Abstract

Schools of Writing Usul Fiqh After as-Syafi'i, many scholars began to compile books on ushul fiqh. Some summarized it, while others discussed it at length. Then two schools of thought emerged in writing ushul fiqh, the theological school (ahlu al-kalam) and the Hanafi school. Each uses a different method. From this background, the author sees that Imam Syafi'i had knowledge of the two schools of thought that differed, so he was indeed the right person to be the first to write a book on the science of ushul. In addition to Ar-Risalah, Imam Syafi'i also has other works on the science of ushul, such as: the book Jima'ul-ilmi, Ibthalul-istihsan, and Ikhtilaful-hadith. From this study, it was found that the rules of ushuliyah are guidelines or basic rules used to istinbath (take) sharia law from existing evidence. The goal is to achieve human welfare through the establishment of laws in accordance with sharia principles. The principles of Usuliyah are an important methodology in the science of ushul fiqh which functions to explore and establish sharia law from its sources, such as the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Abstract

From the many cultures and traditions of the Javanese tribe in the area, of course, it also affects the daily lives of its people, because the place of residence of the people who mix between one tribe and another will cause a social change, one of which is the process of cultural assimilation. From the results of our research, it can be concluded that the Javanese people in the Precut Sei Tuan sub-district tend to have physical characteristics such as straight and curly black hair, brown irises, yellow to brown skin, and a non-sharp nose still hold strong Javanese traditions and culture, such as traditional customs, arts, and the use of the Javanese language. They have strong habits of mutual cooperation and family in their daily lives. Most of the Javanese people in the Percut Sei Tuan sub-district work in the agricultural sector, such as rice, vegetable, and fruit farmers. economic conditions where the main income comes from the agricultural sector and the micro-businesses that are run. Among the traditions of the Javanese people in the Precut Sei Tuan sub-district, some are still implemented, such as the 7-monthly and the joint meal event on the Islamic New Year, but most of these traditions are rarely used or no longer used on ordinary days. The blend of life between the Javanese people and local culture in the Percut Sei Tuan sub-district reflects the dynamic process of cultural assimilation and acculturation. Both cultures influence and enrich each other, creating their own uniqueness in the lives of the people in the area.

Abstract

Students often face various challenges in higher education, such as intense academic demands and changes in the learning system. This often triggers academic stress that negatively impacts mental health, productivity and overall well-being. This study aims to identify the level of academic stress, analyze its impact on Psychology students of Bhayangkara University of Greater Jakarta, and design a psychoeducation-based social intervention program. The methods used provision of psychoeducation through posters and brochures. The intervention results showed that students experienced academic stress due to internal and external factors, such as time, social support, and academic demands. The intervention program succeeded in increasing students' understanding of academic stress and how to manage it. With the implementation of this intervention, students are expected to cope with academic stress more effectively and improve their well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and brand image on the purchase decision of Bear Brand dairy products in Palembang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of causal associative research. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 102 respondents who had bought Bear Brand milk products. The variables studied include product quality (X1), brand image (X2), and purchase decision (Y). The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that product quality has a positive but not significant influence on purchase decisions, while brand image has a positive and significant influence. This indicates that although consumers are satisfied with the quality of Bear Brand dairy products, a strong brand image is the main factor influencing the purchase decision. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to improve product quality and strengthen brand image through effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the discovery that several students during the lesson were not serious about learning, this was proven by the number of students who slept while studying, liked to go in and out of class, felt bored while studying and went to the canteen while the lesson was taking place. This is due to learning that only focuses on the teacher center so that learning is watched which results in low student learning outcomes, especially for class VIII students. So, to overcome this problem, this research aims to determine the effectiveness of the quantum teaching model The research used in this research is quantitative experimental research. The population in this study were all class VIII students at SMPN 2 Ampek Angkek, where class VII.1 was the control class and class VII.II was the experimental class. The data in this study was collected through tests and analyzed using the independent sample t test. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it was found that the quantum technology model applied was more effective on student PAI learning outcomes than using the conventional model as proven by the results of the independent sample t test, namely at a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and at a calculated t value of > t table is 4.378 > 1.999.

