Pancasila and Citizenship Education Journal: Media Study of Pancasila and Citizenship Education is focused on the study of discourse and citizenship practices in the dimensions and perspectives of cultural diversity, equality, and social justice in the context of socio-economic, civic education and learning, related to issues of social and moral responsibility, community involvement and political literacy, as well as legal awareness. This journal publishes scientific and research-based articles on various Pancasila and civic education, and educational topics where conceptual issues of citizenship, local wisdom, political education, legal education, multiculturalism, and plurality issues are discussed. Pancasila and Citizenship Education Journal are very interested in scientific and professional studies in the discourse and practice of citizenship. We seek submissions of articles that cross the lines of scientific disciplines (interdisciplinary perspectives) that aim at the development of Pancasila and citizenship studies and citizenship education in the local, national, and global scope. Our particular attention is paid to works dealing with historical and contemporary questions of concern regarding other dimensions, meanings, and forms in relation to citizenship and contributing to education for citizenship. Each article published has gone through a peer-reviewed process by designated experts. They have experience in journal management and article publications in prestigious journals. The article published in Kewarganegaraan has met the requirements set by the Editorial Board of this journal.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBegal is a synonymous verb which means robber. The term robber in writing has not been regulated in positive law in Indonesia. In general, robbery is often carried out by children who are still in school, such as middle school and high school, especially in the city of Medan. This research aims to find out the criminal responsibility of children who commit robbery crimes in the city of Medan. This research is in the form of descriptive analytical research, namely the data obtained will be described by providing an overview of legal problems, the legal system and analyzing according to the needs of the research, then analyzed based on from existing theories equipped with binding legal materials such as statutory regulations. From the results of analysis from various sources it was found that the punishment for children who commit the crime of robbery has not been regulated in law, but in the case of robbery in the city of Medan it was carried out by minors in resolving responsibility is based on Law Number 11 of 2012, namely that resolving children's cases prioritizes extrajudicial processes by involving the perpetrator, victim, family of the perpetrator and other related parties to jointly seek fair resolution by emphasizing restoration back to its original condition, and not retaliation to seek restorative justice and can also be given criminal responsibility for children involved in criminal cases as stated in Article 81 paragraph (2) of Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Judicial System A child who states that the prison sentence that can be imposed on a child is a maximum of 1/2 (one- half) of the maximum threat of imprisonment for an adult.Keywords : Robber, Children, Criminal ResponsibilityABSTRAKBegal merupakan kata kerja, sinonim yang berarti penyamun. Istilah begal secara tertulis belum diatur dalam hukum positif di Indonesia. Begal pada umumnya sering dilakukan oleh anak yang masih duduk di bangku sekolah seperi SMP dan SMA terutama di Kota Medan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu pertanggung jawaban pidana anak yang melakukan kejahatan begal di kota Medan, adapun Penelitian ini berupa penelitian deskriptif analisis yaitu data yang diperoleh akan diuraikan dengan memberikan gambaran masalah hukum, sistem hukum dan menganalisis sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari penelitian, kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan dari teori-teori yang ada dengan dilengkapi bahan hukum yang mengikat seperti peraturan perundang-undangan. Dari hasil analisis dari berbagai sumber ditemukan bahwa hukuman bagi anak yang melakukan kriminalitas begal belum di atur dalam Undang-Undang, namun pada kasus begal di kota Medan yang di lakukan oleh anak di bawah umur dalam penyelesaian pertanggung jawabannya  ialah dapat berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012, yaitu penyelesaian perkara anak lebih mengedepankan proses di luar peradilan dengan melibatkan pelaku, korban, keluarga pelaku/korban, dan pihak lain yang terkait untuk bersama-sama mencari penyelesaian yang adil dengan menekankan pemulihan kembali pada keadaan semula, dan bukan pembalasan untuk mencari keadilan restoratif serta juga dapat diberikan pertanggung jawaban pidana terhadap anak yang terjerat pada perkara pidana tercantum pada Pasal 81 ayat (2) Undang-Undang No 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Anak yang menyatakan pidana penjara yang dapat dijatuhkan kepada anak paling lama 1/2 (satu perdua) dari maksimum ancaman pidana penjara bagi orang dewasa.Kata Kunci : Begal, Anak, Pertanggung Jawaban Pidana

