Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to quantify and evaluate the impact of transaction security, e-service quality, and e-trust on customer loyalty among BRImo mobile banking users. The strategy used is a quantitative strategy. Using this kind of purposeful sample study. 96 respondents who completed a questionnaire to calculate the slovin formula made up the sample for this study. Multiple linear regression analysis was the technique employed in this study for data analysis. Partial hypothesis testing (t-test) examines the data that were used. The results of his research show that transaction security and e-service quality partially have a significant effect on customer loyalty for BRImo mobile banking users, while e-trust partially has no significant effect on customer loyalty for BRImo mobile banking users. Keywords : Transaction Security, E-Service Quality, E-Trust, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance is impacted by health, safety, and the workplace environment. In this study, a questionnaire was employed to collect data from a sample of 71 employees. Multiple linear analysis with F test and t test assessment of the hypothesis is the analytical approach employed in this investigation. Based on the study's findings, it can be concluded that both health and safety as well as the workplace environment have a positive and significant impact on employees' performance, with the effects of work environment and health and safety having a lesser impact. Keywords: Health, Safety, Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and determine the effect of Social Media, Product Quality, and Customer Satisfaction on Purchasing Decisions (Study on Lelette Coffee Sigura-gura Malang). This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Malhotra with a calculation of 95 samples. To overcome the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results of the study show that Social Media (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Customer Satisfaction (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the study partially show that Social Media (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Customer Satisfaction (X3) partially have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). Keywords: Social Media, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of hedonic shopping values, shopping lifestyle, and free shipping on impulse buying. This type of research is Explanatory Research using quantitative methods. The population in this study were students of the Islamic University of Malang. While the sample used in this study was to use Maholtra's opinion so that 80 samples were obtained. The data analysis method used is an instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing simultaneous tests, partial tests and coefficient of determination. From the results of the study, it can be seen that simultaneously obtained results that the value of hedonic shopping, shopping lifestyle, and free shipping have a significant effect on impulse buying. Partially obtained results that the value of hedonic shopping has no significant effect on impulse buying, shopping lifestyle effects impulse buying, and free shipping effect on impulse buying. Keywords: Hedonic Shopping Value, Shopping Lifestyle, Free Shipping, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, performance allowances, and work motivation on employee performance in the Protocol and Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat of Batu City.By using a sample of 48 people. Data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.This study also indicates that the results of the study show that simultaneously the variables of leadership style, performance allowances, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Protocol and Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat of Batu City.Based on the results of partial testing (t test) the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the performance allowance variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Protocol and Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat of Batu City. Keywords: Leadership Style, Performance Benefits, and Work Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of work from home on productivity through work motivation as moderation. study on employees of the Batu City Micro Business and Trade Cooperative Office. The type of research used is quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 55 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This research has met the validity and reliability requirements. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable Work From Home, while the independent variable is Productivity, and Work Motivation as a Moderating variable. The results of this study concluded that the moderating variable, namely Work Motivation, can strengthen the relationship between Work From Home and Productivity. Keywords: Work From Home, Productivity, And Work Motivation

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the factors that influence e-loyalty. These factors are e-service quality, e-trust and e-satisfaction. This study examines consumer loyalty to shopee customers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-service quality, e-trust and e-satisfaction on e-loyalty of shopee customers. Data were analyzed using quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 90 respondents and data processing using SPSS. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and adjusted R square test. This research has fulfilled the validity test and reliability test. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) are accepted that e-service quality, e-trust and e-satisfaction have a significant positive effect on e-loyalty with a significance level of 0.000. The second hypothesis (H2) is accepted which shows that there is a significant positive effect between e-service quality on e-loyalty with a significance level of 0.025. The third hypothesis (H3) is accepted which shows that there is a significant positive effect between e-trust on e-loyalty with a significance level of 0.031. The fourth hypothesis (H4) is accepted which shows that there is a significant positive effect of e-satisfaction on e-loyalty with a significance level of 0.000.The results of this study conclude that the variables that influence e-service quality, e-trust and e-satisfaction have a simultaneous and partial effect on e-loyalty of shopee customers. Keywords: e-service quality, e-trust, and e-satisfaction, e-loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract  This research aimed to identify the effect of promotion via Instagram, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are promotion via Instagram, product quality, and price, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 96 respondents who were Erigo consumers in Tajinan Malang District. The data collected using a questionnaire. The analysis method using a instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using the help of SPSS 25.0 computer software. The results of this study indicate that promotion via Instagram has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and promotion via Instagram, product quality, and price simultaneously have a significant positive affect on purchasing decisions. Keyword: promotion via Instagram, product quality, price, and purchasing decisions

Abstract

Abstract CV. Asia Setia Putera is a company operating in the cigarette industry. The problem of this study is that there are problems related to the decline in employee performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Leadership Style, Reward, and Work Environment on the Performance of CV.Asia Setia Putera Employees. This study used quantitative methods. Populai in this study is a permanent employee of CV.Asia Setia Putera. The approach method that uses non-probability sampling techniques is saturated sampling as a sample of 43 respondents. The tests carried out are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests using spss 22 software. The results showed that (1) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Rewards have a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Based on the results that negatively affect the reward variable, this research can be used as the next research material to be applied in different places. Keywords: The Leadership Style, Reward, Work Environment, Employee Performance
