Abstract

The uniqueness of culture and traditions in Bali are diverse, one of which is traditional children's games that have been played by children in Bali for generations. Of the many traditional Balinese children's games, one of them is Kelik-Kelikan. But as time goes by and the development of increasingly advanced technology, the traditional Kelik-Kelikan games are increasingly being abandoned and replaced with modern games that do not contain noble values such as the Kelik-Kelikan game. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of character education contained in tradition games in Pasraman Budi Pekerti Sri Tanjung Desa Bunutin Bangli. This research method uses a qualitative approach and phenomenological methods. Research data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. In order to gain valid and reliable data, this research uses qualitative research methods. To produce data that is logical, this article conducts several stages of data sorting in the form of: 1). Reducing data, 2). Displaying data, 3). Verifying data and, 4). Interpreting article data. Related references greatly support the validity of a scientific work, therefore library techniques are also used through exploring literature. The results of the research found that through the application of the model, namely the democracy model, modeling model and demonstration model during the game there are Hindu religious education values that can shape student character. This research was conducted at the Budi Pekerti Pasraman Sri Tanjung, Bunutin Bangli Village, as one of the Moral-based Pasraman which still teaches traditional games as a learning medium.

Abstract

Internalisasi nilai moderasi beragama di pasraman Dharmajati, sebuah lembaga pendidikan agama yang mengedepankan kerukunan antaragama dan toleransi. Di pasraman ini, siswa belajar untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Mereka diajarkan untuk menghormati dan memahami perbedaan antar agama dan keyakinan, menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif, dan menjalani kehidupan dengan sikap yang moderat. Proses pembelajaran di pasraman Dharmajati melibatkan mendalami agama-agama yang berbeda dengan tujuan untuk memahami kesamaan dan perbedaan antara mereka. Siswa juga diajarkan untuk menghargai keberagaman agama sebagai sarana untuk mencapai pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang diri mereka dan hubungan mereka dengan yang Tuhan. Siswa Pasraman Dharmajati aktif mempraktikkan nilai-nilai bernuansa moderasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka, seperti toleransi, rasa hormat terhadap agama lain,. Hasil dari proses ini adalah siswa yang siap menjadi contoh yang baik dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip moderasi dan toleransi dalam interaksi mereka dengan orang lain. Peran penting siswa pasraman Dharmajati dalam menciptakan kedamaian dan harmoni dalam masyarakat. Mereka dipersiapkan untuk menjadi agen perubahan yang mendorong perdamaian dan toleransi di masyarakat lebih luas, dengan harapan bahwa nilai-nilai yang diinternalisasikan akan membantu mengurangi konflik keagamaan dan mempromosikan kerukunan antaragama dan pentingnya pendidikan agama yang mempromosikan moderasi sebagai solusi untuk menghadapi tantangan pluralitas agama dalam masyarakat modern.

Abstract

Abstract The young generation is the generation that will carry the burden and ideals of the nation in the future. This challenge is becoming more and more difficult as the world is now facing the era of Society 5.0, where people are becoming the center of innovation to open up new opportunities in terms of prosperity. For this reason, the younger generation of Hindus must always be ready to develop productive ideas while still being grounded in the teachings of Hinduism. A part of the Vedic Smerti scriptures namely Purana, is considered as a suitable medium of education for the younger generation of Hindus to have Suputra character and also to be productive. Keeping this in mind, this research is interested in exploring more deeply the potential of Purana stories that can be used as educational media for the younger generation of Hindus. This research also formulates several problems, namely related to the role of the Hindu young generation in the era of Society 5.0, the nature of Purana, and the use of Purana as a means of empowering the Hindu young generation. By using research methods with qualitative research types and literature studies and using data analysis of Miles and Huberman. The findings of this study indicate that the use of Purana has great potential as an educational medium in the form of visual arts, fine arts, books, comics and also miniature toys. Abstract

This research aims to conduct a critical analysis regarding the learning plans prepared by Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budi Pekerti teachers in implementing differentiated learning. The importance of this research refers to the phenomenon that the application of differentiated learning is still rarely carried out by teachers, including in the subjects of Hindu Religious Education and Character. This research uses a qualitative method where data collection is carried out by non-participant observation, structured interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of the research found that in order to prepare a good differentiated learning plan, the things that need to be considered are related to the preparation of teaching modules, preparation of assessment instruments and preparation of essential material. The teaching module serves as a guide for teachers in carrying out learning activities from beginning to end, and in the context of differentiated learning, this teaching module can include designs for content differentiation, process differentiation, product differentiation and learning environment differentiation. Furthermore, the preparation of diagnostic assessment instruments is intended to map students based on learning readiness, interests and learning styles. Then the preparation of essential material is intended to support readiness for the process of achieving Learning Outcomes contained in the learning elements in the subjects of Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budi Pekerti.

Abstract

The 21st century learning paradigm leads towards: a) students center learning; b) learning is not centered in one place c). reducing the need for study space facilities, (physical) and paperless. d) training/socialization tends to be related to the use of applications (skills). e) the demand to be able to read and understand of big data (data literacy, technology literacy, and human literacy). This change in learning models is definitely accompanied by changes in educational management. Implementation of education management is carried out jointly between the government, educational units, (school principals & teachers), parents and students. This can be done through collaboration, responsibility and ethics by applying a humanistic approach. The method used is through literature review or reviewing literature that is relevant to technohumanistic learning. The conclusion obtained is that the government, educational units, school principals, teachers, parents must be able to create regulations and educational facilities that are safe and comfortable for children or provide learning places (schools) that are child-friendly, free from bullying problems, violence, intolerance and discrimination. Key words : 21st century learning; education management; humanistic approach; child friendly school.

