Abstract

The use of physical school observation as a preliminary measure for education pupils is covered in this article. This school's setting is purposefully chosen to encourage the development of peaceful, suitable learning environments. The goal of MTsN 2 Medan, a renowned madrasah, is to create a populist, Islamic, high-quality, and ecologically sustainable MTsN 2 Medan. There are 32 pupils accessible in a single class at MTsN 2 Medan, out of the 95 teachers on staff. This school has enough infrastructure and facilities, both in terms of the kind of equipment, the proportions, and the general quality or state of the well-maintained facilities. Activities related to teaching and learning follow the guidelines of the Permendiknas-based educational units, specifically the use of learning implementation plans (RPPs). This study used an observational data gathering method with a qualitative descriptive research design. According to the study's findings, MTsN 2 Medan is a school with excellent facilities for both instruction and learning. The infrastructure offered is in line with what students require to learn. The curriculum is implemented using the guidelines set forth by Permendikbud. The standards of the learning process are also followed by the teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The Community in Culture is an agency that is a community within society which has an important role in maintaining and protecting cultural diversity, local wisdom, and forming local arts in the Riau Islands. Apart from that, we also want to know what are the inhibiting factors in maintaining local culture and the factors that support the implementation of local culture preservation by the cultural service. This research is descriptive research with qualitative research methods, namely collecting data from interviews with participants and also documentation. The results used in this research have an important aim for the cultural community in increasing cultural diversity in the Riau Islands by holding cultural festivals, namely increasing the potential of local culture by inviting people to see cultural heritage exhibitions in the Riau Islands, which aims to provide useful experiences and insights. more to the community and increase public awareness of the importance of local culture which must be preserved.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD Negeri 3 Karangampel on grade V students. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the creativity of grade V students at SD Negeri 3 Karangampel in learning fine arts through weaving activities using flannel fabric. This study used a narrative qualitative research approach. Data collection in this study applies triangulation techniques, which combine three different approaches to ensure the accuracy and validity of information, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were all grade V students of SD Negeri 3 Karangampel totaling 8 students. The results of this study prove that most students at SD Negeri 3 Karangampel have illustrated extraordinary creativity in learning fine arts through flannel weaving artwork. However, a small number of students still need additional encouragement to bring out their creativity in weaving art using flannel, this is motivated by some students who still feel afraid to try new things.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the low level of student creativity, this can be seen from the behavior of students who still do not dare to express their creative ideas in the work they produce. In creating fine arts for elementary school children, the important thing in creative activities is the student's creativity in producing the work, not the quality of the work. masterpiece. Teachers must be able to provide motivation in order to develop students' creativity. In this research, researchers chose creative activities by using natural materials in the form of grains to make unique works that have their own charm. The subjects in this research were class IV students at SDN 1 CENDONO, totaling 25 students. This research uses qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques to obtain data through observation methods, performance tests and interviews. The data obtained was analyzed and presented in qualitative descriptive form. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the application of learning mosaic artwork can increase students' creativity. It can be seen from the results of the students' mosaic work from the equipment, tools and materials, patterns produced using their imagination, attractive color compositions to produce beautiful mosaic works.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas budidaya ikan tambak dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota keluarga di kelurahan Tanjung Raja Kecamatan Tanjung Raja Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada informan Bapak Sarwani selaku pemilik usaha budidaya tambak ikan, observasi dan dokumentasi. Untuk teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah berjalan baik dan sesuai dengan indikator-indikator dalam Efektivitas Tambak Ikan telah dilakukan oleh pihak informan (pemilik tambak ikan dan pekerja di tambak ikan). Efektivitas dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan indikator pendekatan sasaran, pendekatan sumber, pendekatan proses, pendekatan gabungan yaitu: dapat disimpulkan bahwa budidaya ikan tambak merupakan salah satu alternatif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota keluarga di Kelurahan Tanjung Raja Kecamatan Tanjung Raja Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Hal ini didukung oleh berbagai faktor, seperti ketersediaan lahan, sumber daya manusia, dan dukungan pemerintah. Adapun indikator dari Aspek Materi, Aspek Mental, Aspek Fisik dan Aspek Spritual yaitu: dapat disimpulkan bahwa budidaya ikan tambak merupakan kegiatan yang sangat potensial untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota keluarga. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat ekonomi, tetapi juga manfaat sosial dan spiritual.

