Abstract

Some say that the essence of Sufism is in fana' (ecstasy, self-destruction before God) and kasyf (disclosure to God) because through both, ma'rifah (direct relationship with God) as the goal of Sufism occurs. Neo-Sufism, as a new Sufism movement, rejects or doubts the ecstatic-mystical-philosophical elements of classical Sufism, and therefore prefers elements of puritanism (its compatibility with Islamic orthodoxy) and changes its escapist character (escape from the world) to activism (positive attitude towards, and self-involvement in, the world). The aim of this study is to further examine the differences between the nature of classical Sufism and neo-Sufism and to further assess neo-Sufism. As a method, the answers found regarding the nature of (classical) Sufism are used as a benchmark for assessing neo-Sufism. On this basis, it was later discovered that neo-Sufism cannot be called Sufism. That was because of his denial or doubt about kasyf as the essence of Sufism, with which, the goals of Sufism, such as ma'rifah and other Sufism experiences (al-ahwa al-sufiyyah) occur. Without the experience of Sufism there can be no Sufism.

Abstract

English has an important role in various aspects. Including in the aspect of education, where the world of education today must keep up with the times that are full of challenges, one of which is PAI learning with the aim that students can understand religious education as a whole. Because some references currently use a lot of foreign languages, especially English. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely an activity to understand a phenomenon as an object of research by describing its natural context. The type of this research is field research (Field Research) in this study researchers directly observe events and are directly involved in the field, namely in the process of learning Islamic religious education using English at SMAN 4 Malang. The results of this study indicate that learning PAI using English at SMAN 4 Malang, is able to provide motivation for students to better apply the sacred values ​​of Islam in everyday life. while the implementation of PAI learning using English has succeeded in increasing the ability of students in PAI learning materials. This is evidenced by the critical response of students in linking their religious understanding with the realities of everyday life. In addition, students also show learning outcomes that continue to improve in each learning evaluation, both in daily evaluations or evaluations at the end of the semester

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan penerapan metode Takrar dalam meningkatkan daya ingat hafalan Quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekat kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field research. Field research yaitu suatu penelitian dimana peneliti terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk mencari bahan-bahan yang mendekati kebenaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu melalui observasi (pengamatan), wawancara (interview), dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Metode Takrar telah terimplementsikan sebagai metode dalam membaca menghafal Quran melalui beberapa langkah yaitu perencanaan, proses, dan evaluasi. MI Al Imron memiliki program unggulan dalam menghafal Quran, dalam penyelesaian menghafal Quran seusai target yang telah ditentukan, Dengan adanya metode ini siswa semakin meningkat hafalan Quran nya dibuktikan dengan buku penghubung hafalan Quran.

Abstract

This research begins with a statement by a role model about the hijab, which then creates a controversy. This statement can be seen in the podcast interview of Dedy Corbuser and Mrs. Sinta Nuriyah on her youtube channel. Apart from these controversies, this study aims to explore further about the meaning of hijab from an Islamic perspective and psychology including, the definition of women's headscarves, the functions and types of hijab for women, the history of the hijab, the views of scholars about the hijab, the hijab from a psychological perspective, and the hijab in a social context and culture. This research was conducted based on the literature by collecting data and information relevant to the topics discussed. The sources are in the form of documents, books, journals, and articles, then reviewed and described descriptively. As a result, the hijab is a cover for the head, neck, and chest that functions as a cover for the genitals, and maintains honor. The legal basis for the hijab is that it is obligatory and not obligatory. From a psychological perspective, the use of the hijab can be seen from the implications that shape a person's behavior, both good and bad.

Abstract

Thariqah Akademik is a moral force that follows Islamic values and human existence on Earth to fulfill the caliph's primary duty. The core spirit carried by the Thariqah Akademik is to ensure that every Muslim can live and carry out activities vigorously without financial barriers while also fulfilling spiritual obligations obediently. This study examines Thariqah Akademik's program concerning the Sumenep government's vision of developing population growth capacity based on educational outcomes. To describe the work activities surrounding the subject, a qualitative method was used. In this study, the researcher used documentation and observation to collect data from the source. The study's findings are as follows: The first is to improve religious understanding and implementation. the second is applied basic science and language illustriousness. These two things are thought to be the best ways to educate a quality Sumenep generation who have the capability of competing globally while upholding noble values and religious norms.

