Abstract

This research aims to increase the effectiveness of educational staff in improving teacher performance at SMPN 34 Surabaya. A qualitative approach using case study methodology is the research methodology used. In-depth interviews with teachers and educational professionals, direct observations in schools, and analysis of documents related to teacher professional development programs are the methods used to collect data.The findings of this study show the important role of education personnel in increasing teacher effectiveness at SMPN 34 Surabaya. Educational staff provides training sessions and seminars, assists instructors in their professional growth, and offers adequate administrative assistance. In addition, the availability of competent human resources and efficient staff-teacher communication both support improved teacher performance. However, this research also shows a number of difficulties faced by educational staff when implementing it. These difficulties include heavy workloads, little funding for professional development, and a lack of collaboration within school units.

Abstract

In an institution, especially a school, there must always be a program to improve the quality in it. Supporting factors for the running of a quality improvement program require educators who are able to run the program well. Teachers take an important role in the world of education in charge of educating and guiding students. The performance of teaching staff must pay great attention to the implementation of, and in a private school there are permanent teacher educators and non-permanent teachers. The distinction between the two is that non-permanent teachers are needed when there is a shortage of educators and another distinction is that they do not have positions, so they only assist permanent teachers, even so this can provide opportunities for college graduates who want to become teachers to have the opportunity to develop competencies and careers. This research is intended to find out the performance of non-permanent teachers in improving the academic quality of Dharma Wanita 1 Gedangan High school Students

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of education staff management at SMPN 40 Surabaya. Effective education personnel management has an important role in ensuring the provision of quality education in schools. Management of educational staff at SMPN 40 Surabaya has reached an adequate level of effectiveness. Factors that have contributed to the effectiveness of education personnel management include strong leadership, effective communication, professional development, and good human resource management. Professional development of educational staff at SMPN 40 Surabaya is the main focus in increasing the effectiveness of educational staff management by holding continuous training and development programs to improve the competence of teachers and staff. Good human resource management, including appropriate assignments, rewards and recognition of good performance also contributes to the effectiveness of educational staff management.

Abstract

Verbal bullying is defined as the act of bullying or insulting someone by using unheard words to make fun of, insult, or say unpleasant or inappropriate things. Victims of verbal bullying typically experience negative effects on their school, mental health, and social interactions. This study aims to determine the impact of verbal bullying on students' confidence in SD Negeri 010 Bukit Kauman, Kuantan Mudik District. The method used in this study used quantitative descriptive and was carried out at SD Negeri 010 Bukit Kauman, Kuantan Mudik District. The study used a sample of all 66 students. This research method uses questionnaires and interviews, after the data is obtained the data is analyzed with a quantitative descriptive approach with percentage data. Based on the results of research, verbal bullying has a serious impact on a person's self-confidence, with details of the level of self-confidence of students who are in the high category including 10 students (19.61%), then in the medium category has a frequency of 33 students (64.71%), and the lace category there are 8 students (15.69%).

Abstract

Today's society is very concerned about the quality of a school or educational institution, many educators are not linear with their educational experience so that they are lacking in mastering the concept of learning and the material to be delivered in the teaching and learning process. Every educational institution, especially in Senior High School, which has a very important role in tracing the success of students in the future, the hope of every school is to get quality, competent human resources, and be able to compete in the globalization era. This of course must be considered, especially in the recruitment and selection sistem for educators and education personnel. The purpose of this article is to find out the recruitment and selection sistem of teaching staff and education personnel in improving the quality of education at SMPN 34 Surabaya. The method used is observation in the form of interviews, namely getting information from sources and data from relevant references.

Abstract

Teacher career development is an important aspect in improving professionalism and the quality of education in elementary schools. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the career development program in increasing teacher professionalism at SDN Pakis 1/368. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Through observations, interviews and analysis of documents related to career development programs and teacher professionalism, the research results show that the career development program at SDN Pakis 1/368 has had a positive impact in increasing teacher professionalism. Teachers who participated in the program demonstrated improvements in understanding of current educational concepts, teaching skills, and motivation to improve their performance. In addition, participation in career development activities also increases collaboration between teachers and strengthens a culture of continuous learning in schools. The practical implications of these findings can help policy makers and educational practitioners in designing and implementing effective career development programs to improve the quality of education at the educational level. base.

