Abstract

Manual medical record management at Puskesmas X Bengkulu Utara faces constraints on efficiency, risk of damage, and data accuracy. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are a transformative solution, improving operational efficiency and service quality. Telemedicine, which enables remote healthcare services, can integrate with EMR for seamless data exchange and increased accessibility. However, the transition to this digital system is faced with the challenges of poor user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, which can hinder adoption by medical personnel. This study emphasizes the design of functional and intuitive UI/UX, adopting User-Centered Design (UCD). The process involved needs analysis, persona creation, and visual design using Figma. The visual design took into account aesthetics and cognitive psychology, such as the dominance of light blue and white for a professional impression, easy-to-read sans-serif typography, and a consistent grid-based layout. Specifically, the design addressed the issue of multiple forms by introducing a Floating Action Button (FAB) as a single dynamic entry point for data input. The FAB would trigger a contextual input interface, adjusting input options based on the feature the user was accessing. The consistent structure of the health feature pages also ensured a recognizable workflow. This approach reduced confusion, prevented data duplication, and improved data integrity. The transition from “multiple forms” to “one dynamic input” through this cohesive design significantly improved the user experience (UX), driving efficiency and long-term engagement in healthcare services at Puskesmas X Bengkulu Utara.

Abstract

This study examines the contribution of mangrove forests to coastal protection in Paluh Kurau, North Sumatra, which is experiencing severe abrasion. Mangrove forests in this area play an important role in dampening waves and maintaining soil stability. However, mangrove forests in Paluh Kurau face serious threats such as land conversion, lack of community participation, and dependence on the government for rehabilitation. As a result, there has been a decrease in the area of mangrove forests and an increase in coastal abrasion. Efforts to conserve and rehabilitate mangrove forests have been carried out by the community and government through mangrove planting and seeding. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the condition of abrasion, the role of mangroves, and conservation efforts in Paluh Kurau. The results show the importance of active community involvement and government support in maintaining the sustainability of mangrove forests to protect coastal areas from abrasion.

Abstract

The purpose of this Study is to find out How the development of the Exampro app as a digital-based learning evaluation model resulted. The method of this study is This research uses a Research and Development/R&D approach with a modified Borg & Gall model of development. This model consists of ten steps, however in this study it is simplified to six main stages, namely: (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product testing. Research Results (1) based on the validation assessment of the Subject Matter Expert showed a feasibility score of 88%, falling into the "Very Good" category. The experts assessed the content of the evaluation material on the application already relevant to the prevailing principles of learning evaluation and curriculum. Media Expert Validation earned a score of 85%, also in the "Very Good" category. The user interface was assessed as intuitive, functional, and in accordance with the principles of digital media design, (2) comparison of the results of each stage of validation and testing. All scores were in the range of 8288%, signifying that the ExamPro app was generally feasible and effectively used as a model of digital-based learning evaluation (3) students in small group examinations, which were asked to use the app in examination simulation. The questionnaire results showed an average satisfaction score of 82%. Students felt it was easier to access and complete the evaluation using this system compared to the conventional paper-based method.Based on the results of the study it can be concluded the development of the Exampro app as a digital-based learning evaluation model using the Borg & Gall development model of validation and comparison has been tested. try. The whole score was in the range of 8288%, signifying that the ExamPro app was generally feasible and effectively used as a digital-based learning evaluation model.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of optimizing bilingual learning in realizing quality education in the era of globalization. Bilingual learning, which combines Indonesian and a foreign language (especially English), aims to improve linguistic intelligence, communication skills, and prepare students to face global challenges. The research method used is a literature study by collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as books, journals, and previous research related to bilingual learning in elementary schools. The literature study in this article shows that the success of bilingual learning is highly dependent on teacher resources, equipment, teacher and student readiness, and facilities and infrastructure needed in the learning process and is a crucial factor in creating an effective learning environment. Thus, optimizing bilingual learning requires a holistic approach that includes careful planning, teacher resources, equipment, teacher and student readiness, and facilities and infrastructure to achieve quality and relevant education goals in the global era.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the Human Development Index (HDI) in the province of West Kalimantan. The variables analyzed in this study include Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), the Percentage of Poor Population (PPP), the Open Unemployment Rate (OUR), and the Average Length of Schooling (ALS). The data used in this study covers observations from 2019 to 2023, with a total of 75 districts/cities in West Kalimantan. Through multiple linear regression analysis, this study found that GRDP and ALS have a significant impact on HDI, while PPP and OUR show a negative relationship with HDI, although OUR has a significant influence. The regression model developed explains about 88.59% of the variation in HDI in this province, indicating that economic and social variables play a significant role in improving the quality of life. This study also conducted classical assumption tests, including linearity, homoscedasticity, and residual normality, all of which show that the regression model used meets the basic assumptions. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights for policymakers in designing more effective development strategies to improve HDI in West Kalimantan.

