Abstract

The business that is currently in our spotlight is the MSME Hot Geprek Jaja_nandiana business. Where the Hot Geprek business is still using the Financial Statements manually which is irregular so that the owner of Hot Geprek Jaja_nandiana has difficulty knowing his monthly income and expenses. Based on these problems, we aim to help business owners by providing education and training on the use of fintech (financial technology) in financial management. Financial management that utilizes fintech will be much faster, and provide convenience, as well as accuracy. The methods used in this training are: identification, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this activity showed positive results in understanding the use and utilization of fintech applications in financial management and being able to apply them to their MSME businesses.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises with abbreviations commonly known as MSMEs are a type of business or business entity that is real and contributes to the economy. MSMEs are now directed to be able to make improvements in recording good financial statements. Recording financial statements is one of the important factors in a business. Financial reports are useful for presenting financial information which is of course used for both internal and external parties related to these business activities. However, in reality there are still many MSMEs that have not reported financial statements for various reasons. On this occasion we would like to provide training on how to create or compile a simple financial report on Ms. Excel is easily accessible by business owners, one of which is at Toko Dunia Plastik, Bengkulu City. We see that Toko Dunia Plastik uses financial reports manually and does not yet have good and correct financial reports according to Financial Accounting Standards, which have not separated financial statements between capital, expenses, and private interests. Based on these problems and with the results of observations, we are moved to carry out socialization related to the preparation of financial reports so that they are easy to apply among MSMEs, especially the World Plastic Store.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the growing economic sectors in Indonesia. This sector is mostly run by entrepreneurs because it is easy to manage and does not require too large a cost in the process of its establishment. One of the MSMEs that are often found in the city of Bengkulu is MSMEs that produce and sell food made from black sticky rice. This community service activity will be held on Jl. RE Martadinata RT.12 RW.02 NO.15 Kel. Cage Mas Kec. Bengkulu City Malay Village. With this socialization, MSMEs still sell products in the form of Rengginang Ketan Hitam in conventional ways that do not yet have good product characteristics or brand image for consumers. As well as making MSMEs aware of the importance of using product names/brands so that they are easily recognized by consumers. The socialization of entrepreneurship carried out in this service is carried out in several stages, the first stage of awareness, the second stage of capacity building and stages of empowerment. all stages have been practiced for MSME actors at RT.12 RW.02 NO.15 Kel. Kandang Mas Kec. Kampung Melayu Bengkulu City and can be received with a fairly high enthusiasm. After this socialization is carried out, MSME actors can create brands and sell products to the market and use current technology. It is hoped that every MSME can create product characteristics or brands to be easily recognized by consumers and help increase product sales.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelatihan ini ialah untuk memberikan penguatan kepada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah, terkait peningkatan kemampuan dalam menyajikan laporan keuangan yang akuntabel. Metode yang digunakan adalah praktek penyusunan laporan keuangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Proses wawancara dilakukan dengan menggunakan depth interview. Kegiatan ini juga menghadirkan dua narasumber yaitu dari pemilik Toko bernama Deys Erika Julianti dan Filda Kusuma. Hasil penelitian ini sangat membantu sekali bagi pemilik Toko dalam mencatat kas masuk dan kas keluar dalam bentuk jurnal lalu membuat buku besar sampai dengan pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana baik itu laporan laba rugi, perubahan modal dan neraca.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy to increase sales results in the al-batsit bakery business. According to Lion Rimbun in Andreas (2010:38) the definition of quantitative methodology is a procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of research or oral data from people and observable behavior. This research is descriptive qualitative using primary and secondary data sources, while the data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews), observation and documentation. Direct face-to-face marketing strategy or word of mouth system, the business should be in marketing products using social media.

Abstract

One of the weaknesses of farmers in Indonesia is related to the problem of managing their farms. Farmers usually carry out activities as part of daily life so that the management or management process is not passed properly, starting from the planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling stages of the business. Likewise with the farmers in the village of Ulak Lebar kec. Merigi Kelindang Kab. Central Bengkulu. With this background, this service activity was carried out. Using a simple management introduction method, it can measure changes in both the knowledge and management skills aspects to the community. After participating in the socialization, the community's knowledge increased along with their understanding of the management function (POAC).

