Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi perencanaan berbasis kinerja di UPTD SDN 2 Bumi Asih yang belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan data Rapor Pendidikan dalam menentukan prioritas kebutuhan sekolah. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan data tahun sebelumnya tanpa analisis kebutuhan aktual serta belum dilakukannya identifikasi dan penentuan skala prioritas berdasarkan indikator mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk menggambarkan kondisi nyata perencanaan sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses perencanaan di sekolah belum berbasis pada analisis data yang komprehensif, sehingga program yang disusun belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan prioritas. Selain itu, terdapat kendala dalam pemahaman dan pemanfaatan data Rapor Pendidikan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan. Dampaknya, perencanaan yang dilakukan kurang efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penerapan perencanaan berbasis kinerja yang sistematis melalui tahapan analisis data, identifikasi masalah, penentuan prioritas, dan penyusunan program yang tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa optimalisasi penggunaan data Rapor Pendidikan dalam perencanaan berbasis kinerja sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia serta penguatan budaya penggunaan data dalam perencanaan sekolah.   Kata Kunci: Perencanaan Kinerja; Rapor Pendidikan; Prioritas Kebutuhan; Mutu Pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the usability level of a Progressive Web App (PWA)-based pharmacy management information system called Siapotek, implemented at Apotek Madani. The system encompasses modules for sales, purchasing, stock management, BPOM reporting, room temperature monitoring, cash management, and drug demand forecasting using the Moving Average method. Evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, consisting of 10 statements on a Likert scale of 1–5. Respondents comprised three individuals representing all active system users: a pharmacist, a pharmaceutical technician who also serves as cashier, and the pharmacy owner. The calculation results showed an average SUS score of 79.17, categorized as Good with an Acceptable status based on the adjective rating and acceptability scale. This study is limited to evaluating usability from the end-user perspective  and does not cover technical system performance evaluation. Practically, the findings provide a reference for developers to improve the interface and enhance user experience. Socially, a system with good usability contributes to improving the efficiency of pharmaceutical services for the community. The originality of this research lies in the evaluation of a PWA-based pharmacy information system using SUS in the context of a small-scale pharmacy in Indonesia, which remains underexplored in existing literature.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven transformation in academic supervision practices; however, its implementation in schools remains largely conventional, administrative, and not yet optimal in supporting teachers’ professional development. This study aims to analyze the transformation of academic supervision through the integration of digital technology based on empirical research findings over the past ten years. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, consisting of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages based on PRISMA guidelines. The findings indicate that the integration of digital technology in academic supervision contributes to four main aspects: improving the efficiency of supervision implementation, strengthening documentation and learning monitoring, enhancing teachers’ professional competence and digital literacy, and transforming supervision models into more flexible, collaborative, and adaptive approaches. Therefore, the integration of digital technology in academic supervision not only functions as a technical support tool but also serves as a strategic approach to improving the quality of learning and teachers’ professionalism in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines how strategic marketing management contributes to enrollment sustainability in Islamic private schools operating in the digital era. It seeks to identify structural mechanisms that influence stable student enrollment beyond short-term promotional efforts. A qualitative case study design was employed using document-based analysis. Institutional strategic plans, marketing records, digital communication archives, and three-year longitudinal enrollment data were systematically analyzed through thematic coding and SWOT-based strategic interpretation. The findings reveal that enrollment sustainability depends on the integration of strategic coherence, analytics-enabled digital marketing, measurable service quality governance, and institutionalized trust mechanisms. Enrollment volatility was linked to campaign-dependent recruitment strategies, strategic–operational misalignment, and the absence of structured performance evaluation systems. At the same time, strong Islamic identity and community trust provided differentiation, but the lack of data-driven governance limited long-term stability. This study advances educational marketing theory by proposing an integrative sustainability model that bridges strategic management, digital transformation, service quality governance, and trust institutionalization in faith-based private schooling contexts.

