Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi dan interpretasi atas bentuk-bentuk strategi pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh lembaga pendidikan untuk menjadi sekolah yang unggul. Latar penelitian ini bertempat di SMK Migas Cepu, Kabupaten Blora, Jawa Tengah dengan menerapkan konsep penelitian kualitatif-studi kasus sebagai pendekatannya. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan cara teknik wawancara, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Adapun subyek penelitian penelitian adalah kepala dan wakil SMK Migas Cepu yang sebelumnya telah ditentukan secara purposif. Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif sehingga dapat tergambarkan bahwa strategi pengembangan SMK Migas Cepu untuk menjadi sekolah yang unggul diantaranya melalui memperkuat sumber daya manusia, meningkatkan sarana prasarana sekolah, pemutakhiran kurikulum, redesain program studi dan penambahan program studi unggulan, melaksanakan pembelajaran yang unggul, optimalisasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan memperkuat jaringan kerjasama.

Abstract

The management of taklim assembly is very important in increasing people's understanding of mu'malah and 'ubudiyah because people in everyday life cannot be separated from their daily needs. Therefore, changes in planning, leadership, material for the taklim assembly need to be changed or renovated in order to increase the understanding of the taklim congregation. The understanding of the majlis taklim congregation can increase faith and piety not only in the spiritual aspect but also in the cognitive and psychomotor aspects, so that the majlis taklim congregation can further strengthen their faith and piety with religious practices and religious tourism.

Abstract

This article is motivated by the emergence of various problems at this time, but did not exist in ancient times. So it is very necessary for the ijtihad of the scholars to re-establish a law. Yusuf al-qordhawi as a contemporary scholar has his own way of establishing laws on contemporary issues. In that regard, this article aims to describe the contemporary ijtihad method used by Yusuf al-qordhawi in establishing a law. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using literature review. Data sources in this study are books, journals and other things related to the problem. This research is carried out systematically, namely collecting data, processing, concluding and using certain techniques to find answers to problems. The results showed that Al- Qardhawi was very selective and rational in establishing laws on the problems at hand. Here are some fatwas set by yuusf qordhawi with his ijtihad, namely about the legal determination of shaking hands between men and women who are not mahram, the determination about being allowed to breastfeed through the Breast milk Bank (Breast Milk), and not prohibiting marriage between milk mothers and relatives, Determination about the obligation of a father to ask for the consent of his daughter to be married, and must not force him to marry,  Against al-Qaradhawi's fatwa on abortion due to rape that occurred in Bosnia. Yusuf qordhawi has several ijtihad methods, namely ijtihad intiqho'I, ijtihad insya'I and ijtihad combined insha'i and intiqho'i. and also still requires the postulates of the establishment of law in classical times, such as ijma, qiyas, istihsan, and others. And the main thing is that the legal establishment remains sourced from the Quran and hadith.

Abstract

The basic goal of teaching and learning English at Agro-Technology Department is to develop the English skills of the students in order that they can understand and comprehend any English references such as textbooks, journals and other sources and they are able to communicate actively. The learning and teaching of English at Agro-Technology Department is considered unable to achieve its objectives. The main problem in this case is there is no an appropriate reading material for the students. The existing material is not in accordance with the needs and the background of the students. Concerning the problem above, a set of suitable instructional material for the students of Agro-Technology Department needs to be developed. The procedure being done in this study are doing need analysis, developing reading materials, expert validation, revising the materials, trying out the materials, and final product. The data from the result of the needs analysis shows most of the students agree to develop reading materials which are suitable with their major content subject namely Agro-Technology science, to include list of vocabulary in the reading materials they are learning, to include grammar review in the future reading materials, to clarify the content of the materials in the explanation, and to arrange the materials according to the degree of its difficulty

Abstract

The presence of Islam among humans has been going on for more than fourteen centuries. During that time Islam has been contributing to the dynamics of human progress. But Islam is also often contrasted with culture. Islam is considered to have originated from Arab so that Islam is not opened up by other culture. This paper will try to provide a dialectical analysis of answers between Islam and culture through theological, historical and philosophical approaches. That ontologically and epistemologically, Islam is a doctrine that originates from revelation, while culture is the embodiment of work, creativity and taste that originates from human reason. Islam as a religion is presented to humans so that they experience assimilation contact with Arabic culture at first and then with other cultures. But Islam is not synonymous with Arabic culture. The two can still be distinguished, although they cannot be separated. Because comprehending Islam must go through Arabic as the language of revelation and its social context. However, Islam accepts the plurality of cultures so that it can be present and accepted in all human cultures because Islam is presented for all human beings.

