Abstract

Serious violations in the position of a notary are actions taken which are actions related to the obligations of a notary, the notary's code of ethics and the authority of a notary. The implication of committing a serious violation is dishonorably dismissed by those who have the authority, namely the Ministry of Law and Human Rights based on the recommendation of the MPWN. In the case with the PTUN Jakarta Decision in case No. 235/2019 , the notary holding the protocol in his case has signed a deed outside his area of office, the report of the incident issued the Indonesian Minister of Law and Human Rights regarding dishonorably dismissing someone in his position as a Notary, for having committed an act that violates ethics as a Notary . Type the research used in this research is normative by using secondary data as legal material. The ratio decidendi of the PTUN Jakarta decision in case No. 235/2019 did not consider the attribution authority given directly by law to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in issuing KTUN which had implications for the dishonorable dismissal of a person in said KTUN from his Notary position , besides that the ratio decadence of the a quo case also did not take into account that there were no AAUP violations or ratio-Legis violations committed by the Tun Official in issuing a KTUN regarding the dishonorable discharge of a notary official in the a quo case

Abstract

The problem in this paper is a Juridical Review Regarding the Distribution of Inheritance to an Only Child who has an Adopted Sibling in the perspective of Islamic law. This type of research is classified as normative research using the principles and problems studied. Research results show that 1. The main factor causing the adopted child not to obtain inheritance rights is because they do not have blood relations or in another sense, there are family members of the adoptive parents who are more close or blood related than the child, 2. An only child who has an adopted sibling still gets Inheritance according to what is specified in the Qur'an, and adopted children in Islamic inheritance law are not allowed to inherit property from their adoptive parents but are encouraged to provide grants or wills for the welfare of their adopted children. The granting or will is as much as 1/3 part as a mandatory will, based on article 209 paragraph (2) of the Compilation of Islamic Law. Adopted children are not included in the 2 categories mentioned above, because adopted children are not the same relative or descendant of their adoptive parents, therefore, between adopted children and their adoptive parents are not entitled to inherit from each other.

Abstract

Problems The government's present approach to the challenges the DHF disease faces in Indonesia is insufficient. Though, in order to regulate the DHF condition, public support is essential. The fact that the general public does not participate in Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN) initiatives shows how poorly understood and known DHF illness prevention is by the general population. Examine the impact of health education on the community's awareness of DHF prevention. Pretest-posttest design with a single group, pre-experimental investigation. The population of Village Sumberwuluh Subdistrict Dawarblandong Regency Mojokerto, which consists of 289 homes and is entirely under inquiry, was represented by one responder who was between the ages of 18 and 35 in each of the 289 households. This is a simple random sampling technique. 44 people comprise the huge sample. questionnaire-based instrument study using SAP. The results showed that 32 respondents (72.7%) had sufficient knowledge of DHF prevention before obtaining health education, and 23 respondents (52.3%), after getting health education, had sufficient knowledge of DHF prevention. Based on the Wilcoxon Signed Rank statistical test results, H1 is accepted and H0 is denied, which indicates that health education has an impact on community understanding on DHF prevention. When more data is acquired and health education is observed, a better understanding of DHF prevention is attained.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of museums as learning resources, learning media, and the role of historical teachers in introducing museum collections as historical learning media. This research applied a qualitative descriptive research design through several stages of data collection techniques, which are observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicated that the use of museums as a history of learning media had been going well. Visiting museums provide new insights and knowledge to students so that students are more active and their interest in learning about local history is higher. However, the implementation had not been optimal and there were still some obstacles generally experienced by teachers who were the unavailability of a specific time given regarding visiting museums, and the difficulty of coordinating students when visiting the UPT Cultural Park and Museum. There are also some obstacles experienced by students which are incomplete information and explanations from several collections stored at UPT Cultural Park and Museum so that students find it difficult to understand what they observe. In other words, museums as learning media in history subjects can increase student enthusiasm for learning because visiting museums provides new insights and knowledge to students so that students are more active, interested, and motivated to learn about local history even though there were several obstacles faced by both students and teachers.
