Abstract

This sosialization aims to optimize limited face-to-face learning by using comic learning media through the Make Beliefs Comix website’s. The core activity is in the form of socialization activities about making learning media that attract students' attention by displaying comics according to the learning theme. This activity was carried out twice in August, prinecisely in the first week. At the beginning meeting the teacher was introduced to the Make Beliefs Comix media and tutorials for its use, while in the last meeting , the teacher presented the comics that had been made. The result of socialization can make teacher to produce commix according to themes how this teach in classroom, and make interactive story in commix strips in according situation in class and learning material.

Abstract

Community service with a mentoring approach is one of the alternative research methods for community empowerment action studies. The mentoring approach can create more fun and foster active community participation. The purpose of community service is to equip RISMA members to have the skills and expertise to read the Qur'an as TPA teachers and the spiritual fortress of the Pekon Marga Mulya community, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province. The mentoring method uses Participatory Action Research (PAR). The subjects assisted by RISMA members were 20 people. This mentoring approach uses 6 steps, namely planning, taking action and observing, doing reflection, doing re-reflection, taking action and observing and reflecting. The assistance results show that the ability to read the Qur'an as a TPA teaching staff for RISMA Members has proven to be effective in increasing. Based on the initial conditions, having the ability to read the Qur'an is quite good, namely obtaining an average score (62.6%) and it was successfully increased after mentoring to become (81.82%) in the very good category. These results inform an effective mentoring model in improving the ability to read the Qur'an as a TPA teaching staff and the religious spiritual fortress of the Pekon Marga Mulya community. The selection of community-based service approaches is good and appropriate and makes it easier for RISMA Members to understand the knowledge provided. This condition illustrates that service is in line with educational goals. In line with that, this service can be used as an alternative for stakeholders to equip the skills of RISMA Members, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

Religious character is an important thing that must be instilled in students in current developments, especially in elementary school (SD) settings. Efforts to develop learning media related to religious characters have been carried out, one of which is based on information technology. Learning media innovations that are developed must pay attention to creative content packaging so that students can easily understand the material presented. Implementation in the field shows that the mastery of information technology in SDN Tanon 2 teachers is not optimal. The teacher has a strong motivation to learn to make learning media but there is no accompanying facilitator. Of course, this will affect the media content and the process of delivering maximum material to students. From this problem, a scheduled training forum for elementary school teachers is needed to develop good and interesting learning media. The method of service activities is carried out by carrying out webinar series activities, training in making learning media, and evaluation. The results of the service activities show that the trainees can improve competence in developing learning materials with the Canva application.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi pada masa pandemic covid-19 mengharuskan pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi komputer. Siswa diharapkan dapat memperoleh informasi dari berbagai sumber termasuk dari guru, sehingga guru dituntut untuk dapat membimbing siswa mampu memperoleh informasi dengan baik. Informasi yang diperoleh siswa dalam pembelajar diantaranya adalah pengetahuan. Pengetahuan yang berupa logika dan fisik tidak dapat ditransfer secara utuh dari pikiran guru kepikiran siswa. Penggunaan media pembelajaran power point interaktif untuk membuat media pembelajaran video masih belum di maksimalkan oleh pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di lingkungan Perguruan Muhammadiyah Ranting Wage, Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru untuk membuat video pembelajaran bagi kebutuhan siswa didiknya. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 20 guru SDN Muhammadiyah 3 “Ïkrom” Wage Sidoarjo dengan materi pembuatan video pembelajaran menggunakan power point, Ketika selesai pelatihan diadakan evaluasi, dan diberikan pendampingan untuk melihat penerapan dan ketercapaian dari pelatihan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Environmental literacy is an attitude of literacy or love of environment so that there is a responsibility to maintain the existence of all natural resources. Currently, environmental damage is getting worse, so a collaborative integrative strategy for schools is needed to develop environmental literacy with stakeholders. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide the knowledge, create the awareness and strengthen the empowerment of teachers, lecturers, students, staff and parents in order to realize the eco-school concept in elementary schools. The method of this collaborative activity is in the form of training for teachers and staff. It is implemented byplanting trees in the school environment as a starting point for realizing the concept of eco school in elementary schools. The real impacts of collaborative activities through community service activities are; (1). Introducing the concept of eco school as an alternative to realize environmental literacy in elementary schools (2). Expanding the knowledge and skills of teachers in designing environmental-based learning activities and school programs (3). Building collaboration in realizing an Environmental-based school through the Eco School concept at partner elementary schools.

Abstract

Kahoot merupakan salah satu media pembuatan soal secara online. Guru dapat menentukan model soal sesuai dengan kebutuhan belajar siswanya, seperti menggunakan model pilihan, ganda, benar salah, puzzle dan lain sebagainya. Guru dapat menampilkan gambar, audio bahkan video dalam soal yang telah dibuat. Siswa dapat mengerjakan soal melalui link yang dibagikan oleh guru tanpa mengunduh aplikasi. Guru juga dimudahkan karena tidak perlu mengoreksi hasil pekerjaan siswa. Hal ini menjadikan proses evaluasi lebih efisien dari segi waktu dan pengadministrasian. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan bagi guru SDN Lirboyo 1 dan 2 Kediri ialah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru agar guru dapat menyusun soal dengan tampilan yang menarik menggunakan aplikasi kahoot. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan 78% guru telah mengimplementasikan pembuatan soal menggunakan aplikasi kahoot, artinya kegiatan pelatihan telah terlaksana dengan baik. Hasil questioner menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mudah digunakan namun memiliki kendala khususnya dalam penggunaan aplikasi versi gratis yang memiliki model soal yang terbatas.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi di lapangan sekolah dasar di Gresik diketahui bahwa pemahaman tentang Covid 19 masih rendah, khususnya pada pemakaian masker jika berada di luar rumah, sehingga diperlukan suatu pendampingan yang mewadahi keluh kesah anak-anak sekolah dasar yang belum menggunakan masker. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: (1) peserta dapat menggunakan masker sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku dan (2) peserta memberi tanggapan positif terhadap masker yang telah diberikan, karena kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang Covid 19 dan pemakaian masker. Metode pelaksanaan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang telah dirumuskan ini dibagi dalam tiga tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan PKM diperoleh respon yang positif.

Abstract

The purpose of this subserving is provide an introduction and understanding of menstruation period to students of MI Ihsan, especially who are already in high class (IV, V, & VI). After the socialization activities, it is hoped that they will no longer be confused about prohabition and imperative during menstruation, besides that, students are also expected to be able to do the correct menstrual period in accordance with Islamic law. Before doing socialization activities, the team conducted interviews and observations to determine the conditions in the field. Socialization activities are devided in 4 sesons, that is opening, giving material, question and answer, and closing.

Abstract

The administrative burden arising from the preparation of the RPP is often a complaint of the teacher, not to mention the teacher's task in educating and teaching in the classroom which must also be prepared before teaching, therefore with the assistance of the preparation of the RPP 1 sheet is expected to be able to provide a solution in lightening the burden on the teacher without leaving the elements needed in learning. Based on the monitoring results, the partner schools of Elementary Surabaya want to cooperate in organizing the training activities. The method used is lecture and combined with Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the following steps: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation, and 3) Evaluation. The results of the service showed that there was success at the preparation and debriefing stage as well as FGD, 100% of subjects were able to identify the components included in the making of the lesson plans, at the demonstration and practice stages, 80% of subjects succeeded and succeeded in making and developing RPP 1 sheet correctly.
