Abstract

The phenomenon of sexual violence in academic environments is a serious concern, including at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU). This study examines how the #MeToo movement, which is rooted in feminism and an intersectional perspective, provides space for students of the Faculty of Social Sciences to speak out and fight against sexual violence. Data shows that many cases are not reported due to social stigma, patriarchal culture, and lack of trust in reporting mechanisms. The #MeToo movement was adopted by UINSU students through a digital platform to open up discussion space, support victims, and raise collective awareness about this issue. The study uses a phenomenological approach and qualitative methods to explore students' experiences, with in-depth interviews and observations as data collection techniques. The findings show that sexual violence is not only an individual problem, but also a reflection of gender inequality that is institutionalized in social and cultural structures. Challenges in the form of conservative resistance and stereotypes towards feminism are major obstacles in creating a safe academic environment. This study recommends strategic steps, including providing a safe complaint channel, gender equality education, and collaboration between students and institutions in building an inclusive campus culture. By integrating Islamic values, UINSU can become a model of educational institution that upholds justice, equality, and protection for victims of sexual violence. The #MeToo movement on campus has the potential to create sustainable systemic change in the academic environment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of classroom management based on gender on student learning motivation at Ad-Dhurroh IT Middle School. Using descriptive quantitative methods, this research involved 46 students taken as samples from a total population of 460 students. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and documentation studies, with data analysis using simple correlation. The research results show that classroom management based on gender has a positive contribution to student learning motivation, with a t value of 4.530 (greater than t table 2.907) and a significance of 0.083 (greater than 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.067 indicates that classroom management contributes 6.7% to student learning motivation. Most students were in the medium motivation category (61%), followed by the low category (26%), and the high category (13%). This research concludes that classroom management based on gender influences students' learning motivation and provides recommendations for developing more innovative classroom management methods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas 1 SD Muhammadiyah Bayan dengan metode suku kata. Fokusnya adalah mengatasi kesulitan dalam mengenali huruf, merangkai suku kata, dan menyusun kalimat. Menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dalam dua siklus, siklus pertama menunjukkan rata-rata post-test 56% dengan tantangan berupa kurangnya interaksi. Pada siklus kedua, setelah penyesuaian penggunaan media interaktif, nilai post-test meningkat menjadi 85%. Keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa juga meningkat, menunjukkan bahwa metode suku kata efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca dan minat membaca. Rekomendasi agar metode ini diterapkan dalam kurikulum pendidikan bahasa Indonesia, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan literasi di masa depan. Penelitian ini bisa menginspirasi pendidik untuk menerapkan pendekatan serupa.

Abstract

Kondisi sosiologis, kultural, dan historis Kabupaten Cianjur turut memicu adanya tuntutan dan aspirasi tentang implementasi syariat Islam di daerah ini. Dinamika panjang dilalui hingga akhirnya lahir Gerakan Pembangunan Masyarakat Berakhlakul Karimah (Gerbang Marhamah) sebagai wujud implementasi syariat Islam di Kabupaten Cianjur. Periset menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi literatur sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya dari berbagai literatur relevan. Dalam mengkajinya. periset menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan yang dikemukakan Merilee S. Grindle. Hasilnya dapat dilihat bahwa dalam dimensi isi kebijakan, inisiasi Gerbang Marhamah tidak luput dari adanya kepentingan yang melandasinya; Gerbang Marhamah bermanfaat sebagai pedoman kehidupan untuk mengurangi kemaksiatan untuk membentuk masyarakat yang baldatun thayyibatun wa rabbun ghafur (Cianjur Sugih tur Mukti islami); Namun, pengambilan keputusan dalam perumusannya tidak melibatkan semua pihak; Pelaksana program yaitu pemerintah Kabupaten Cianjur dengan dibentuk LPPI (Lembaga Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Islam); Sumber dayanya didukung dengan potensi yang dimiliki Kabupaten Cianjur. Sedangkan dalam konteks implementasi, Gerbang Marhamah tidak luput dari adanya pengaruh political will pemimpinnya, seiring dengan dinamika dalam implementasinya; Karakteristik institusi dan rezim cenderung mementingkan kepentingan masyarakat seiring adanya komitmen pemerintah yang dibentuk; Respon masyarakat dinilai baik seiring dengan gerbang marhamah yang berdampak pada kemajuan karakter. Namun, implementasi kurang menjawab maksud sebagaimana hakikatnya. Hal itu juga tak luput dari dampak Gerbang Marhamah yang tidak menerapkan sanksi, seiring hanya seruan sebagai bentuk gerakan moral. Kendati demikian, seharusnya pelaksana program memikirkan langkah solutif untuk efektivitas implementasinya kedepannya, sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan sesuai hakikat diinisiasinya Gerbang Marhamah.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out more about the collaboration process carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers with parents in motivating student learning at SMP Swata PAB 21 Pematang Johar. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through data collection carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained from this study indicate that; 1) The collaboration process between Islamic Religious Education teachers and parents in motivating student learning at SMP Swata PAB 21 Pematang Johar is carried out by holding direct meetings, making mutual agreements and making mutual understanding with the parents of students, then approaching students. 2) The form of collaboration between Islamic Religious Education teachers and parents in motivating student learning at SMP Swata PAB 21 Pematang Johar is carried out through direct communication, home learning assistance and conducting parenting incentives involving students' families, with an individual approach to students and the existence of parent organizations and Islamic Religious Education teachers in providing direct motivation. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the collaboration of Islamic Religious Education teachers with parents in motivating student learning at SMP Swasta PAB 21 Pematang Johar, supporting collaboration of Islamic Religious Education teachers with parents is the involvement of parents in their children's learning at school, while the supporting factor in motivating student learning is the awareness of students about the importance of Islamic Religious Education learning.