Abstract

This research aims to; 1) how to internalization religious cultural valus trough routine activities “istigotsah malam Jum’at manis” in islamic education Mambaul ulum, 2) what is the purpose of the routine activity, 3) what are the supporting and inhibiting factors?, 4) how effective is the routine activity for students?. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case studi research type. Sources of data obtained through interviews and documentation. Then the researchers carried out data analysis techniques  in the Miles and Huberman models. That is, whit data analysis techniques, data reduction, data education, and conclusions drawn. The results of study are, internalization of religius cultural values trough routine activities “istighotsah malam Jum’at manis” in islamic education Mambaul ulum it’s done with four strategies; giving announcements, giving addiction, teaching fairness or custom, and giving punishment. The purpose of this routine activities is; to come closer to god, establish a high social soul, train discipline, maintain and preserve tradition. Supportive factor in this activity is that consciousness emerges, there’s early religious education, and there’s a positive impact of friendship. While the inhibiting factors are, lack of consciousness, the influence of thee use of gadgets over,the lack of early religious knowledge, and the negative influence of friendship. The effectictivinessof these routine activities has gone well. It’s based on research findings in the field, students admit that many have a positive impact, among them, motivation to get closer to God, increase discipline in anything, feel more social soul, and want to preserve tradition “istighotsah malam Jum’at manis” in order not to become extinct.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the potential for the development of Islamic boarding schools in the digital era is quite wide open. We can observe this from the various strengths and potentials possessed by pesantren which are quite dominant. However, it turns out that the strengths and potential possessed by pesantren are not always a reference for the development of education in general. To implement education in the digital era, for example, there are still some perceptions that come from both internal and external pesantren who are worried about the fading of the core education of pesantren, namely the formation of human morality. Such a perception cannot be denied because implementing education in the digital era requires the readiness of adequate human resources in terms of knowledge, skills and mature personality so that they are able to utilize and respond to information technology in this digital era as a form of formulation of educational development in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Some people have the main goal in using social media, namely to get satisfaction when their psychological needs are met, that way someone will be motivated to continue meditating. social media so that when he gets satisfaction through the many positive comments and is liked by many people, this encourages someone to continue sharing photos or videos of his activities via Instagram. But if he is dissatisfied with what he has uploaded on Instagram so that he feels neglected and unappreciated, it will cause someone to be reluctant to upload his photos again. The number of negative comments that often appear on Instagram can trigger someone to do unwanted things, one of which is Self Low acceptance. Self-acceptance a low is characterized by someone who feels worthless, depressed, difficult to adapt to their environment, and lacks motivation because they often blame and hate themselves. Instagram social media use and self-acceptance on students. This research uses quantitative research methods. The subjects in this study were 48 students. Data analysis in this study used product analysis moment. product analysis moment aims to test whether there is a relationship (correlation) between variables. Collecting data using the method of distributing scale questionnaires. The results of this study using the product test moment which shows the results of the analysis of data correlations sig value (2-tailed = 0.000) <0.05 then Ho is rejected, meaning that Ha is accepted so that the conclusion is obtained There is a relationship between Intensity of Use of Instagram Social Media and Self-acceptance. While the Pearson value correlation obtained by 0.622 means that the Intensity of Use of Social Media Instagram contributes 62.2% to Self Acceptance, the remaining 37.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study was aimed to increase memory with tahajjud prayers. Method of this study used quasi experiment with one group pre-test and post-test design. The Subject in this study are 11 student in Tahfidzul Quran Boarding school with having same memory abilities and menstrual schedule. This study used an analysis method with observation comparing the result of the pre-test and post-test design. The three result of the alphabetical series , word series, and number series test result, post -test result show a higer value than the pretest value. According to the result of study, it can be said that there was significant that tahajjud prayer scan be increasing the memory of student in Tahfidzul Quran boarding school.

Abstract

The implementation of marketing strategies within the company is very influential in the performance of the company concerned. The success or failure of a company is largely determined by the marketing strategy it uses. In terms of developing and implementing a marketing strategy there are several stages that must be determined, one of which is planning a marketing mix consisting of four main elements, namely product, price, distribution/place, and promotion. . Meanwhile, Islamic business ethics are morals in doing business in accordance with Islamic values, so that in conducting business there is no need to worry about fraudulent transactions. Doing business in the pharmaceutical sector is still believed to be a form of economic business that has good prospects. Even in a crisis, this business will remain stable because medicine is a mandatory requirement that must be met by people who are sick. Even so, it is possible that currently there are many pharmacies that are out of business where this is due to the inability of a seller to attract consumer interest and maintain it.
