Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) dinamika pemikiran KH Ahmad Dahlan tentang pendidikan Islam di Indonesia?, 2) kendala KH Ahmad Dahlan dalam membangun dinamika pemikiran pendidikan Islam di Indonesia, dan 3) upaya KH Ahmad Dahlan dalam membangun dinamika pemikiran pendidikan Islam di Indonesia?. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian library research atau penelitian perpustakaan dengan pendekatan analisa deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian meliputi kuesioner dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisa data berupa Interpretasi dan Hermeneutika, Induksi dan Deduksi serta Kesinambungan Historis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Dinamika pemikiran KH Ahmad Dahlan tentang pendidikan Islam di Indonesia pada bidang pendidikan tidak bisa dilepaskan dari motivasi didirikan Muhammadiyah terutama dengan gagasan pembaharuan organisasi tersebut. Tujuan didirikan persyarikatan Muhammadiyah ini adalah untuk membebaskan umat Islam dari kebekuan dalam segala bidang kehidupannya, dan praktek-praktek agama yang menyimpang daru kemurnian ajaran Islam. 2) Kendala KH Ahmad Dahlan dalam membangun pemikiran pendidikan Islam di Indonesia karena adanya dikotomi, pemisahan antara pendidikan agama dan pendidikan sains Barat, terlihat pula pada orientasi di satu pihak lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam saat itu tidak bisa menghasilkan ilmuwan yang mempunyai otoritas karena mementingkan masalah keakhiratan semata, dan pihak lain pendidikan yang diselenggarakan oleh kolonial penjajah Belanda sama sekali tidak memperhatikan masalah-masalah kehidupan keakhiratan, hanya mementingkan kehidupan keduniawian. 3) Upaya KH Ahmad Dahlan dalam membangun pemikiran pendidikan Islam di Indonesia yakni dengan tekad yang kuat, tanpa menunggu dukungan dan bantuan orang luar, ia mendirikan sekolah sendiri. Dengan mengambil tempat di serambi, pinggiran rumah tinggalnya, diletakkan bangku-bangku dan meja tulis untuk tempat belajar para murid. Belajar dengan cara sedemikian pada saat itu sangat asing di kalangan para santri dan dianggap bertentangan dengan ajaran agama Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of picture storybook learning media in improving the storytelling skills of MIS Islamiyah GUPPI students. The method used is an experiment with pre-test and post-test design. The research subjects consisted of grade IV students at MIS Islamiyah GUPPI. In the early stages, students are given the habit of visiting the school library every 1 week 2 times and literacy activities every Saturday every two weeks. Students were given a pre-test to measure their storytelling skills before the intervention. During the four meetings, students used picture story books as a learning medium, which included a variety of stories with interesting illustrations and prophetic stories. After the intervention period, students underwent a post-test to measure the improvement of their storytelling skills in telling stories about prophets. The results of the analysis showed a significant improvement in students' storytelling skills, with an average pre-test score of 65 and an average post-test score of 85. These findings indicate that picture storybooks are an effective medium in improving storytelling skills, strengthening students' communication skills and literacy. This study suggests that educators integrate picture story books more often in learning to support the development of students' storytelling skills.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the stimulation of children's abilities towards the concept of numbers through number pocket media at Zulhijjah Kindergarten Medan and the development of children's abilities towards the concept of numbers at Zulhijjah Kindergarten Medan. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out by collecting data, summarizing data, presenting data and concluding. The results of the study indicate that Based on the results of research that has been conducted at Zulhijjah Kindergarten Medan regarding the stimulation of children's abilities towards the concept of numbers through number pocket media, it can be concluded that: 1) Stimulation of children's abilities in the concept of numbers is carried out with a well-structured learning plan design through learning planning and teaching modules that are adjusted to the theme and learning steps through interesting activities, namely playing while learning. 2) The development of children's abilities regarding the concept of numbers 1-30 through number pockets has developed as expected, such as children can name numbers 1-30, children can order numbers 1-30, children can pair numbers 1-30, children can connect numbers 1-30, children can write numbers 1-30.

Abstract

Researchers took the comedy horror film entitled "Agak Laen" by Muhadkly Acho (2024) to analyze a genre in the film. This analysis aims to find out how many genres are used in the film "Agak Laen". The method used is a qualitative approach, which focuses on analyzing the characteristics of film genres to examine media data using a scheme from the basic elements of Nick Lacey's repertoire of elements. The repertoire of elements that will be analyzed by researchers are narrative or plot, characters, setting, iconography and style. The results of this research show that there are several genre characteristics or reportoire of elements in the film "Agak Laen" and it is true that this film is a horror comedy genre so it attracts a lot of interest from audiences of various ages, because for those behind this horror film it is certain there are elements of comedy that can provoke the audience to laugh out loud, apart from being suspenseful, this film also provokes humor to entertain the audience.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the practices in the month of Rajab: sunnah and bid'ah. This type of research is a type of literature study with a qualitative approach to interpret the text of the hadith using the hadith analysis approach. The results of the study indicate that there are several worships that are recommended to be performed during the month of Rajab, although with general evidence. Some of the evidence is weak and Muslims should increase worship. However, if there are many weak hadiths, they can be hasan li ghairih, moreover, some scholars state that it is okay to make the evidence of weak hadiths in the virtue of charity, as long as the weakness is not too great. The heresy explained in this paper includes the Raghaib prayer, although some scholars include this worship in their books, there is no evidence that can be used as a guideline in practicing it. However, this can be replaced with the intention of performing the sunnah awwabin prayer and others.