Abstract

Hukum Islam diturunkan Allah SWT guna mengatur seluruh gerak gerik manusia, baik yang bersifat vertikal atau berhubungan tuhannya, maupun horizontal dengan sesama manusia. Salah satu keistimewaan hukum Islam adalah mampu menghadapi perkembangan zaman. Berangkat dari pemikiran inilah maka hukum Islam harus senantiasa mampu menjawab persoalan yang dihadapi oleh pemeluknya. Dikarenakan kemampuan interpretasi masyarakat yang berbeda, maka para ulama dengan berpedoman pada hadis nabi, menetapkan hukum baru yang dinamakan Ijtihad.  Membincang ijtihad, sama saja kita membahas tentang hukum yang sumbernya dari Rahim Islam sendiri. Karena mujtahid (pegiat Ijtihad) harus berbekal ilmu keIslaman yang cukup untuk menetapkan suatu konteks. Ilmu yang dimaksud adalah, Ilmu Qur’an dan Tafsirnya, ilmu hadis, ilmu sejarah, ilmu bahasa dan sebagainya.

Abstract

This is the philosophical view of Sir Muhammad Iqbal and the modernist view of Fazlur Rahman in his thoughts on Islamic education. This is a descriptive qualitative research that describes the philosophical and Modernist views of Islamic education according to Iqbal and Fazlur Rahman. The results of the study, that the philosophical and modernist views of the two main ideas about Islamic education, are how to create Insan Kamil (perfect humans). Insan Kamil must be the main goal and primary education. According to Iqbal, there are eight main ideas to reconstruct Islamic education philosophically by increasing human dynamics and creativity. While the thought of modernizing Islamic education is interesting and has a considerable effect on the renewal of Islamic education, namely Fazlur Rahman. In his thinking, he wants the Muslim community to have a great contribution in developing science and not be defensive. In addition, he wants a combination of secular education with Islamic teachings, the steps taken are assimilation between education and Islamic values.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji tentang putusan pengadilan negeri Surabaya yang mengabulkan permohonan perkawinan beda agama. Lalu kemudian dianalisis dengan moderasi beragama yang diterapkan di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Adanya legalisasi perkawinan beda agama hakikatnya melabrak aturan syari’ah, juga menjadi bahan perbincangan pada ide moderasi beragama karena saat ini pemerintah begitu gencar menggodok ide moderasi beragama lewat kementrian agama di Indonesia. Selanjutkan penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi kepada pemerintah Indonesia untuk memberikan gebrakan moderasi beragama di Indonesia. Dan bagaimana seharusnya peran Kementrian Agama Republik Indonesia menengahi kasus lama ini.

Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of bullying on children’s personalities. The research approach in this study uses a qualitative research type. The data collection method is in the form of analysis which is literature study and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive-qualitative.The results showed that bullying was an aggressive act, both repeatedly, and there were differences in strength between the perpetrator and the victim. The impact of bullying for perpetrators and victims, including bullying perpetrators, has minimal empathy in social interactions. It is not only empathy that is problematic but also abnormal behavior. Hyperactive and pro-social behavior are related to the bullying’s actions against the environment around them. Bullies have a higher level of mental health problems, especially emotional symptoms, compared to victims ofbullying. The impact on victims of bullying such as experiencing physical and verbal abuse. Actions like this can be a prolonged trauma for the victim. Not only the trauma experienced by the victims of bullying,academic learning outcomes are also greatly affected by the victims of bullying. Physical violence received by victims of bullying includes often being socially isolated, having no close friends, not having good relationships with parents, decreased mental health,and worst of all, bullying can lead to depression that can lead to suicide. Efforts to overcome bullying in children, the main thing is to provide love, trust, and involve both the perpetrator and the victim. Not only that,cooperation between schools, teachers, and parents is needed to overcome bullying against children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tentang  Pendidika di Pondok Pesantren dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman Modern. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan Kualitatif dan kajian pustaka. Sedangkan sistem pengumpulan datanya adalah dukumentasi dengan analisis data yang deskriptif. Hasil analisis dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lembaga Pendidikan di pondok Pesantren sudah mengalami perubahan terutama dalam bidang sarana prasarana dan simtem pembelajaran yang sudah menggunkan alat teknologi. Tidak hanya itu pada perkembangan selanjutnya pondok pesantren sudah mulai membuka sekolah-sekolah umum formal seperti: SD/MI, SMP/MTs, dan SMA/SMK  yang memiliki fungsi sebagai tempat  para santri dalam belajar ilmu yang lebih difukuskan terhadap pembelajaran  ilmu umum dan agama Islam.