Abstract

The problem based learning model is a student centered learning strategy, which is an innovative that learning model provides active learning conditions . this study aims to measures the effectiveness of research articles on the application of the PBL model to improving science learning. this type of research is a meta- analysis using secondary and quantitative data to draw accurate conclusion in the form of effectiveness by searching the literature from the EBSCO database, Google Scolar and Taylor & Francis. Articles that have been published from 2019-2023. The keywords for cross - sectional studies are as follows: "Problem based learning " and " education " and " science learning outcomes ". The articles studied were full text articles with an observational research design. The articles were collected using the PRISMA diagram, and analyzed using the Reviews Manager 5.3 applications. Based on the results of the Forest Plot of 4 articles on learning with the application of the PBL Model, it has 1.09 units higher to get good learning outcomes compared to students who are given the application of the non PBL model (P<0.001; 95% Ci: 0.29 – 1.89; I2 = 94%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share pada siswa kelas V SDN 84/II Empelu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah sembilan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes hasil belajar, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Think Pair Share mampu meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama siswa dari rata-rata 65,81 pada siklus I menjadi 81,27 pada siklus II. Selain itu, hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari persentase ketuntasan 66,67% pada siklus I menjadi 88,89% pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif dapat mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran serta meningkatkan pemahaman konsep yang dipelajari. Dengan demikian, model Think Pair Share dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of work practices Industry SMK N 3 Payakumbuh. The evaluation of the work practices of the industry (Prakerin) viewed from component design, Installation, and Cost, Product Procces faced in implementing Prakerin. Research results show that implementation of work practices in the industry of SMK N 3 Payakumbuh Computer Network Engineering program as a whole include: (1) evaluation of Goal Indicators of program design: prakerin acquire standard score 81.5% good. Then for the Preparatory Program indicators Prakerin earn standard scores 80.25%. (2) evaluation of Installation: indicator of the readiness of Teachers Supervising earn standard scores 85.33% good. then the instructor Readiness for DU/received 73% of the score is pretty standard. Next on the supporting facilities and infrastructure indicators obtained standard score 82% good. Next on the indicators of Source Funds obtain standard scores 83.33% good. Next on the relevance of the indicator Program with the needs of the Students acquire standard score 80,53% good. (3) the evaluation Process: preparation of Indicators gained 85.6% score is stdandar good. indicators for Program execution then Prakerin gained 75.83% score is fairly standard. (4) the evaluation of the Product: Indicators of Learning Assessment Participants Prakerin gained 69.75% score is fairly standard

Abstract

Based on observations implementation of learning computer and basic network indicated only limited by using print module media, with lecture methods and guided practice and have not used learning media with android technology. This research purpose to obtain validity of learning media android-based on computer and basic network subjects. Interactive learning media based on android is designed to improve students' understanding so as to improve learning outcomes. This research is a Research and Development (R and D) with 4-D method development procedures (Define, Design, Develop, Desseminate). Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis techniques to describe the validity of interactive learning media android-based. The results obtained from this development research the validity of Android-based interactive learning media is declared valid on the media aspects and material aspects. Based on the result of this reserch concluded that the interactive learning media android- based was declared valid to be used as teaching materials in computer and basic network.

Abstract

This research was quantitative research that used a true experiment research approach and a posttest-only control as the research design. This research conducted in SMK 1 Rao Selatan. The population in this research was the grade X students of computer engineering and network major in SMK 1 Rao Selatan. The technique sampling in this research was a total sampling or also called as a population research. In determining the experiment class and control class, the researcher used rolls of paper. Grade X of TKJ 2 elected as experiment class and grade X TKJ 1 elected as control class. The result of this research were average the students learning outcomes in experiment class was about 80,90 while in control class was about 74,84. From analysis test showed normal and homogeny data. The test result on the level significance a0,05 (the level of confidence 95%) obtained score thitung=3,498 and ttabel=2,000 so obtained Thitung>Ttabel (3,498>2,000). Therefore, Ho rejected and Ha accepted in this research. So, the conclusion was there a significant influence in Creative Problem solving (CPS) learning method with Treefingermodel toward learning outcomes of assembly computer of grade X students in program computer network engineering SMK 1 Rao Selatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develoved an Interactive Media on basic computers and networks Subjects and test whether the media can better improve the basic computers and networks. A four-D Research and Development (R & D) study had been applied to develop and test the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the Interactive Media inteaching basic computers and networks. The steps consisted of define; design; develop; and disseminate. The testing for content validity of the Interactive Media was found valid. Based on the teachers and the students response on the practicality, it was found that this media was found highly practical. Based on the learning outcomes the effectiveness of the media was found effective. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the Interactive Media can better improve the students' learning outcome on the basic computers and networks for Grade X at SMKN 5 Batanghari.
