Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Preaching Cadre Training as an effort to improve students' public speaking skills through the Sarwahan activity. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation related to the training process and students' preaching practices. The findings indicate that this training, based on experiential learning, significantly enhances students' self-confidence, public speaking competence, and active participation in Sarwahan forums. Sarwahan has proven effective as a contextual and practical preaching training medium that supports the development of communicative character among students. However, the program faces challenges, including low participant commitment and limited external communication media. Therefore, strengthening training strategies and managerial support such as optimizing digital media and providing intensive mentorship is essential. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of an adaptive and sustainable Islamic boarding school-based preaching training model.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Qur’anic values in shaping the religious character. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach to investigate how Qur’anic principles are internalized through daily practices, role modeling, and institutional management. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers, students, and pesantren administrators. Findings reveal that the Qur’an serves not only as a textual source of knowledge but also as a behavioral guide actively embodied in the daily routines of santri. Religious character formation is facilitated through consistent activities such as communal prayers, Qur’an recitation, and ethical mentoring, supported by the exemplary behavior of teachers. Furthermore, the institutional management plays a strategic role in designing and maintaining an environment that integrates Qur’anic values into all aspects of pesantren life. The study concludes that the successful internalization of Qur’anic values results from a synergy of value-based education, modeling, and structured management. This model provides a transformative and holistic framework that addresses the contemporary crisis of moral and religious identity among Muslim youth, offering a replicable alternative for character education in formal settings.

Abstract

This study explores the use of Project-Based Learning (PBL) in religious education at the senior high school level, aiming to enhance students' collaboration skills. By focusing on real-world projects, PBL fosters teamwork, critical thinking, and the application of religious principles in everyday life. A school known for its diverse student body and innovative teaching approaches, the study uses a qualitative case study design. Data was gathered through semi-structured interviews with teachers, students, and administrators, along with direct classroom observations. The results indicate that PBL significantly improved students' collaboration abilities, including communication, responsibility-sharing, and conflict resolution. However, challenges such as time constraints and students’ difficulty in linking abstract religious concepts to practical projects were noted. Teachers used strategies like rotating leadership roles, reflection discussions, and managing group dynamics to facilitate learning. Despite the success, the study highlights the need for teacher training and curriculum adjustments to overcome the limitations of time and address the unique challenges of applying PBL in religious education. Overall, PBL proves to be an effective approach to increasing student engagement and understanding, though its implementation methods require refinement to suit religious content.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing on brand awareness of MSME products. The background of this study is based on the low level of brand awareness, which remains a major challenge in developing the competitiveness of MSMEs, especially in non-metropolitan areas. Using a quantitative approach and an explanatory survey method, data was collected from 100 SME respondents who actively use social media in their marketing strategies. The research instrument was validated through validity and reliability tests, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results indicate that the three independent variables—digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing—have a positive and significant impact on brand awareness. Digital marketing has been proven to efficiently enhance brand visibility; social media strengthens emotional connections and closeness between brands and consumers; while influencer marketing provides credibility effects that expand brand reach through social influence. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.645 indicates that the model explains 64.5% of the variance in brand awareness. This study provides practical contributions for SMEs in designing more effective and adaptive digital marketing strategies in response to changes in digital consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of individual innovation capability and knowledge sharing on employee performance. Using a quantitative correlational approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 67 employees across six beauty salons. The results of multiple linear regression analysis revealed that both individual innovation capability (β = 1.124, sig. = 0.000) and knowledge sharing (β = 1.275, sig. = 0.000) have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. These findings suggest that employees who are open to new ideas, creative in solving problems, and willing to exchange knowledge with their peers tend to perform better in service-based tasks. The study emphasizes the importance of fostering a work environment that promotes innovation and collaboration to support sustained employee performance. It also highlights the need for future research to consider additional variables such as organizational support or leadership style to better understand performance drivers in similar contexts.