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi digital dalam proses pembelajaran telah mengintegrasikan dirinya dengan mulus ke dalam kerangka pendidikan kontemporer. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menilai pelaksanaan pendidikan PPKn berbasis digital di SMP Negeri 5 Percut Sei Tuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi kasus, pengumpulan data dari instruktur dan siswa melalui wawancara dan observasi. Temuan analisis dan pengamatan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa lembaga pendidikan belum berfungsi secara maksimal, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan kewarganegaraan, karena masih bergantung pada buku teks dan papan tulis sebagai sumber belajar. Guru PPKn di sekolah tersebut menggunakan metode ceramah seperti biasanya, yang dimana murid hanya mendengarkan apa yang disampaikan oleh guru saja. Guru yang mengajarkan mata pelajaran PPKn pada kelas IX di SMP Negeri 5 Percut Sei Tuan tersebut, terkesan hanya memberikan pengajaran dalam bentuk hapalan terhadap materi pelajaran tentang Pembukaan UUD 1945. Hal tersebut perlu diperbaiki agar kedepannya pembelajaran PPKn di sekolah tersebut terlaksana dengan efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

ABSTRACTLearning design is very important to achieve a learning goal. There are various kinds of learning designs that can be done, one of which is collaborative based learning design. This research aims to see how the efficiency of collaborative based learning design is applied in junior high schools, especially in Civics subjects. This research was conducted in class VII-7 SMP Negeri 27 Percut Sei Tuan. As for conducting this research using research methods with a qualitative approach, namely research conducted by collecting data that researchers have done based on the results of observations and questionnaires. The subject of this research is class VII-7 students of SMP Negeri 27 Percut Sei Tuan, totaling 30 people. The results showed that the collaborative learning design in junior high school was quite well implemented, it can be seen from the data obtained showing the attitude of contributing 76%, a sense of responsibility 66%, managing time 83%, courage to express opinions 76%, accuracy in finding sources of information 60%. The time of this research was conducted on September 18, 2023. ABSTRAK Desain pembelajaran sangat penting dilakukan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan pembelajaran. Ada berbagai macam desain pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan, salah satunya adalah desain pembelajaran berbasis kolaboratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat bagaimana efisiensi desain pembelajaran berbasis kolaboratif diterapkan pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama khususnya pada mata pelajaran PPKn. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas VII-7 SMP Negeri 27 Percut Sei Tuan. Adapun dalam melakukan penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data yang telah peneliti lakukan berdasarkan hasil observasi dan angket. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII-7 SMP Negeri 27 Percut Sei Tuan yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa desain  pembelajaran  kolaboratif  pada  sekolah  menengah pertama sudah cukup baik dilakukan  penerapannya, dapat dilihat  dari  data  yang  diperoleh  menunjukkan sikap  berkontribusi 76%, rasa tanggung jawab 66%, memanajemen waktu 83%, keberanian panyampaian pendapat 76%, ketepatan mencari sumber informasi 60%. Waktu penelitian ini dilakukan pada 18 September 2023.

Abstract

Perubahan situasi dan kondisi alam membuat seluruh aspek kehidupan berubah yang kemudian harus menyesuaikan dengan situasi terkini. Hal ini termasuk pada aspek pendidikan di Indonesia, yang merubah sesuai kurikulum pendidikan sesuai kebutuhan zaman. Kurikulum ini terlahir karena adanya dampak pandemi yang menyebabkan learning loss dan menyesuaikan tuntutan abad 21 yang menitik beratkan pada pendidikan berbasis luaran atau dikenal sebagai Outcomebased Education (OBE) hingga di butuhkan mahasiswa dengan lulusan yang memiliki soft skill yang baik guna bisa bersaing di dunia kerja. Dengan kebijakan kurikulum baru ini diharapkan mahasiswa dapat memperkuat soft skillI-nya dengan mengikuti program yang yang telah di sediakan oleh Kemendikbud. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan program Merdeka belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) dapat memperkuat soft skills mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang di ikuti mahasiswa mampu memperkuat soft skills mahasiswa. Soft skill tersebut muncul dari pengalaman mahasiswa selama megikuti program MBKM yang akan berguna untuk kehidupan dunia kerja nantinya.

Abstract

This article discusses human existence in Pancasila. The discussion will focus mainly on the second principle which reads "Just and civilized humanity". In the second principle of Pancasila, the author sees how human existence exists there. Humans can be said to have existence if they act fairly and morally towards others. Based on this, the author tries to see how human existence in Pancasila cannot be separated from the divine aspect, seen from the perspective of Sartre's existentialism which tends to be more atheistic. In compiling this article, the method used was descriptive-analysis. The author explains material obtained from several sources such as books and articles, then the data obtained is processed to achieve an understanding of Pancasila and Sartre's existentialism. In this article, the author tries to explain the second principle of Pancasila and how human existence in it is then seen from the perspective of Sartre's existentialism. Pancasila, which has a theistic character, is seen from the perspective of Sartre's existentialism, which is seen as more atheistic in nature.

