This research focuses on empowering the people of Sambirampak Kidul Village through the use of tofu waste into products of economic value, namely healthy chips. The purpose of this study is to develop and test an intervention model based on technical training and the use of simple technologies in waste management, as well as to measure the impact of the program on improving economic well-being and environmental management in the village. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach, which allows researchers to deeply explore the experiences and views of the community towards this empowerment program. The data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis, and then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify the main patterns and themes that emerged from the data. The results of the study show that this program has succeeded in changing the community's perception of tofu waste from just waste to an economically valuable resource, as well as increasing income and environmental awareness in Sambirampak Kidul Village. The implication of this study is the importance of community-based education and empowerment in creating a sustainable and economically profitable waste management model. This research also makes a significant contribution to the development of community empowerment models that can be applied in various regions with similar conditions

This study explores the implementation of the Furudul Ainiyah mentoring program in an effort to improve the quality of graduates at Madrasah Aliyah. The Furudul Ainiyah program, which is designed to strengthen students' understanding and basic skills, has significant potential in improving the quality of education. However, madrassas often face challenges related to program implementation, including a lack of resources, varied teaching methodologies, and infrastructure support. The research method uses a qualitative approach with case studies as the main framework. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and analysis of curriculum documents and student evaluation results. The results of the study show that the assistance of the Furudul Ainiyah program has succeeded in improving students' understanding of the subject matter and their academic skills. The program also helps improve the learning process by strengthening academic support and increasing student engagement. However, the challenges faced include the need for further training for teachers and the improvement of support facilities.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of management training in the implementation of character education (Panca Adab) based on eastern culture in junior high schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research involves students, teachers, and the school as subjects. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation analysis, with data analysis carried out through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawn. The findings of the study revealed that thoroughly and systematically implemented training succeeded in improving students' understanding of character values, involvement in school activities, and the application of ethical norms in daily life. The program showed positive results in motivating students and improving their academic and social performance, with an emphasis on adapting to feedback and changing needs. The implications of these results suggest that this character education program is effective in shaping students' character and strengthening their relationships within the school community, making it a potential model for similar programs in the future.

This study discusses the assistance of learning Aswaja material through the application of peer learning methods in the religious education environment at the madrasah tsnawiyah level. The peer learning method was chosen as an approach to increase students' understanding and involvement in learning Aswaja concepts. This mentoring process involves students as facilitators in study groups, where they share knowledge and learning experiences with each other. A qualitative approach was used in this study, with case studies as the main framework. The research participants consisted of students, teachers, and school administrators who were directly involved in the learning process. Data was collected through interviews, participatory observations, as well as analysis of curriculum documents and evaluation of student learning outcomes. The results of the study show that the use of the peer learning method in Aswaja learning is able to increase student engagement, strengthen understanding of the material, and encourage collaboration between students. Challenges faced in the application of this method include differences in abilities between students and the need for facilitator training to be more effective in guiding groups. The discussion highlights the implications of these findings for the development of the Aswaja learning method in religious education institutions as well as strategic recommendations to optimize the application of peer learning methods to improve the quality of education.

This study focuses on examining the effectiveness of integrating situational leadership with traditional values to enhance student discipline in Islamic boarding schools. The primary objective is to explore how a holistic leadership training program, tailored to the unique cultural context of pesantren, can improve student adherence to school regulations and foster self-discipline. A qualitative case study method was employed, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. Data were collected from school administrators, teachers, and students at Nurul Jadid Middle School in Probolinggo, East Java. The findings indicate that the integration of situational leadership principles with the values of pesantren significantly improves student discipline, resulting in a more orderly and conducive learning environment. The study's implications suggest that this model can be adopted by similar institutions to enhance student behavior and academic outcomes. The research contributes to the growing body of literature on educational leadership and discipline, particularly within the context of Islamic education.