Abstract

In fact, Islam Nusantara is not something new. The bolding of the word "Nusantara" combined with "Islam" not only emphasizes the name, but also the character to show the pattern or color of a heterogeneous entity. In the past, Indonesia was known as the archipelago, but now it has changed because it has become a sovereign unitary state. Indonesia is also one of the largest places for the Islamic religion with the most adherents, which has its own unique characteristics in the history of its development. Indonesian Islam is spread, taught and adhered to in a peaceful and well-received manner. In the process of Islam entering the archipelago, there were several theoretical debates. This diversity of theories occurs because we look at the current conditions and realities of Muslims in the archipelago. Indications of religious practices, historical heritage and even customs carried out by Indonesian Muslims are important indicators to answer the first arrival of Islam. The entry of Islam into the archipelago brought by merchants, Sufis and ulama had its own characteristics starting from economic, political, educational, and even accommodating local culture. Introducing Islam as a new religion to people who already have animist beliefs, dynamism and have embraced Hinduism and Buddhism makes the ulama take a cultural approach. Apart from displaying good morals, the ulama in their daily lives also carry out acculturation to culture and even religion and community beliefs to introduce, teach and preach peaceful Islam. This cultural acculturation then makes Islam as a new religion easy to understand, accept and follow by society

Abstract

This article aims to discuss regional songs as a stimulus in learning creative dance. Starting from the development of curriculum demands that require students to have various skills. Creative dance learning is a learning concept that gives students the freedom to develop their creative potential. This article is analyzed by comparing the concept of creative dance with other creative dance concepts as well as through the results of several previous studies. The issues that will be discussed in this article are the concept of creativity, the concept of creative dance learning and the concept of folk songs as a dance stimulus. Through the stimulus of regional songs, it is hoped that it can provide space for self-expression for students in learning creative dance.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the collaborative character education that occurs in Kaulinan Barudak Overtime. Kaulinan Barudak is a game that has the value of cooperation to improve the quality of implementing character education. A concept of the character of cooperation is able to increase the ability to interact, the confidence of students and Kaulinan Barudak is actually not just a game just for fun, but this activity is part of Ethno Pedagogic and character education which contains the seeds of discipline lessons, self-confidence, living together, social sensitivity, even the most important thing is the content of cultural morals. The issues that will be discussed in this article regarding the implementation of character education in enhancing cooperation through Kaulinan Barudak Overtime. It is hoped that the implementation of collaborative character education in Kaulinan Barudak Overtime students can have self-confidence, be polite, care for the environment, and be honest in every behavior and action.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self awareness dengan kecemasan pada penderita bipolar. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independent self awareness dengan variabel dependent kecemasan. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif koresional . Teknik sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan quota sampling dengan sampel minimal 206 anggota komunitas bipolar sehat bersama. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah individu yang terdiagnosa bipolar dari usia 18-47 tahun. Penelitian ini memiliki dua instrument yaitu skala self awareness dan skala kecemasan . Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji korelasi spearman brown dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.00 for windows. Hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,780 yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat koefisiensi korelasi penelitian ini terdapat hubungan negatif, dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p = <0,05). Artinya semakin tinggi self awareness yang dimiliki individu maka akan semakin rendah tingkat kecemasan yang dialami oleh individu. Sebaliknya, apabila semakin rendah tingkat self awareness yang dimiliki individu maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat kecemasan yang dialami oleh individu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang proses pemberdayaan kelompok wanita tani (KWT) Sari Tani Didesa Karya Mulya Kecamatan Rambang Kapak Tengah Kota Prabumulih dan dampak dari proses pemberdayaan kelompok wanita tani (KWT) Sari tani di Desa Karya Mulya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif diskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa pemberdayaan KWT Sari Tani di Desa Karya Mulya meliputi (1) pengidentifikasian yang terdiri potensi , permasalahan dan kelompok serta peluang-peluang kelompok.(2) perencanaan, terdiri dari penyadaran, pengrekrutan anggota dan pendamping, persiapan lapangan. (3) pelaksanaan yang terdiri jenis kegiatan, media, materi, partisipasi, dan motivasi, dan (4) pemantauan dan evaluasi program pada proses dan hasil kegiatan. Dampak yang diperoleh dengan adanya pemberdayaan KWT Sari Tani adalah dapat meningkatkan kemandirian, skill atau keterampilan, serta keharmonisan antar anggota KWT Sari Tani. Belajar, adanya hasil produksi ibu rumah tangga(KWT); menambah wawasan mengenai dunia pertanian; memiliki keterampilan dan dapat membantu ekonomi keluarga serta kesejahteraan keluarga.