Abstract

AbstractThe use of modern learning media such as laptops and Power Point can be used if supported by adequate facilities. However, in some schools the use of learning media like this cannot be implemented so the learning media used is still conventional, such as using cardboard and cards. The aim of this research is to increase the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 27 Medan in learning Citizenship Education. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation and literacy. The research results show an increase in interest in learning using conventional learning media. The use of conventional media is applied because modern learning media cannot be used. Even so, students' interest in participating in Citizenship Education lessons is increasing.AbstrakPenggunaan media pembelajaran modern seperti Laptop dan Power Point bisa digunakan jika ditunjang dengan fasilitas yang memadai. Namun dibeberapa Sekolah penggunaan media pembelajaran seperti itu belum bisa diterapkan sehingga media pembelajaran yang digunakan masih bersifat konvensional seperti penggunaan Karton dan Kartu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas VIII di Smp Negeri 27 Medan pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan literasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan terjadi peningkatan minat belajar dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran konvensional. Penggunaan media konvensional diterapkan karena media pembelajaran modern tidak bisa dilakukan. Meskipun begitu, minat belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan semakin membaik.

Abstract

The Galah Asin game is a traditional game that is often played by 10 year old children. This salty pole game is a game that until now has rarely been seen played by children in the current adult era. The Galah Asin game itself actually holds a variety of benefits, because in this game a child is required to work together and socialize with friends around him and this is part of the Indonesian culture which prioritizes togetherness rather than the individual. His presence game online In the current adult era, children are fascinated by its presence so that they forget about the traditional games that exist in the surrounding environment and nowadays we see that the traditional game of galah asin is rarely played by children. This research is aimed at re-existing the traditional galah asin game which is a cultural heritage, so that its presence must not be forgotten and must be preserved from generation to generation. Abstract

Arah pendidikan politik masih mosaik dan kurang mendunia, kebijakan, perencanaan, penganggaran yang kurang berpijak pada dunia. Idealnya, arah pendidikan politik bersifat multikultural yaitu pembangunan/ pendidikan yang berpijak pada gagasan peraturan, karakteristik, kekayaan, ragam kebutuhan lainnya yaitu kebutuhan peserta didik, keluarga, masyarakat, berbagai sektor pembangunan dan sub-sub sektornya. Selain mengembangkan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal seraya memenuhi kebutuhan tuntutan global. Nilai-nilai pendidikan politik di abad 21 harus bersifat mulikultural menekankan pada aktif kewarganegaraan transformative, bersifat open minded. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Penggunaan metode ini dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang penelaahannya menggunakan berbagai buku, jurnal, literatur, catatan, artikel, dokumen penelitian dan berbagai laporan yang masalahnya berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai Pendidikan politik abad ke-21.

Abstract

In 2022 there were 133 cases of village fund corruption out of 155. Weakintegrity is the cause. Strengthening the integrity of village government officials with the anti-corruption village program. This program contributes to the prevention of corruption, but many village governments do not know about it. The vision and mission of Karangsewu village is in line with this program. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the anti-corruption village aspect in Karangsewu village and its obstacles. Data collection using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques with reduction, classification, data display, conclusion. The results of the research show that each program refers to Perkal, Pergub, and or Perbub, supervision is carried out with a finger print system, dukuh work boxes, routine coordination meetings once a month. Community service through Pukesos and social media (kalurahan web, WAGrup). Community involvement with musduk, muskal, and musrenbangkal. The local wisdom of merti dusun has implemented anti-corruption values although it has not been programmed. Constraints are the lack of Perkal to support policy implementation, BPKal time management is not proportional, participation is still measured by attendance at activities, and there is no specific local wisdom related to anti-corruption.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to find out the effectiveness of implementing animated video-based learning media in understanding Pancasila and citizenship education learning material for students in class IX-3 of SMP Negeri 27. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. This research focuses on class IX-3 students at SMP Negeri 27 Medan, totaling 29 students. The data collection technique used in this research is by observing, distributing questionnaires to respondents and looking for other references from books and journals. The research results show that animated video-based learning media is effective for implementation for class IX-3 students at SMP Negeri 27 Medan, students find it easier to understand Pancasila and citizenship education learning material by using animated video-based learning media. Animated videos are able to increase student interest and enthusiasm and make it easier for students to learn in class.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang efektifitas dari pengimplementasian media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi dalam memahami materi pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan terhadap siswa kelas IX-3 SMP Negeri 27. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, penyebaran angket kepada responden serta mencari referensi lain dari buku dan jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi efektif untuk diimplemtasikan terhadap siswa kelas IX-3 SMP Negeri 27 Medan, siswa lebih mudah dalam memahami materi pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi. Video animasi mampu untuk meningkatkan ketertarikan dan antusias siswa dan mempermudah siswa dalam belajar di dalam kelas.