Abstract

Pentingnya media pembelajaran dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran seringkali terabaikan oleh guru dengan berbagai alasan. Diantaranya terbatasnya waktu untuk mempersiapkannya, sulit mencari media yang tepat, dan juga tidak tersedianya cukup dana. Program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengenalkan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang dapat menjadi alternatif bagi para guru dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan ialah memberikan pelatihan membuat media pembelajaran berbasis online dengan web-blog dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas pada guru-guru SMKN 06 Kota Bengkulu pada Program Keahlian Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan. Peserta pengabdian adalah guru-guru Program Keahlian Teknik Komputer Jaringan Pelatihan diadakan di SMK Negeri 06 Kota Bengkulu 1 Minggu. Pelaksanaan pengabdian secara umum dapat dikategorikan berhasil dari segi partisipasi peserta mengingat dari 8 target peserta mengikuti semua pelaihan yang diberikan Peserta merasa kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat bermanfaat untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis we-blog yang akan mereka gunakan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Respon peserta atas kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan menyatakan bahwa dari kualitas pemateri, kualitas modul adalah sangat baik

Abstract

UMKM di Indonesia sangat berkembang pesat, banyak sekali pelaku usaha memulai bisnis dengan menciptakan UMKM, namun tak jarang juga banyak pelaku usaha yang tidak bisa mempertahankan bisnis mereka. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai bagaimana cara mempertahankan bisnis kecil sehingga terus berkembang menjadi bisnis yang besar. Salah satuj hal yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mengetahui target pasar dan memanfaatkan media digital untuk melakukan pemasaran UMKM. Di kota Bengkulu sendiri terdapat banyak pelaku usaha UMKM khususnya dibidang kuliner, salah satunya yaitu dodol ketan yang diproduksi oleh masyarakat kecamatan kampung melayu Bengkulu. Dodol ketan telah menjadi makanan yang menjadi oleh-oleh khas dari Bengkulu, namun selama pandemi kemarin usaha dodol ketan mengalami penurunan pelaku usaha menhadapi tantangan yang cukup besar untuk terus mempertahankan usahanya. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai wadah mempromosikan UMKM sangat diperlukan untuk mempertahankan UMKM. Pemasaran menggunakan media digital tentunya akan sangat memudahkan pelaku usaha karena dapat dilakukan dengan efektif dan efesien serta mempermudah pelaku usaha untuk menentukan tempat pasar. Pemasaran menggunakan media digital dapat berupa konten video dan foto serta pamflet yang tentunya tidak memerlukan biaya yang cukup besar.

Abstract

Cassava chips are a type of food that is familiar to us. The delicious taste makes these chips a product that is liked by all levels of society. UMKM of cassava chips Dewi Sri is one of the UMKM that produces and sells this cassavabased product. The method of implementing the activity consists of a presentation method by providing an explanation through direct delivery and a question and answer method or discussion. The flow of the stages of this community service activity consists of the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. UMKM Cassava Chips Dewi Sri provides a variety of flavors, namely spicy, salty and sweet corn flavors. Cassava Chips produced by the Dewi Sri Cassava Chips UMKM average around 240 kg/day. This production capacity is still limited because some production equipment is still semi manual. The use of digital technologybased marketing can be a new breakthrough knowledge for Dewi Sri Cassava Chips UMKM to develop their marketing strategies through social media and marketplaces. The result of this Community Service activity is that Dewi Sri's Cassava Chips UMKM are increasingly understanding about digital marketing and are able to own and manage social media and marketplaces as promotional tools.

Abstract

Pencatatan Laporan Keuangan merupakan salah satu hal yang penting bagi suatu usaha terutama usaha UMKM. Tetapi saat ini masih banyak sekali usaha yang belum mampu mengelola keuangan dengan baik dan benar. Ada beberapa faktor penyebab usaha mie ayam ini tidak membuat pencatatan laporan keuangan dengan baik dan benar, salah satu diantaranya adalah ketidak tahuan mereka terhadap ilmu dan pengetahuan dan mereka tidak tahu ingin memulai dari mana untuk membuat pencatatan laporan keuangan dengan baik dan benar Oleh karena itu kami tim pengabdian dosen dan mahasiswa akuntansi unived memberikan sosialisasi pencatatan laporan menggunakan aplikasi sepran terutama mempraktikan pencatatan yang mana merupakan kegiatan mencatat transaksi keuangan yang telah terjadi untuk memudahkan dalam membuat pencatatan laporan keuangan bagi usaha mie ayam. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dalam bentuk penyukuhan , diskusi, praktik dan proses pencatatan laporan keuangan. Hasil pengabdian ini sangat membantu sekali bagi pemilik usaha mie ayam dalam membuat pencatatan laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi sepran
