Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of patient safety culture on patient safety performance at Fatmawati Central General Hospital Jakarta. Patient safety culture is examined through three key dimensions: safety culture at the management level, safety culture at the unit level, and the outcome of safety culture. The research employs a mixed methods approach using a sequential explanatory model, which combines quantitative and qualitative analysis. The quantitative data were collected through a survey involving 83 nurses selected using proportional random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 17. In the qualitative phase, in-depth interviews were conducted with selected informants to deepen the understanding of the quantitative findings. The results of the study show that all three independent variables have a significant positive effect on patient safety performance, with significance values below 0.05. The outcome dimension shows the strongest influence, indicating that incident reporting and safety awareness are crucial to improving performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.424, meaning that 42.4% of the variation in patient safety performance is explained by the model. In conclusion, strengthening patient safety culture—through leadership support, unit-level collaboration, and outcome monitoring—plays a vital role in enhancing patient safety and service quality in hospital environments.

Abstract

This study examines the role of testimonials and online customer reviews in influencing consumer purchase decisions, with customer engagement as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on consumers of PT. Java Abadi Gemilang, an IT services company. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 97 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument employed a five-point Likert scale and was tested for validity and reliability using SPSS and SmartPLS. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to evaluate both the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (inner model). The results show that online reviews significantly influence both customer engagement and purchase decisions, while testimonials do not. Moreover, customer engagement significantly mediates the relationship between online reviews and purchase decisions. These findings highlight the importance of interactive digital strategies in consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, organizational culture, and employee welfare on employee loyalty at the Prosecutorial Commission of the Republic of Indonesia (KKRI). The research is motivated by high employee turnover and the declining sense of belonging among staff. A quantitative approach was used, employing a survey method with a saturated sampling technique involving 40 respondents. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that organizational commitment, organizational culture, and employee welfare each have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, both individually and simultaneously. The standardized beta coefficients indicate that organizational commitment has the strongest impact, followed by organizational culture and welfare. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that 53.1% of the variation in employee loyalty is explained by the three independent variables. These results suggest that strengthening these factors is essential in enhancing employee loyalty in public institutions.

Abstract

Increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues has driven companies to adopt sustainable strategies in product development. This study aims to explore the influence of Green Packaging and Green Product on the purchase decisions of Lee Minerale products, with Environmental Awareness as an intervening variable mediating the relationship. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire survey, with respondents being consumers of Lee Minerale. The sample size used consists of 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS). The results of the outer model test indicate that all constructs meet the criteria for validity and reliability, with adequate loading factors, AVE, and Composite Reliability. The inner model results show that Green Product has a significant influence on both Purchase Decision and Environmental Awareness, while Green Packaging significantly influences Environmental Awareness but does not directly affect Purchase Decision. Furthermore, Environmental Awareness is proven to be a significant mediator that strengthens the influence of Green Packaging and Green Product on Purchase Decision. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating sustainability practices into marketing strategies to enhance consumer purchase decisions. As a practical implication, companies are advised to strengthen the communication of sustainability values to consumers in order to increase competitive advantage in the market.

Abstract

Car sales represent a business sector highly dependent on the implementation of appropriate payment strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This study aims to classify payment patterns in Toyota car sales using the Decision Tree algorithm. Historical sales data were utilized to identify various attributes influencing payment methods, such as cash, credit, or leasing.Through processes of preprocessing, feature selection, and model training, the Decision Tree algorithm successfully established clear classification patterns based on variables such as payment type, gender, car type, and car category. The research findings indicate that the Decision Tree method not only provides a high level of accuracy in classifying payment patterns but also produces models that are easily interpretable by business decision-makers. Thus, the implementation of this classification technique is expected to assist companies in designing more effective and targeted sales and promotional strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital transformation design strategy in creating competitive advantage in the hotel industry in Serang Regency, Banten Province. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies of six hotels operating in the research area. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of digital transformation in Serang Regency is still limited to the use of online reservation platforms and social media for promotion, while the integration of advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), self-check-in systems, and application-based services is still minimal. SWOT analysis identifies strengths in the form of digital platform adoption and active promotion, as well as opportunities through government support for the tourism sector. However, the low digital competence of the workforce and limited technology investment are the main weaknesses. The digital transformation strategy that was developed includes digitalization of core services, improvement of technology infrastructure, human resource training, and optimization of digital marketing. These findings emphasize that the success of digital transformation in the hotel industry requires integration between technology, organizational culture, and visionary digital leadership. The implications of this study provide theoretical contributions to the digital transformation model in the tourism sector as well as practical recommendations for industry players and policy makers to accelerate the digitalization of local tourism.