Abstract

This article aims to explore strategies for building an inclusive organizational culture to enhance employee performance and satisfaction. The research employs a qualitative literature study approach, analyzing various theories and previous studies related to inclusive organizational culture and its implications for employee motivation and productivity. The findings suggest that an inclusive organizational culture fosters a more open work environment, enhances mutual respect, and strengthens interpersonal relationships among employees. Furthermore, an inclusive culture contributes to individual skill development, innovation, and better team performance. This study provides insights into the importance of integrating inclusive values in human resource management to achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

The village partnership model in waste management serves as a strategic solution to creating a clean and sustainable environment. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a partnership model involving the village government, community, and private sector in waste management in Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa Subdistrict. The findings reveal that effective collaboration among these three parties enhances community awareness of the importance of waste management, optimizes recycling, and creates economic opportunities through waste processing into value-added products. Through this partnership model, Limau Manis Village has significantly reduced waste volume and contributed to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

Problems with class VIII MTs Al-Washliyah Sorkam, namely the dearth of instructional strategies that deter students from learning SKI, served as the impetus for this study. Due to the traditional method's lack of instructor involvement and inability to grab students' attention, pupils become less engaged, focused, drowsy, and lethargic. Researchers attempt to address this by using instructional strategies that boost students' enthusiasm to study. The technique is role-playing. The study question is whether the Al-Ayyubid Dynasty, which is the topic of class VIII, influences students' desire to learn while using the role-playing approach. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the role-playing method's application affects class VIII students' desire to learn about the Al-Ayyubid Dynasty. With a static group comparison design, this study is experimental. Data collection for this study involves the use of documentation and questionnaires. The questionnaire was changed in accordance with the validator's recommendations after being verified by them. To ascertain if the role-playing approach has an impact on students' desire to study, a T-test is used to evaluate whether the hypothesis is accepted or rejected. The questionnaire t-test yielded a significant result based on the conducted investigation. At the 5% significance level, (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, rejecting Ho and accepting Ha. It is clear from the data that the role-playing learning approach at MTs Al-Washliyah Sorkam has a big impact on students' enthusiasm for study. Furthermore, according to the Tcount value of 14,727 > Ttable 1,666. Thus, based on tcount, there is a considerable effect, indicating that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) is a state of malnutrition, Pathological due to a relative or absolute deficiency or excess of one or more nutrients, and the measurement results of the lila are less than 23.5 cm.  According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2017, the maternal mortality rate throughout the world is estimated at 210/100,000 live births and the neonatal mortality rate has decreased by 38%, namely 36/1000 births. Of all maternal deaths, this is severe bleeding, generally bleeding after childbirth, postpartum infections. , high blood pressure during pregnancy (preeclampsia and eclampsia). The research study method was carried out using a continuous care approach (Countuinity of care) or what is called Comprehensive Midwifery Care with Midwifery Care standards. The target in this case study is Mrs. P, 36 weeks pregnant with her first child, who is willing to sign an informed consent form. The Midwifery Care research study was carried out at the Independent Practice of Midwife Dewi Ciselia in 2024. The time used was 22 July 2024 to 30 July 2024. After being given comprehensive Midwifery Care during the postpartum period, there were 2 repeat visits, no complications or complications were found and in accordance with midwifery service standards, newborns have 2 repeat visits, use birth control injection contraception for 3 months and do not difficulties or complications are found and in accordance with obstetric service standards.

Abstract

Hasan Langgulung merupakan seorang pakar dalam bidang pendidikan, filsafat dan psikologi. Hasan Langgulung menawarkan berbagai ide-ide Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan yang dikembangkan dengan asimilasi ke dalam Islamisasi kurikulum yang bersifat adaptif dan akomodatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Hasan Langgulung dapat kita lihat dari biografi singkatnya dengan memiliki corak pemikiran yang berbasis Psikologi Islam yang berdasar kepada Al-Quran dan Hadis, dengan ditandai dengan pemikirannya dalam menyeimbangkan antara jasmani dan rohani, spiritual dan material, fisik dan metafisik. Menurut Hasan Langgulung tujuan pendidikan Islam dapat dicapai dengan mengajarkan ilmu pengetahuan tertentu, tidak hanya mengajarkan terkait pendidikan Islam saja tetapi juga mengajarkan ilmu pengetahuan diantaranya matematika, biologi, ekonomi, dan lain sebagainya. Dengan begitu Islamisasi kurikuum dapat melahirkan kepribadian nuansa keislaman pada maa pelajaran Islam. Sehingga cara berpikir yang dikotomi seperti yang terjadi pada saat ini di Indonesia lambat laun akan segera berakhir dan beralih kepada cara berpikir yang baru, yakni berpikir bahwa agama Islam tidak membedadakan antara ilmu pengetahuan dan pengetahuan umum. Oleh karena itu diharapkan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sekolah dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan pendidikan yang lebih merata antara ilmu pengetahuan agama dan umum. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam merumuskan kebijakan pendidikan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan dimasa yang akan datang.