Abstract

Era digital telah membawa perubahan besar dalam dunia pendidikan, mendorong guru untuk bertransformasi dan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Peran guru kini semakin kompleks, tidak hanya sebagai pengajar tetapi juga sebagai fasilitator, pembimbing, dan inspirator yang membantu siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan modern. Integrasi teknologi membuka peluang besar dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih efektif, fleksibel, dan berpusat pada siswa. Namun, tantangan dalam adaptasi teknologi tetap signifikan, termasuk keterbatasan keterampilan digital, kurangnya infrastruktur, serta hambatan psikologis dan budaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kepustakaan (library research) dengan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis profesionalisme guru di era digital serta problematika yang dihadapi dalam penerapan teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berkelanjutan, sertifikasi keterampilan digital, dan dukungan dari pemerintah serta lembaga pendidikan merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Selain itu, pemanfaatan platform digital untuk kolaborasi dan berbagi sumber daya antar-guru terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat keterampilan mereka.Dengan strategi yang tepat dan dukungan yang memadai, guru dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi, meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan masa depan dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Technological developments and E-commerce have changed consumer behavior in the fashion industry in Indonesia. Consumers are now more critical and informed in making purchasing decisions, influenced by product quality, price, promotions and technological innovation. Social media also plays an important role in shaping consumer preferences through trends and influencer recommendations. On the other hand, this research aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation on consumer behavior, opportunities and challenges faced by fashion businesses. This research identifies several factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions, such as trust in e-commerce platforms, price, promotions, social media influence, product quality, and user experience. Consumer trust in transaction security and platform reputation are key to e-commerce success. Apart from that, competitive prices, promotions, and the influence of trends through social media also influence purchasing decisions. Rapid changes in fashion trends are influenced by developments in digital technology and online consumption. Even though this sector is growing rapidly, the challenges for MSMEs are still large, especially in terms of adapting to digital technology. The digital economic era offers great opportunities, but also requires adjustments to marketing and distribution strategies for business actors, especially MSMEs, to remain competitive. The method used in this research is qualitative, namely by observation and consumer interviews. The research results are expected to provide strategic insight for industry players in increasing competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

This study focuses on the development of an information management system for correspondence based on information technology at the FITK Office to enhance employee performance. The background of this research shows that manual correspondence management hinders efficiency and productivity. The method used is a qualitative approach with secondary data analysis, including case studies and relevant literature. The aim of this research is to identify technological solutions that can improve administrative processes. The findings indicate that the application of automation technology, cloud computing, and real-time reporting features can optimize workflow, enhance data accessibility and security, and facilitate effective performance monitoring of employees. This research is expected to provide direct benefits to FITK employees and serve as a model for other educational institutions.

Abstract

Public financial transparency is one of the core principles of good governance. In the digital era, transparency is increasingly accelerated through the use of information and communication technology, including social media. This study aims to analyze how KPPN Tanjungpinang, as one of the technical implementation units of the Ministry of Finance, leverages social media to enhance transparency in public financial management. The data in this study were collected through an in-depth literature review, including an analysis of the official social media posts of KPPN Tanjungpinang, public financial reports, and e-government principles. The results show that KPPN Tanjungpinang actively disseminates public financial information, such as state budget realization, budget allocations, and work programs, through social media platforms. This strategy not only improves institutional accountability but also strengthens relationships with the public.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the practice of the Syirkah contract at PT. Yotta Berkah Mulia and to evaluate the perspective of Islamic Economic Law on the Syirkah practices at PT. Yotta Berkah Mulia Makassar. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data sources were obtained from primary and secondary sources. Data collection was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The data analysis was carried out in four stages: data description, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the Syirkah contract is implemented between two parties in partnership: PT. Yotta Berkah Mulia and the Yotta Investor. The contract is established when the partners agree to the terms and conditions outlined by the company.The capital provided by PT. Yotta Berkah Mulia is in the form of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business facilities, while the capital from the Yotta Investor is in the form of money. The profit-sharing system is as follows: 50% for PT. Yotta Berkah Mulia and 50% for the Yotta Investor. In case of a loss, it will be borne proportionally based on the capital contributed by each party, except if the loss is caused by negligence on the part of one of the parties.The responsibilities of the Yotta Investor include: Contributing the agreed-upon capital and Providing suggestions and recommendations for business development.Meanwhile, the responsibilities of PT. Yotta Berkah Mulia include:Managing and operating the business professionally and Keeping transparent financial records and reporting business performance to the Yotta Investor.
