyak 115.443. Total DPS yang ada kemudian mendapat tanggapan dari masyarakat sehingga mengalami pengurangan menjadi 115.304.

Abstract

The criminal act of bullying or harassment is identically known as an act of violence against children that occurs at school. In the event that bullying occurs at school, bullying is aggressive behavior carried out repeatedly by a person/group of students who have power, against other students/girls who are weaker, with the aim of hurting that person. Bullying is a negative social behavior where this behavior aims to hurt other people continuously. According to social norms, hurting other people is a violation, because everyone has the right to feel safe from other people's negative behavior. Bullying behavior in the school environment still continues to occur and is increasingly disturbing and the impact it will have on the victim will have a very negative impact on the victim. The phenomenon of bullying behavior in schools is increasingly emerging. This is reinforced by data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) and the Federation of Indonesian Teachers' Unions (FSGI), bullying cases are still a terror for children in the school environment. From this data, it is known that cases of bullying in schools will increase during 2023. January-August 2023, there were 2,355 cases of violations of child protection. Of the reports received, 837 cases occurred within educational units, with 226 cases of bullying recorded in 2022. Then in 2021 there were 53 cases, and in 2020 there were 119 cases. Meanwhile, the types of bullying that victims often experience are physical bullying (55.5%), verbal bullying (29.3%), and psychological bullying (15.2%). For educational level, elementary school students were the most victims of bullying (26%), followed by middle school students (25%), and high school students (18.75%). The formulation of the problem in this study is how The Analysis of legal aspects related to criminal acts against children as perpetrators of bullying, and What are the negative impacts of criminal acts of bullying on the psychology of perpetrators and victims. The research method used by the author is normative juridical method carried out through a literature study that examines secondary data in the form of laws and regulations relating to criminal acts related to child abuse, and laws related to the analysis of criminal acts involving child perpetrators as well as research results and other references. The results of this study are in the Bullying is an act of violence against children, so based on the provisions in the Child Protection Law and its amendments, bullying is included as a criminal act. Basically, physical and verbal oppression is regulated in Article 76C of Law 35/2014 which reads as follows: Every person is prohibited from placing, allowing, carrying out, ordering to carry out, or participating in committing violence against children. Furthermore, if the above prohibition is violated, the perpetrator can be charged under Article 80 of Law 35/2014, namely: Every person who violates the provisions of Article 76C of Law 35/2014, will be sentenced to imprisonment for a maximum of 3 years and 6 months and/or a fine of a maximum of IDR 72 million. If a child suffers serious injuries, the perpetrator will be sentenced to imprisonment for a maximum of 5 years and/or a fine of a maximum of IDR 100 million. If a child dies, the perpetrator will be sentenced to imprisonment for a maximum of 15 years and/or a fine of a maximum of IDR 3 billion. Then oppression, harassment or bullying becomes bad behavior that can have a negative impact. The bad news is, anyone can become a victim of bullying. There are various forms of bullying behavior, ranging from verbal, non-verbal, to physical actions. Of course, all of this can have an impact on the victim's life. Even without realizing it, bullying behavior can also influence the perpetrator's behavior. The impact of bullying on victims is very diverse. The following include: Susceptible to Feeling Emotions, Difficulty Forming Relationships, Triggers Mental Disorders. Then. The following are some of the impacts of bullying for the perpetrator: Habitually carrying out impulsive activities, increasingly dull empathy, increased aggressive behavior, increasingly severe antisocial behavior, getting a negative label.

Abstract

We conducted research to find out the role of teachers in optimizing the character of education in the school environment so that bullying behavior does not occur at school. In the school where we researched, we did not find any bullying carried out by students, but we focused more on the role of teachers in strengthening the character of education so that there is always no bullying in the school environment. We conducted research at SMAN 4 Cibinong and SMPN 4 Serang City schools, which schools are in Serang City and Bogor Regency. For the method used we used qualitative research methods, where the data collection technique we used was using interviews. and observation, then apart from that also the data source, namely online via TV and social media as well as the results of the observations we made. At the school where we researched, we have carried out character education activities, which include praying Dhuha together, applying the 5s, namely smiling, greeting, saying hello, being polite and courteous. Apart from that, listening to teachers in giving advice before lessons start, education in schools can prevent bullying. The school where we conducted our research did not want its students to become perpetrators or even victims of bullying.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to see the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation variables on Sustainable Organizational Performance by using Technology Resources as a mediator. Discussion of sustainable organizational performance in cooperatives is very important because cooperatives are one of the pillars of the economy in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative causality methods. The population of this research was 30 employees at Kopsyah BMI in the Bogor area, all of whom were used as respondents. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results prove that Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive influence on Sustainable Organizational Performance. Technology Resources had a positive influence on Sustainable Organizational Performance, so Technology Resources be a mediating role in the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Sustainable Organizational Performance. The Study extends previous research, adding Technological Resources as a mediation between the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Sustainable Organizational Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of profitability, solvency and company age on audit report lag. The type of data used in this research is secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial report. The research population is mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in a total research sample of 30 companies. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that profitability, solvency and company age simultaneously influence audit report lag. Then, partially, solvency and company age have no effect, but profitability has a negative effect on audit report lag. Research findings show that the average audit report lag is 89 days after book closing.

Abstract

Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer in women in Indonesia. Early detection through SADARI can help identify changes in the breast that may be early signs of cancer. The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of women in carrying out SADARI as an effort to detect breast cancer early. The method used is counseling and practical training on SADARI. The training participants were 40 women of productive age who lived in the Sendang mulyo sub-district. The results of this activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in carrying out SADARI as measured through pre-test and post-test. Before the training, only 5% of participants understood the correct way to SADARI. After training, this figure increased to 97.5%. The conclusion of this activity is that SADARI training is effective in increasing the knowledge and skills of women in the Sendang mulyo sub-district.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and work discipline on employee performance in Purworejo Regency. The sample for this study consisted of 100 respondents who are couriers from PT Pos Indonesia, JNE, JNT, Shopee Food, Grab, and Gojek. The results of the research instrument tests indicate that the data in this study are valid and reliable based on validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption tests produced a regression model free from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and showed that the data were normally distributed. The research findings indicate that (1) organizational culture does not have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, and (3) work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Live Video Streaming and Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) on Purchasing Decisions with Trust as a mediating variable for Tik Tok users in Pekanbaru. The study used path analysis with SPSS 25 testing tools. The number of samples in the study was 112 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents with criteria, namely being over 17 years old, having purchased fashion products in the Tik Tok application, and having watched live video streaming and carried out e-WOM activities. The results of this study are Live Video Streaming, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Trust have a significant direct influence on Purchase Decisions. However, Trust is not able to be a mediation variable for Live Video Streaming and Electronic Word Mouth (e-WOM) variables on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Motivation is the main element in determining learning success. However, the reality in the field shows that there are still students whose motivation to learn is low. The role of parents is very important in students' learning motivation, such as parents' attention to their children. In fact, students' learning motivation is low due to lack of attention from their parents. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of parental attention on students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method. Data was collected through a questionnaire that focused on the variables of parental attention and student learning motivation, with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. The results of the research stated that there was an influence of parental attention on students' learning motivation which was obtained based on the significance value from the coefficients table, obtaining a significance value of 0.000 0.05, so it could be concluded that variable X (parental attention) had an influence on the participation variable Y (learning motivation).
