This paper utilized scientific journals that focused on soft skills employee in 21st century keyword and personal branding for career keyword. The finding showed the core of employee skills were communication skill, critical thinking skill, and problem-solving skill. These core soft skills would lead to another soft skill, like creativity skill, negotiation, and decision- making skill. They could be formed and practiced by schools’ learning through group discussion, debate, writing report, and presentation. Thus, through the implementation of core soft skills, personal branding would follow automatically as self- characteristic. Abstract

The success of a university is influenced by the implementation of performance measurement. Performance at the university can be seen in terms of finance and non-finance. One of the most widely used indicators to determine the success of a university is in its research dimension. Where rankings are based on research to assess the performance of a university do not reflect the overall quality of the university as in the field of teaching. For this reason, it is necessary to apply performance measurements that can assess several existing dimensions, one of which is the balanced scorecard (BSC) approach. By applying the right performance measurement, eating will be able to create improvements in all fields that lead to the realization of Good University Governance. This literature aims to present information about performance measurement at universities both in terms of measurement indicators and what methods are used in performance measurement. The constraints and benefits of performance measurement are also described in this literature. Lack of understanding of the purpose and process of using the Performance Measurement System is the biggest obstacle in the successful implementation of university performance measurement. Pressure from external parties such as stakeholders and cultural differences within the university make performance measurement not work properly.

Abstract

State-owned enterprises (SOEs) are one of the business entities aiming to advance people’s wellbeing. Government Regulation (PP) No. 72 of 2016 concerning Procedures for Participation and Stock Capital Administration in State-Owned Enterprises and Limited Companies states that SOEs which are used as capital participation of other SOEs become subsidiaries of these other SOEs. It is considered to undermine the function of the The House of Representatives and make the state seem to have lost control of the former SOEs. The PP was tested materially because it was considered not in accordance with Law no. 19 of 2003 concerning SOEs. Based on the judicial review, the Supreme Court (MA) rejected the lawsuit. However , the Supreme Court’s consideration stated that SOEs which are SOEs subsidiaries remain state-owned and are inversely proportional to the Constitutional Court decision No.01/PHPU- PRES/XVII/2019 dated June 24, 2019, which in its consideration stated that SOEs must be considered the composition of its state-owned shares. The status of SOEs that has changed to become a SOEs subsidiary is no longer categorized as SOEs but becomes Limited Companies with special rights with a special assignment from the Government because it has series A shares (merah putih shares). The status of the State’s Wealth of the former SOEs becomes the assets of the former SOEs but still within the scope of State Finance.

Abstract

The Bankruptcy and PKPU mechanism is the best debt moratorium at this moment because the creditor may estimate the debtor's ability to pay by looking at his good faith and the peace plan's debt moratorium. The surge in commercial court lawsuits and other economic repercussions led to the bankruptcy and PKPU moratorium, which is not the proper solution. If unsure, the moratorium can be reviewed. The moratorium on bankruptcy and PKPU cases is not an effective solution because bankruptcy institutions and PKPU were born from Law Number 37 of 2004, so the idea of a moratorium must go through a legislative process to be in sync with that law, which is difficult and takes a long time. Technically, this moratorium limits commercial courts' competence, requiring legislative and judicial responsibilities to be synchronized. Implementing it will generate several issues.
