Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of Dhuha prayer at SMP 2 Sungguminasa using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Through a qualitative approach, the research reveals that the Dhuha prayer activity conducted before class has successfully enhanced students' discipline and religious awareness. The support from teachers in motivating and supervising the activity plays a crucial role in its success. However, challenges such as limited facilities and a lack of awareness among some students remain. Overall, the program contributes positively to shaping students' spiritual character and discipline, with potential for improvement through more effective guidance and supervision.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the impact of organizational culture on managerial decision-making through a literature review. The method used is the analysis of various articles, books, and journals discussing the relationship between organizational culture and decision-making in a managerial context. The literature review findings indicate that a strong organizational culture can influence how managers make decisions, with cultures that support collaboration and innovation tending to produce faster and more adaptive decisions. In contrast, authoritarian or closed cultures can hinder the decision-making process and reduce its effectiveness. These findings highlight the importance of understanding organizational culture in a managerial context to improve decision quality.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of cooperation between the South Sulawesi government and Ehime Prefecture within the Sister Province framework. The approach used in this article is paradiplomacy and sister province. By using qualitative research methods with a literature study approach. The results showed that since the signing of the MoU, sister province cooperation between the South Sulawesi government and Ehime Prefecture has not been effective and massive in its application. The application carried out is by sending 10 people from South Sulawesi to Ehime Japan to conduct training in tuna fish technology management. In addition, in 2021, the Ehime government provided grant assistance to the South Sulawesi government in the form of ambulances and fire fighting vehicles. However, behind the positives, the cooperation between the two provinces experienced several obstacles, namely first, the replacement of Mr. Nurdin Abdullah as Governor of South Sulawesi which caused communication and interaction to not run smoothly. Second, there was overlapping coordination between South Sulawesi government institutions. Third, facing the Covid 19 pandemic, so that mobility activities are not going well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang hubungan regulasi emosi dan stress kerja pada karyawan di PT.X. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kedua variabel regulasi emosi dan stress kerja pada karyawan, dengan jumlah 205 responden yang berasal dari PT.X. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Untuk melihat hubungan dari dua variabel yang diteliti, menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil yang didapatkan menunujukan bahwa regulasi emosi berhubungn secara positif dengan stress kerja pada karyawan PT.X. dengan nilai korelasi 0,698. Maka dapat disimpulkan semakin tinggi regulasi emosi yang dimiliki, maka akan semakin rendah pula stress kerjanya.

Abstract

Discourse on the relationship between religion and state will always be hotly discussed in various discussions and studies. This shows how important the relationship between the two terms is. Religion is a deep belief for its adherents, but when the state does not provide a sense of security for the implementation of religious teachings, it will cause turmoil in society. Likewise, in its implementation, the state also needs the presence of religion, so that in the state it can be more orderly and directed according to religious values. So far, there have been some different understandings among Muslims regarding the relationship between religion and state. Where some assume that the issue of religion and state cannot be united in its implementation, this is what is practiced by some countries that consider religion and state to be separated (secular understanding). Likewise, there are those who have the opinion that religion is not only a dogma, but religion provides a foundation for reconstructing the system or values of religion in building the state.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of propaganda and disinformation on public opinion in the context of general elections in Indonesia. Public opinion is an important element that reflects people's views on social and political issues. Propaganda is used to shape a positive image of candidates, while disinformation spreads misleading information, which can create confusion and damage public trust. With the increasing use of social media, the spread of both phenomena has become faster and wider, contributing to social polarization. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis to identify the techniques used in propaganda and disinformation, and analyzes the role of mass media in the spread of misinformation. The results show the need for media literacy education and stricter regulations to overcome this challenge, as well as encouraging the establishment of independent fact-checking institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know, the influence of study motivation through students’ study achievement in student.The problem in this researh is there any inflvence the students study metivation through the students study achievement. Research used method quantitative. which consist of 119 students. Sample were 60 students using simple random sampling. Result there influence students’ study motivation through students study achievement. Correlation between students study motivation index with study achievement used simple linier regression is vR=0,610 was vF=75,3% to vY. It was indicated that 24,7% influenced by other factors. conclusion in this research is there was an influence of study motivation through students study achievement.

Abstract

The implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia has several objectives to improve the welfare of the people in an autonomous region. The implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia has a positive impact on the growth and development of regions in Indonesia, this has made local governments make various efforts to advance and stabilize their regions, one of which is by cooperating between regions. The Bureau of Government and Regional Autonomy of East Java, as a work unit under the Regional Secretariat of East Java Province, plays a crucial role in the implementation of government, especially related to regional autonomy. The role of the Bureau of Government and Regional Autonomy in managing inter-regional cooperation basically has a foundation as stated in Pergun No. 108 of 2021 concerning the Organizational Structure and Work Procedures of the East Java Regional Secretariat. However, challenges such as lack of coordination and communication between the central and regional governments still need to be overcome. Inter-regional cooperation has proven effective in increasing regional competitiveness and providing the best service to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effective strategies for building an innovative organizational culture to face challenges in the digital era. The research method used is a qualitative study with a case study approach in technology companies in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and company document analysis. The results show that the implementation of transformational leadership, technology-based human resource development, and the creation of a collaborative work environment are key strategies in fostering an innovative culture. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for companies in adapting to digital developments.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of school libraries in improving students' information literacy at SMP Swasta IRA Medan. Using a quantitative survey method, data were obtained through a questionnaire involving 50 students as respondents. The results showed that the frequency of students' visits to the library was still low, with most respondents visiting the library less than once a week. Although the book collection was considered relevant, students provided input regarding updating and improving the collection. Library facilities and services also need improvement to increase the attractiveness of the library. This study recommends the addition of digital facilities, the implementation of literacy programs, and active promotion to increase library utilization. Thus, the library can function optimally as a center for information literacy resources.
