Abstract

Structure is the way something is arranged and built with a certain pattern. The structure in a science and theory is an important part, explaining how a science and theory is built. Structure plays a role in clarifying the boundaries of concepts in a science. Reviewing Guidance and Counseling from science through the structure means classifying the scientific concepts of Guidance and Counseling based on structural aspects, namely, objects, statements, propositions, main characteristics and systematics. Reviewing the theory of Guidance and Counseling can be done by analyzing the five aspects of the structure in various counseling approaches and techniques. Research as a way to develop science and theory must also have a complete structure so that the research results have a clear and systematic concept

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of learning styles of 8th grade students of SMP Terpadu Al-Qudwah for the 2019/2020 academic year. The purpose of this study was to find out how the profile of learning styles used by full day school students in 8th grade of SMP Terpadu Al-Qudwah. The type of research used in this research is descriptive with a population of 95 students in class VII SMP Terpadu Al-Qudwah which was then narrowed down again using the slovin formula so as to obtain a total sample of 77 students. The data collection method used a learning style questionnaire made by Andriyana Sugiyanto, S.Pd with a reliability level of 0.918. The results showed that the 8th grade students of SMP Terpadu Al-Qudwah who had a visual learning style were 31,2%, while students with an auditory learning style were 62,3% and 6,5% students had a kinesthetic learning style.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting and antisocial attitudes of students. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with the type of correlational research. The population in this study was class VIII students at SMP Negeri 12 Kota Serang with 144 subjects out of 226 students. This research uses random sampling technique in determining the sample. The data collection method in this study used a parenting and antisocial scale that had been validated by expert lecturers and processed the data using SPSS for windows 24.0 series. It is known to have the results of a simple correlation analysis (r) it is found that the correlation between the relationship between parenting and antisocial parenting is -0.228 with a significance of 0.006 <0.05. This shows that there is a relationship between parenting and antisocial parenting. While the direction of the relationship is negative because the r value is negative, which can be seen from the Pearson correlations, which is negative, meaning the higher the influence of parenting, the lower the level of antisocial attitudes experienced by students. The value of determination (R square) of 0.052 can be interpreted that social support provides an effective contribution of 5.2% towards antisocial attitudes, meaning that there are still 94.8% caused by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The purposes of the study are 1) to find out the dormitory programs for students of UNIRES, 2) to examine the peer relationship of UNIRES students, 3) to identify the parental support of UNIRES students, 4) to explain the morals of UNIRES students, 5) to find out the effect of the dormitory program, peer relationship, and parental support on the morals of UNIRES students. This type of research applied a quantitative multiple regression model approach. The population consisted of male and female residents with a total of 200 UNIRES UMY students. Samples were taken by 20% of the population or about 40 residents consisting of 16 males and 24 females. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation, documentation, and interviews. After the data was obtained, it was analysed using the multiple regression test. The results obtained from the study showed that there is a positive and significant effect of actively participating in the dormitory program, the quality of peer relationship, and the parental support on the morals of UNIRES UMY students, indicated by the magnitude of the correlation (R) in the amount of 0.777 from which the coefficient of determination was obtained (R square) in the amount of 0.604 or equal to 60.4%.

