Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green finance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on profitability and to examine the moderating role of the capital adequacy ratio (CAR). This research employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression analysis. The data used are secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of banking companies over a five-year observation period. The sample consists of 16 banking companies with a total of 80 observations. The analytical model applied in this study is the Common Effect Model (CEM). The results show that green finance has a positive and significant effect on profitability, indicating that sustainable financial practices can enhance financial performance. In contrast, CSR does not have a significant effect on profitability. Furthermore, the moderation analysis reveals that CAR strengthens the relationship between green finance and profitability but does not moderate the relationship between CSR and profitability. These findings imply that the implementation of green finance plays an important role in improving banking profitability, particularly when supported by adequate capital strength. This study contributes to the development of the sustainable finance literature and provides insights for financial institutions in formulating strategic financial policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior through its three dimensions idea generation, idea promotion, and idea realization with job satisfaction acting as a mediating variable in the context of public healthcare organizations. A quantitative explanatory approach with a cross-sectional survey design was employed. Data were collected from 152 civil servants working at a regional public hospital in Indonesia using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results reveal that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on idea generation, idea promotion, idea realization, and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also shows a positive and significant influence on idea generation and idea promotion but does not significantly affect idea realization. Furthermore, mediation analysis indicates that job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and both idea generation and idea promotion, while no mediating effect is found for idea realization. These findings imply that transformational leadership and employees’ positive work attitudes play an important role in encouraging innovation in public healthcare organizations, particularly in the early stages of innovation processes, highlighting the need for leaders to foster supportive work environments that enhance employee satisfaction and innovative engagement.

Abstract

Effective implementation of the School Health Effort Program (UKS) is essential for promoting students’ health and fostering a healthy school environment. The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation of the School/Madrasah Health Effort Program through health education, health services, and the development of a healthy school environment. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this study. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving key informants such as the principal, UKS teachers, and students. The collected data were analyzed through the processes of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the UKS program has been implemented through three main components. Health education is conducted through health counseling and the cultivation of clean and healthy lifestyle habits among students. Health services are provided through the utilization of the school health unit room and collaboration with local health institutions. In addition, the development of a healthy school environment is supported through classroom cleaning duties and routine school cleanliness activities. These findings imply that strengthening collaboration among school stakeholders and continuous health education can enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of school health programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mismatch of educational infrastructure in supporting learning innovation, focusing on infrastructure suitability, principal management, causal factors, and its impact on learning effectiveness. The research employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation, involving school leaders, teachers, and students. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with triangulation to ensure validity. The results indicate that educational infrastructure is generally available but insufficient to optimally support learning innovation. Key constraints include limited technology-based learning media, inadequate classroom conditions, and unstable internet access. Budget limitations, rapid technological changes, and outdated facilities are the main factors contributing to the mismatch. These conditions hinder the implementation of innovative learning, leading teachers to rely on conventional methods and reducing student engagement. This study implies that improving educational infrastructure through adaptive management strategies and stronger policy support is essential to enhance the effectiveness and quality of innovative learning.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an integrative framework explaining how PESTEL dynamics and dynamic capabilities drive sustainability transformation in Indonesia’s manufacturing sector. Sustainability has become a strategic imperative due to escalating environmental crises and increasing global pressure on industries to align economic growth with ecological boundaries. However, a persistent gap remains between macro-level sustainability policies and their practical implementation, particularly in emerging economies characterized by institutional complexity and resource constraints. This research adopts a conceptual design using systematic literature scoping from major databases between 2021 and 2025 to ensure contemporary relevance. The analysis employs an inductive–deductive approach through theory mapping, construct refinement, and integration to synthesize a coherent framework. The findings reveal that PESTEL functions as an interconnected system rather than isolated factors, creating multidimensional pressures on firms. Organizational responses are heterogeneous, shaped by internal interpretive capacities rather than external forces alone. Dynamic capability acts as a strategic mediator through sensing, seizing, and transforming processes that enable firms to convert constraints into opportunities. Sustainability paradoxes further complicate decision-making and influence strategic outcomes. This study contributes theoretically by bridging macro and micro perspectives while offering practical guidance for managers and policymakers. Future research should empirically test the framework across sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of role conflict and job stress on job satisfaction through burnout, while highlighting the role of psychological resilience within educational management contexts. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological design was employed to explore individuals’ lived experiences in managing organizational demands. Data were collected through in-depth, semi-structured interviews with purposively selected participants who had experienced workplace conflict and job-related stress. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis, including data condensation, display, and verification. The findings reveal that role conflict and job stress contribute to emotional exhaustion, decreased motivation, and negative work perceptions. Burnout emerges as a key mediating mechanism linking job demands to job satisfaction. However, individuals who demonstrate adaptive coping strategies—such as problem-focused coping, emotional regulation, and meaning-making—show higher psychological resilience and better job satisfaction. From an educational management perspective, leadership practices, communication systems, and institutional support significantly influence these psychological dynamics. This study implies that strengthening educational management strategies, including psychological support systems and stress management programs, is essential to enhance job satisfaction and sustain organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) in strengthening the performance of school counselors (Guidance and Counseling teachers) in Islamic educational institutions. This research employs a library research method, with data collected through a review of 30 relevant journal articles published within the last five years. Data analysis is conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach to gain an understanding of the integration between SHRM and counselor performance. The results indicate that counselor performance is a multidimensional construct influenced by both internal and external factors. This performance can be measured through key indicators, including the ability to plan guidance and counseling services, implement basic services, conduct individual and group counseling, engage in cross-professional collaboration, demonstrate understanding of professional ethics, manage administrative and counseling data, and carry out program evaluation and follow-up. All these indicators are closely related to SHRM pillars, namely competency-based recruitment and selection, continuous professional training and development, objective performance appraisal, and organizational support alongside a conducive work culture. This study emphasizes that strengthening counselor performance in Islamic educational institutions cannot be conducted partially but requires a systemic integration between performance indicators and SHRM practices.
