Abstract

This article explains that all of them are a source of learning in sociology subjects. The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning of kawih ayang-ayang gung which is rich in socio-political mankana, so that it can enrich sociology learning. This research is a descriptive research. The object of research is kawih ayang-ayang gung and ethnopedagogic studies. Data collection is done with library research. Data analysis techniques are carried out by analyzing values in all kinds of people so that they become a source of learning in sociology subjects. This study shows that, (1) kawih ayang-ayang gung is a legacy of folklore traditions passed down in society (2) kawih ayangayang gung contains the meaning of prohibition in a socio-political context. (3) Kawih ayang-ayang gung became a source of learning with culture in sociology subjects.

Abstract

Learning is an active process when students must directly involved in various learning activities to response stimulus of teachers. The stimulus given by the teacher would be meaningless without their attention and motivation. Growing students motivation can be done by implementation of SQ3R method. SQ3R learning method is a method of learning that implementing to read faster in the childreen. The subject of this research were students of SDN 014 Ganting Damai Grade 5 in academic year2020/2021. Technique of data collection using observation, questionnaire, and achievement test, while the technique of data analysis used descriptive quantitative. Based of the result the average speed read of students in the first cycle is 97 words per minute and the average percentage of understanding the content of reading 70%, the ability of students' reading 68 words per minute. Beside that, In cycle II, the average speed read of the second cycle that is 111 wpm average of understanding the content of reading is 72% and the ability to read quickly 82 wpm. So based on research results SQ3R method can improve students' ability to read quickly. Keywords: Reading Ability, SQ3R Methods. Keywords: Reading Ability, SQ3R Methods

Abstract

Cultivating religious values from an early age to children starts in the household as the first education for a child, so parents as first educators must prepare themselves and prepare the religious education material for their children. A child's sense of religion will not grow by itself, without us cultivating it from the start and setting an example in the family’s daily routine. The type of research conducted by the author is library research by comparing the interpretations of Ibnu Katsir and M. Quraish Shihab. The results of the study show that the interpretation of Ibnu Katsir and M. Quraish Shihab is almost the same in interpreting surah Lukman verses 12-19. The difference is that M. Quraish Shihab translated the verses in detail with the meaning of the words, while Ibnu Katsir translated by dividing the verse and adding verses and hadiths that are connected to each other. The core of Surah Lukman verses 12-19 are gratitude, monotheistic teachings about the prohibition of shirk, serving both parents, establishing prayer, doing good and preventing bad actions, prohibiting being arrogant, being modest in life, and being soft and gentle.

Abstract

Peace education is a concept that is considered good in the world of education. This research examines Peace education in Indonesia because of the diversity that exists in Indonesia. The research method used is library research. In Islam, coaching and education so as not to do something that can harm other parties is well explained in the Qur'an, namely, the command to do amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, apart from that, in Islam also given directions that as their Muslims must have good manners or akhlaqul karimah. This directive is in accordance with the existing pluralists in Indonesia.

Abstract

BAZNAS carried out several strategies in encouraging the community to become mukkie. This study aims to find out the strategy carried out by Baznas Pasaman in encouraging lecturers in Pasaman to become muzakki and pay zakat through Baznas Pasaman. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The results of the research show that there are 5 strategies being carried out, namely 1 getting to know the lecturer well. (2) determining common goals, (3) compiling programs (4) determining social media methods, (5) direct outreach to campuses in Pasaman

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1. To describe the organizational behavior management of SD Negeri 14 Talago Gunung Kota Sawahlunto to create human resources. 2) Analyze the obstacles and solutions in this study. The results of the study revealed about the Management of Organizational Behavior at SD Negeri 14 Talago Gunung Sawahlunto City in realizing human resources which was carried out by planning; carried out by conducting an analysis of the activities or work load of intellectual capacity, work experience and example. Recruitment; prioritizing academic & non-academic achievements, having good character, putting aside kinship and prioritizing achievement and professionalism. 1. Development, namely changing behavior so that change occurs, attending workshops, training and training. 2. Supervision is carried out according to a monthly schedule for the entire series of school activities, the condition of students, infrastructure, teachers, programs, facilities. 3. Evaluation; three stages: monthly, midterm and end of semester, as well as the end of the academic year. 4. Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to provide a conceptual description of the influence of peers (peer groups) on adolescent psychosocial. The results of the discussion show that Peer groups are successful peer groups where children can interact. Peer groups are very influential on adolescent self-image. Adolescents become closer to their peers, because they think that their peers can understand their desires so they want to spend time with their friends. Peer group qualities consist of positive friendship qualities (such as feelings of security, friendship, support) and negative friendship qualities (such as conflict, dominance, hostility). Therefore, in association, both individuals and groups must be able to learn to behave in order to lead to a better life. Peer groups (peer groups) need discipline so that in carrying out group activities they gain recognition from the community. Therefore, the peer group is very important to note because it has a fairly important role for the development of adolescents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of students of grade V SD Negeri 016 Bangkinang Kota through learning by applying realistic mathematical approach. This is done to improve the learning conditions undertaken. The study was conducted using classroom action research with 27 subjects, 13 male students and 14 female students. The instrument used in this study is a learning tool, to measure students' ability in each cycle used test questions. Technique of data analysis in this research is done quantitatively by processing data of teacher and student activity and also data of understanding result of learning from test. While qualitative data are analyzed to supplement quantitative data. Based on the results of action, it can be said that learning with realistic mathematics approach can improve the learning outcomes of students of grade V SD Negeri 016 Bangkinang Kota.

Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of Leadership Style on Teacher Performance Behavior at SDIT Ishlahul Ummah, Sawahlunto City. The focus is on the six main leadership styles, namely transformational, transactional, autocratic, charismatic, bureaucratic and democratic. This article has provided deep insight into leadership styles; democratic, transformational, bureaucratic and autocratic leadership have a positive impact on the performance of SDIT Ishlahul Ummah teachers in Sawahlunto City. This article uses analysis of primary data and secondary data that has been carried out. The analysis uses a quantitative approach, with the help of survey instruments, based on a questionnaire survey. Secondary research has been carried out through a review of previous literature set out to achieve the research objectives. The results of this article suggest that charismatic, bureaucratic and transactional leadership styles have a negative relationship with performance. Transformational, autocratic, and democratic leadership styles, on the other hand, have a positive relationship with teacher performance at SDIT Ishlahul Ummah, Sawahlunto City.