Abstract

Background: This research discusses the various learning models used in bilingual classes in primary schools. This research aims to analyse various effective bilingual learning models for primary school students, so as to contribute to the development of learning methods that can improve students' language skills, confidence, and learning quality. This research uses the literature review research method which is needed to explore topics and issues related to the research to be investigated. Some of the approaches reviewed include cooperative models such as Inside-Outside Circle and Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE), Preview-Review models using realia, and guided inquiry models combined with pair cards. Not only that, teacher training using the PPP (Presentation, Practice, and Production) method is also a concern to improve teachers' ability to teach bilingually.Results from various studies show that these models are successful in making students more active, understand the material better, and be more confident in using English. For example, the Inside-Outside Circle and SFAE models encourage students to discuss and exchange information, while the Preview-Review method with real media and the play and sing method make learning more interesting and easy to understand. Meanwhile, the guided inquiry model was found to be highly effective in improving students' engagement and learning outcomes in thematic lessons.Overall, these studies confirm that the use of active and interactive learning methods is essential in bilingual learning to make learning more enjoyable, communicative and effective for primary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the meaning of ijaz fil kalam (concise eloquence in speech) in interpreting the verses of the Qur’an, specifically within Surah Al-Ikhlas. The phenomenon of ijaz—a hallmark of rhetorical beauty and brevity in classical Arabic—plays a critical role in revealing profound meanings in minimal wording, especially in divine revelation. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, this study utilizes content analysis through a library research method. The primary data source is the text of Surah Al-Ikhlas, examined through the lens of classical balaghah theory and the interpretations of authoritative exegetes such as Al-Raghib Al-Asfahani, Al-Zamakhshari, and Fakhruddin Al-Razi. Findings reveal that each verse in Surah Al-Ikhlas contains distinct forms of ijaz, including ijaz hadhf (omission), ijaz qasr (restriction), and ijaz tarkib (structure), collectively reinforcing the concept of divine oneness in a concise and impactful manner. This contributes significantly to the linguistic and theological understanding of the Qur’an, offering a basis for interpretive approaches that are more attuned to rhetorical structures. The study's implications span Islamic education, Qur’anic exegesis, and Arabic language instruction, recommending the integration of balaghah-based analysis in contemporary tafsir studies. Further research is suggested to explore ijaz in other short surahs with varied da’wah contexts.

Abstract

This research focuses on improving the knowledge, skills and income of the community of RT 19 RW 03 Kelurahan Bumi Ayu through the application of hydroponics based on Islamic values. By actively involving the community and using a participatory approach, the program succeeded in improving the local economy and strengthening the social and spiritual aspects of the community. The results show that hydroponic business development supported by religious and social values can be an effective solution in empowering communities with significant economic benefits and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Public economic policies play an important role in creating a conducive investment climate in developing countries. This study aims to analyze how fiscal, monetary, and public regulatory policies affect the attractiveness of investment, both domestic and foreign. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature studies and secondary data, this article examines various government policies, ranging from subsidies, fiscal incentives, infrastructure development, to regulatory reform. The results of the study indicate that macroeconomic stability, legal clarity, and bureaucratic efficiency are key factors in attracting investors. On the other hand, regulatory inconsistency and economic uncertainty have proven to be major obstacles. Therefore, the formulation of measurable and sustainable public economic policies is an absolute requirement in improving the investment climate in developing countries.

Abstract

This article discusses the use of Indonesian in communication between students.. This research aims to examine communication patterns, challenges and the impact of using Indonesian on social interactions and academic understanding. The research results show that even though foreign terms are often used, students still realize the importance of Indonesian as the main communication tool. Effective use of Indonesian not only supports understanding of academic material, but also strengthens solidarity between students. This article provides insight for educators to encourage the strengthening of Indonesian in higher education environments.