Abstract

Said Nursi seorang tokoh pembaharu yang ikut berperang dalam kancah perpolitikan pada masanya serta beliau juga merupakan seorang sufi di Turki. Gagasan- gagasan pemikiran beliau sangat cocok untuk diterapkan pada era modern ini. Pemikian pemikiran beliau tidak hanya berfokus pada massalah politik, tetapi juga beliau concern pada persoalan spirituliatas. Salah satu aspek pemikiran beliau adalah mengenai beberapa penyebab penghalang munculnya sifat ikhlas. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaiamana rasa dengki, cinta kedudukan, takut dan tamak dapat menghalangai munculnya ikhlas. Dalam penelitian ini, penliti menggunakan metode deskriftif yaitu, malakukan inventarisasi pemikiran Said Nursi tentang pokok permasalahan yang akan dibahas. Pada tahap pengumpulan data akan ditempuh dengan studi kepustakaan (Library Research). Pada tahap selanjutnya melakukan analisis data berupa analisis isi (Content Analysis). Berdasarkan data analisa yang dilakukan peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah rasa dengki, cinta kedudukan, takut dan tamak sebagai penyebab yang mengahalangi munculnya ikhlas dalam diri umat Islam. Nursi juga menjelaskan kondisi lain di luar umat islam yang bersatau dan dapat mengalahkan umat Islam yang diliputi rassa dengki, cinta kedudukan , serta takut dan tamak.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of fi’liyah (actions), qauliyah (utterances), and bathiniyah (intention) of shalat (prayer) on adolescent behavior, moderated by the concentration (khusyuk) during shalat. Conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Uli Arga Marindal, the research additionally addresses moral issues observed in Indonesian youth, who are increasingly involved in criminal activities. The motivation behind this study lies in the need for a more profound religious understanding and practice among adolescents, fostering positive behavior changes. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SmartPLS 4. 1. 0. 3 software to assess the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that while fi’liyah does not significantly impact khusyuk, both qauliyah and bathiniyah positively influence it. Furthermore, a significant correlation was established indicating that fi’liyah, qauliyah, and bathiniyah collectively enhance adolescent behavior through increased khusyuk. This emphasizes the critical importance of these aspects of shalat in shaping youthful conduct and highlights the potential for integrating religious practices into moral development programs for teenagers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan UMKM di Kota Sibolga. Variabel d alam penelitian ini adalah akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga (X) dan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM di Kota Sibolga (Y). Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelaku UMKM yang menggunakan akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga yang berjumlah 73 orang yang dijumlah menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner/angket. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan penyajian hasil penelitian dalam bentuk angka-angka atau statistik guna menguji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial/uji t variabbel Akad murabahah pada BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga (X) memiliki nilai thitung = 5,269 dan ttabel = 0,230. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa thitung>ttabel (5,269 > 0,230) atau nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian maka, H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya variabel akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga (X) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM di Kota Palopo (Y) dan berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi (R2) nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,271 atau 27,1%. Yang artinya pengaruh variabel akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga (X) terhadap variabel pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM di Kota Sibolga (Y) sebesar 27,1%. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu 72,9% Pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini atau sebab-sebab lain diluar model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and office facilities on employee performance.This research is a quantitative study.The population in this study consists of employees of the Regional Civil Service Agency Office of Medan City.The determination of the research sample uses the saturated sampling technique, meaning the sample is the entire population.The sample in this study consisted of 31 respondents.The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire.The independent variables are work motivation, work discipline, and office facilities, while the dependent variable is employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency Office of Medan City.The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression.All statements are valid, reliable, and normal.The findings of this research are as follows:The results of the study on work motivation, work discipline, and office facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with Fhitung 4.787 > Ftabel 2.96 and a significant probability of 0.008 < 0.05.Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning the hypothesis is accepted.Based on the t-test results on work motivation, a t-value of 2.080 > t-table 1.703 and a significance level of 0.047 < 0.05 were obtained, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance.The results of the t-test on work discipline obtained a t-value of 1.138 < t-table 1.703 and a significance level of 0.265 > 0.05, therefore Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that work discipline does not have a significant partial effect on employee performance.The results of the t-test on office facilities obtained a t-value of 0.478 < t-table 1.703 and a significance level of 0.637 > 0.05, thus Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that partially, office facilities do not have a significant effect on employee performance.From the results of this study, it is also known that the coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.347, meaning that 34.7% of employee performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency Office of Medan City is influenced by work motivation, work discipline, and office facilities.Meanwhile, the remaining 65.3% is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Sumut Percut Sei Tuan Branch, Deli Serdang Regency, and to determine whether product quality has a significant positive effect on employee performance regarding customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Sumut Percut Sei Tuan Branch, Deli Serdang Regency.The population in this study consists of customers of PT. Bank Sumut Branch Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency. According to Roscoe's theory, the sample in this study amounts to 80 respondents, which is considered adequate and sufficient for this research.The type of research is quantitative research, which is a research method based on positivist philosophy, used to study a specific population or sample.Using multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques.Thus, the results obtained from this research were obtainedThe quality of service partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.This is indicated by the value that t-count X1 (8.151) > t-table (1.98) and p-value (0.000) <0.05,The quality of the product partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.This is indicated by the t-statistic value X2 (3.592) > t-table (1.98) and p-value (0.001) <0.05. This is indicated by the t-count value X2 (3.592) > t-table (1.98) and p-value (0.001) <0.05.
