Abstract

The advent of artificial intelligence (AI) has ushered in a new era in e-commerce, fundamentally transforming business operations and customer interactions. This study investigates the impact of AI on e-service quality, focusing on both utilitarian and hedonic dimensions, and examines the mediating role of e-satisfaction in fostering e-loyalty within the Indonesian e-commerce context. The primary research question addresses how AI-enhanced e-service quality influences e-satisfaction and, subsequently, e-loyalty. Despite the growing importance of AI in e-commerce, there has been limited research on its dual role in enhancing both functional and emotional aspects of e-service quality. This study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze data collected through purposive sampling from consumers of major Indonesian e-commerce platforms. The findings reveal that AI significantly improves e-service quality by enhancing efficiency, reliability, and personalization, which in turn boosts customer satisfaction. Both utilitarian and hedonic improvements facilitated by AI contribute to higher levels of e-satisfaction, which strongly correlates with increased e-loyalty. Conclusively, this research highlights the pivotal role of AI in elevating e-commerce service quality, demonstrating that AI-driven enhancements in both functional and experiential aspects lead to greater customer satisfaction and loyalty. The implications for e-commerce businesses include the strategic use of AI to optimize customer experiences through personalized and efficient service delivery. As AI technologies continue to evolve, their potential to further enhance e-service quality and foster sustained customer loyalty presents significant opportunities for the future of e-commerce. This study provides valuable insights into the integration of AI in e-commerce, offering a roadmap for leveraging AI to achieve competitive advantage and customer retention.

Abstract

KPKNL Jakarta II, as a work unit under the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN), plays a vital role in managing state assets. However, employees face challenges such as demands for professionalism, high workloads, and dynamic policy changes. These conditions require an effective human resource development strategy. Coaching and mentoring are commonly used approaches, where coaching focuses on short-term skill development, while mentoring supports long-term career development. This study aims to analyze the influence of coaching and mentoring on employee performance at KPKNL Jakarta II. A quantitative approach was employed, involving all employees as respondents (53 individuals) using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that mentoring has a significant positive effect on employee performance, whereas coaching has a negative effect. These findings suggest that mentoring is more effective than coaching in improving employee performance, recommending the optimization of mentoring programs as a human resource development strategy at KPKNL Jakarta II.

Abstract

Diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases and has the potential to cause serious complications if not detected early. This study evaluates the performance of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm in diabetes data classification using parameter optimization with GridSearchCV. The dataset used includes eight health features from Kaggle, which include factors such as glucose levels, blood pressure, and body mass index (BMI). After parameter optimization, the SVM model achieved 74% accuracy on the test data, with precision and recall performance varying between classes. This research highlights the importance of hyperparameter optimization in improving the accuracy and balance of health data classification. These results provide insight into the application of machine learning technologies to support early detection and medical decision-making.

The inconsistent relationship that has occurred so far requires further explanation related to the causal factors. This inconsistent phenomenon and relationship certainly requires further explanation related to the causal factors. Therefore, the current study was conducted to explain this by conceptualizing emotions as a moderating variable. The research method used was a survey conducted on patients at several private hospitals in Lamongan. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire on 300 respondents. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed with Partial least Square (PLS). Research results explain that quality measured service with HCSQ Model has significant influence to satisfaction patient. On the side other, variable emo moderator said weaken interaction connection between quality service with satisfaction However No significant.

Abstract

In order to determine heirs to ensure legal certainty, a Notary is the only party authorized to issue birth certificates for all Indonesian citizens regardless of their ethnic origin. This is based on the UUJN (Notary Position Law) which stipulates that a notary has the authority to determine evidence in the form of general letters, including a statement of heirs. A Notary is appointed by law as the sole owner or institution that has the right to issue Notaries for all Indonesians, as referred to in Article 15 paragraph. (1) UUJN, based on the authority of a Notary to determine the actual deed. The authority of a Notary is a personal authority and its own function must have legal meaning, be binding, so that its function can run well and not conflict with the authority of other functions. The issuance of inheritance deeds by a notary to all Indonesian citizens without discrimination is in accordance with the principles of law and upholds the law on safety and equality before the law. Likewise, the right of a Notary to provide evidence as an heir or as a statement of heirs is protected by the UUJN, a step that is in line with the concept of development law.

Abstract

PT. Intra Asia, located in South Jakarta, offers health insurance products such as outpatient, inpatient, dental care, glasses, and maternity coverage. Since its launch in 2017, the company has served 17 clients, including new and renewal accounts. Its market focuses on companies providing additional health protection for employees. In 2022, five client companies reported a claim ratio exceeding 120%, with inpatient claims averaging over 90% and surpassing outpatient claims in 2023. Data for December 2023 shows 5,234 outpatient claims and 2,503 inpatient claims. In 2024, 142 inpatient claims were reported, with 97 cases (5%) experiencing lost monitoring, contributing to extended hospital stays and higher costs. The issue stems from insufficient monitoring due to reliance on third-party administrators (TPAs). While the company adheres to its SOPs, including regular claim ratio reviews (every 3–6 months), gaps in monitoring at hospitals have led to inflated inpatient costs, emphasizing the need for stricter follow-ups.