Abstract

Pemutusan hubungan kerja di ranah pendidikan adalah pengakhiran hubungan kerja karena suatu hal tertentu yang mengakibatkan berakhirnya hak dan kewajiban antara Pendidik atau Tenaga Kependidikan. SMPN 20 Surabaya tidak pernah ada pemecatan pegawai dalam implementasi pemutusan hubungan kerja, tetapi lebih terputusnya hubungan kerja akibat pensiun ataupun kematian. Pensiun menjadi titik akhir dari karir seseorang di dunia kerja, yang sering kali diikuti dengan pemutusan hubungan kerja. Pemutusan hubungan kerja akibat pensiun dapat terjadi karena berbagai faktor, seperti tercapainya batas usia pensiun yang ditetapkan oleh peraturan perusahaan atau undang-undang yang berlaku. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana pemutusan hubungan kerja akibat pensiun memengaruhi pekerja dan organisasi. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan mewawancarai salah satu tenaga pendidik yang tugasnya adalah menangani guru yang pensiun. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pemutusan hubungan kerja akibat pensiun itu melewati beberapa prosedur khusus. Di sisi lain, organisasi dapat menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola pemutusan hubungan kerja ini secara efektif, termasuk kehilangan pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang berharga dari pekerja yang pensiun. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi diberikan untuk meningkatkan proses transisi bagi pekerja yang pensiun dan untuk mengembangkan strategi pengelolaan pengetahuan yang lebih baik bagi organisasi dalam menghadapi pemutusan hubungan kerja akibat pensiun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of educators and education at SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta. This study used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques that included interviews and documentation. The results showed that the management of educators and education personnel has a very large influence on the success of education and is a very important part of overall activities in schools. The management of educators and education personnel at SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta has been running well as evidenced by the planning carried out by analyzing the needs of educators and education personnel needed. Recruitment carried out by SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta with the dissemination of vacancy information via WhatsApp and selection carried out by the school (qualifications, interviews and microteaching) and the Foundation. For training and coaching of educators and education staff, it is carried out annually in the form of soft skills training, every week in the form of routine recitation and scheduled training from Dapodik. The promotion was carried out directly by the foundation, while the transfer was caused by personal reasons and became a State Civil Apparatus (ASN) then for dismissal at SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta had never existed.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this article is the need to analyze the strategies for developing teacher professionalism at the elementary level. The aim of this article is to analyze the strategies, benefits, challenges, and impacts of using technology on the development of teacher professionalism at the elementary level in the digital era. This article employs a qualitative research method, utilizing interviews with teacher. The research procedure involved structured interviews with teachers involved in professionalism development, as well as data collection and analysis. The findings and discussions indicate that strategies for developing teacher professionalism through technology utilization in the context of school based management at the elementary level in the digital era have been identified. The challenges include limited access, inadequate training, and privacy concerns. However, the benefits include access to extensive educational resources, global collaboration, and increased student engagement. The use of technology also has a positive impact on improving the quality of teaching and the efficiency of school-based management. As a recommendation, support and collaboration among schools, government, and stakeholders are necessary to ensure effective and equitable utilization of technology in the context of elementary education.

Abstract

This research is to determine the lack of quality of management learning for educators. Educators still often have schedules that coincide with activities outside of teaching and learning, due to a lack of educational staff. The aim is to find out how to improve the performance of teaching and education staff as well as effective methods for learning activities as a way of assessing and evaluating the performance of teachers between senior and junior, as proven by the existence of a teacher level code. In this research method, the two approaches used to collect data are observation and interviews. Researchers see research subjects directly in the school environment, and interviews involve direct interaction between researchers and research subjects. These two approaches enable researchers to obtain in-depth and accurate information about the research subject. The findings show that teachers often have flexible job desks and the discovery of ways to improve the quality of teacher assessments and evaluations. There is a code for educators who have the right to provide evaluations of teacher performance in the school using the existing system. code to know between senior and junior.