Abstract

Science is an activity that can improve thinking abilities. Science activities allow children to explore various objects, both living objects (living creatures) and non-living objects around them. 1st grade of elementary school students are still young children who need to strengthen their introduction to science about living things. In the teachings of Hinduism there is Tri Pramana which means three powers possessed by living creatures. This research is an descriptive-qualitative research using a literature study method which aims to describe strengthening the introduction of science about living things through the teachings of Tri Pramana (Bayu, Sabda, Idep) in 1st grade of elementary school students. Based on the research results, it was found that strengthening the introduction of science about living things through Tri Pramana teachings for 1 st grade elementary school students is an effort to increase understanding through meaningful learning strategies regarding exploration activities and simple grouping of living things, consisting of plants, animals and humans. The Eka Pramana group are organisms that only have one power in their lives (Bayu), for example plants, the Dwi Pramana group, namely organisms that have two powers in their lives (Bayu, Sabda), for example animals, and the Tri Pramana group, namely organisms that in his life he has three powers (Bayu, Sabda, Idep), an example of which is humans.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the value of Hindu religious education in the implementation of the Nyenuk event held in Merajan, a resident of Pasek Toh Jiwa Samuan. How the series of works by Nyatur Ngenteg Linggih Padudusan Alit is running. What is the procession of the Nyenuk event in the work of Padudusan Alit. As well as exploring the value of Hindu religious education in the ongoing Nyenuk event. The method used to collect research data is observation, interviews and literature study. The series of works by nyatur ngenteg linggih mapadudusan alit tawur manca kelud consists of various series of ceremonies. One of the important ceremonies is the Nyenuk ceremony. Nyenuk means coming to see which is a symbol of the descent of the god Nawa Sanga to see the success of the yadnya ceremony. This ceremony looks like mepeed as the end of the offerings and worship before Hyang Widhi Wasa in His manifestation which descends in a series of nyineb when performing the great work of mamungkah and ngenteg linggih. Every Hindu religious event definitely contains Hindu religious educational values, the teachings of which need to be passed down from generation to generation. The series of nyenuk events are of course carried out in accordance with literary instructions and in accordance with the instructions of sulinggih who leads the nyenuk event. The Nyenuk event contains the educational values of tattwa, morals, acara and is based on Tri Hita Karana.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the problems of Hindu Religious Education teachers while taking PPG Daljab online. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The informants in this research were Hindu Religious Education teachers throughout the Republic of Indonesia who took online Professional Teacher Education (PPG Daljab). The technique for determining informants is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and qualitative data analysis techniques with stages; data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions The results of the research show that the problems experienced by Hindu Religious Education teachers while taking part in PPG Daljab online include: problems originating from the students themselves, problems related to the curriculum, problems with advice and infrastructure, problems related to management in the implementation of PPG Daljab , as well as problems related to the environment

Abstract

One of the major Hindu holidays in Indonesia is Nyepi day, where the holiday is held or commemorated to welcome the arrival of Saka day. Meanwhile, according to its dating, the Saka new year falls on the Apisan Sasih Kedasa or Eka Sukla Paksa Waisaka calendar, which is exactly the day after Tilem Kesanga or Panca Dasi Krisna Paksa Sasih Chaitra. The commemoration of Nyepi day itself has meaning in every series that was carried out before. Some of the ceremonies or rituals that are carried out are the Melasti Ceremony and also Tawur Kesanga. The Melasti ceremony itself aims to eliminate the suffering of the people, releasing the impurity and filthiness of the people, which is explained in the lontar Sanghyang Aji Swandala. Meanwhile, in the Sundarigma lontar, it is explained that the Tilem day of the month of Chaitra is the day of purification of the Gods, taking the water of life in the middle of the ocean, therefore Hindu people/men should observe and make offerings to the Gods. Nyepi day is the best day to make oneself a better person than before and as an effort to establish a true self. It is at the time of Nyepi that Hindus can continue to remember the essence of truth because only truth is eternal among others. Keywords: Nyepi, Hinduism, Spiritual, Saka

Abstract

The menjor tradition is not only a religious symbol, but also has values contained in it. So far, this tradition has only been limited to complementing the ceremony, without knowing the essence contained in it. This research was conducted in Padangaji Village, Selat, Karangasem, using ethnographic methods to understand how the menjor tradition developed and adapted to social and economic changes associated with the Tri Hita Karana philosophy. In the context of Tri Hita Karana, the menjor tradition reflects a harmonious relationship with God through divine symbols. In the pawongan aspect, the menjor tradition involves community mutual cooperation, strengthening social ties, fostering unity, and building a sense of togetherness in the community. In the palemahan aspect, the use of natural materials such as bamboo, coconut leaves and plawa in making penjor shows concern for nature conservation. In an ecological context, plants such as bamboo and palm oil have an important role in preventing soil erosion and maintaining environmental sustainability. When the community still retains the materials for making penjor from the surrounding environment, it will certainly have positive implications for the ecosystem in the area. Character education is reflected in the Menjor tradition, where religious values, social solidarity and environmental concern are instilled through the implementation of this tradition