This study focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of training on the use of Google Form as an online exam medium in improving teacher competence and the efficiency of the assessment process at SD Negeri Besuk Agung, Probolinggo. The main objective of this study is to identify how this training can improve teachers' skills in using digital technology, as well as its impact on student motivation and participation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that Google Form training significantly increases teachers' confidence and competence in using this technology, as well as speeds up the assessment process. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and access to technology among students still need to be overcome. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of infrastructure support and ongoing training to maximize the benefits of technology in education. This research makes an important contribution to the basic education literature and offers practical guidance for technology adoption in resource-constrained schools.

The formation of akhlakul karimah (noble character) is an important aspect of children's education in Islamic teachings, which includes good moral and ethical values. This study is based on the aim to explore the effectiveness of mosque-centered activities in fostering these values among children. The background of this study highlights the important role of mosques in guiding children towards good morals through various religious activities. The methodology of this paper is based on Participatory Action Research (PAR) which involves active collaboration with community members in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the program. This approach includes counseling and training on akhlakul karimah values, organizing religious activities such as calligraphy, hadrah, qiro'ah, and Qur'an reading, increasing parental and community involvement, and conducting ongoing evaluations to assess the impact of the program. The findings of the study revealed that the mosque-centered approach plays an effective role in fostering positive attitudes and behaviors among children. Mosque-centered activities can also provide a positive impression to the community about the importance of prospering the mosque. The results of this study are expected to provide an understanding of how religious institutions such as mosques can play an important role in the moral and ethical development of children through community involvement and active participation.

This study aims to enhance teachers' technological competence in creating learning media using the Canva application for teachers in madrasah ibtidaiyah, emphasizing its role in improving the quality of teaching and student engagement. The study highlights the increasing demand for interactive and visually appealing educational content in modern teaching environments, necessitating teachers' proficiency in utilizing technology-based tools. The research employed a qualitative approach with data gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The methods included participatory action research to provide teachers with hands-on experience mastering Canva. Key activities involved lectures, practical workshops, and collaborative evaluations, enabling participants to develop skills systematically. Findings revealed significant improvements in teachers' abilities to design engaging and visually compelling educational content. Interviews indicated increased enthusiasm and confidence among teachers, while observations demonstrated a positive learning curve in mastering Canvas features. Documentation highlighted learning materials' enhanced quality and interactivity, leading to higher student motivation and participation. These findings contribute to the broader discourse on integrating technology in education, showcasing Canva's potential as an accessible tool for empowering teachers and enhancing the learning experience.

This study aims to enhance the self-confidence and psychological well-being of Indonesian migrant workers (TKI) in Hong Kong. The initiative was developed in response to the challenges faced by TKI, including discrimination, social isolation, and cultural adaptation difficulties, which often lead to low self-esteem and stress. Using a participatory qualitative research method, the study collected data through observations, in-depth interviews, and participant feedback during a series of training and counselling sessions focused on stress management, communication skills, and community building. The findings reveal significant improvements in participants' confidence, with notable increases in their ability to communicate effectively, manage stress, and build social support networks. These results underscore the importance of integrating training with social support mechanisms to address the multifaceted challenges faced by migrant workers. The study contributes to the literature on migrant worker empowerment by offering a replicable model for similar interventions in other contexts.

This research focuses on enhancing the pedagogical competencies of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers through intensive training on innovative teaching methods and contextual media development. The main objective of this study is to explore the effectiveness of participatory training in building teachers' individual competencies and strengthening institutional culture toward continuous pedagogical innovation. This study employs a qualitative method with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, actively involving teaching staff at MTs-MA Al-Khairaat Guraping, Kota Tidore. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions, then analysed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis technique consisting of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that training successfully improved teachers' theoretical knowledge from 45% to 85%, practical skills from 40% to 90%, and confidence from 50% to 80%. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of hands-on, collaborative approaches and institutional support to ensure sustainability and effectiveness of teacher professional development programs in Islamic educational institutions.