Abstract

Adolescence is a determinant of an individual to step into the next stage of life, as this can affect the level of leadership. This study aims to (1) analyze the emotional intelligence of students of Madrasah Aliyah Muwahidun, (2) analyze the social intelligence of students of Madrasah Aliyah Muwahidun, and (3) analyze the leadership attitudes of students of Madrasah Aliyah Muwahidun, (4) analyze the effect of emotional and social intelligence on students' leadership attitudes of Madrasah Aliyah Muwahidun. This research used a quantitative approach and a population study. The population of the research was 61 students without a sample. The use of the SPSS 25.0 for windows application illustratespositive results. It means, there is an effect of emotional and social intelligence on the leadership attitude of class XI students of Madrasah Aliyah Muwahidun Pati with multiple linear regression tests which obtained a value of 0.00 < 0.005. This indicates that the effect is very significant and a determination value obtained is (R Square) 62.1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pemahaman yang mendalam berkaitan dengan dinamika kelompok terhadap korban bullying di SMP Yatama As-syafi’iyah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 5 siswa sebagai sampel, dengan 2 siswa yang menjadi fokus penelitian. Sampel diambil dari populasi siswa SMP Yatama As-syafi’iyah kelas VII. Instrumen penelitian meliputi wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi partisipatif dengan keabsahan data triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data mencakup, reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling kelompok dengan Pendekatan Gestalt telah mampu membangun dinamika kelompok, terbangunnya dinamika kelompok ditandai dengan anggota kelompok yang merasa aman dan nyaman ketika mengungkapkan pikiran dan pengalaman mereka tanpa rasa takut dan dihakimi, anggota kelompok juga saling mendengarkan dengan penuh perhatian dan memberikan tanggapan yang konstruktif ketika konseling kelompok dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Lingkungan sekolah mendorong kedekatan siswa dengan teman sebayanya, yang kemudian berdampak pada harga diri siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh peer attachment terhadap self-esteem siswa melalui bimbingan klasikal serta mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif eksperimental dengan desain Pre-Experimental One-group Pretest-Posttest Design. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala peer attachment adaptasi dari Inventory of Parent and Peer attachment (IPPA) dan skala self-esteem adaptasi dari Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale (RSES) yang keduanya berupa skala Likert. Reliabilitas Inventory of Parent and Peer attachment (IPPA) sebesar 0.864; dan reliabilitas Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale (RSES) sebesar 0.685. Subjek dalam penelitian diperoleh menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 40 siswa kelas VII SMP Islam Nurul Ikhlas. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan paired sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan klasikal berperan langsung dalam meningkatkan self-esteem siswa, di mana koefisien regresi 0.207 menunjukkan hubungan positif antara peer attachment dan self-esteem, serta nilai posttest lebih tinggi dari pretest dengan perbedaan mean -1.150 dan nilai Cohen's d 3.355. Hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan klasikal dapat menunjukkan perannya dalam perubahan self-esteem siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian dilakukan adalah untuk menganalisis profil kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VIII di MTs Negeri 27 Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan keseluruhan profil kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VIII di MTs Negeri 27 Jakarta Barat sebagian besar berkategori sedang. Data penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa sebanyak 2 siswa (6.25%) berada pada kategori sangat rendah, 8 siswa (25%) berada pada kategori rendah, 16 siswa (50%) berada pada kategori sedang, 3 siswa (9.375%) berada pada kategori tinggi, dan 3 siswa (9.375%) berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah ditemukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemandirian belajar pada siswa kelas VIII di MTs Negeri 27 Jakarta Barat memerlukan pembinaan dan bimbingan dari pengajar maupun orangtua untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas X MAN 1 Kota Tangerang. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 120 peserta didik dengan menggunakan incidental sampling dan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 40 peserta didik dari kelas X IPS. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kemandirian belajar yang merujuk pada teori Edy Saptono. Uji coba instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji validitas butir instrumen penelitian menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment. Hasil uji validitas 33 butir pernyataan dengan kriteria r-tabel yang digunakan sebesar 0,312 menghasilkan 33 butir pernyataan yang valid. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach dan didapatkan hasil 0,940 yang berarti bahwa instrumen memiliki reliabilitas tinggi. Metode dalam penelitian dilakukan secara kuantiitaif survey dengan menggunakan alat analilsis mean dan standar deviasi untuk mengetahui tingkat kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas X MAN 1 Kota Tangerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan tingkat kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas X IPS MAN 1 Kota Tangerang berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan data diketahui bahwa sebanyak 7 peserta didik (17,5%) berada pada kategori tinggi, 26 peserta didik (65,0%) berada pada kategori sedang dan 7 peserta didik (17,5%) berada pada kategori rendah. Sebagian besar peserta didik kelas X IPS MAN 1 Kota Tangerang menuju pada penguasaan kemandirian belajar yang tinggi akan tetapi belum menunjukkan konsistensi perilaku dalam menunjukkan indikator-indikator kemandirian belajar. Oleh karena itu, dapat diketahui masalah yang dialami oleh peserta didik dalam hal kemandirian belajar dan guru BK dapat memberikan layanan BK, seperti konseling individu, bimbingan klasikal, maupun bimbingan kelompok sesuai denngan kebutuhan peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah komunikasi antar budaya di Pesantren Daarul Mansur, berfokus pada interaksi antara santri dari suku Jawa dan Sumatera, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana konseling multibudaya dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut. Berbagai jenis gaya komunikasi, contohnya nada halus santri Jawa dan sikap blak-blakkan santri Sumatera biasanya menimbulkan kesalahpamahan yang mengakibatkan masalah interpersonal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, konseling multibudaya memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membantu santri memahami dan mengapresiasi perbedaan multibudaya, sehingga menciptakan keharmonisan di lingkungan pesantren
