Abstract

The legal profession in Indonesia plays a crucial role in maintaining justice and upholding the law. Advocates are required to uphold integrity, honesty, and responsibility through adherence to a professional code of ethics. This study aims to analyze the role of the advocate code of ethics in maintaining professional integrity and ensuring legal justice. The research method used is a normative juridical approach, with a literature analysis of various regulations, codes of ethics, and previous research findings. The results indicate that the code of ethics serves as a guideline for behavior, a supervisory instrument, and a means of maintaining public trust in the legal profession. The discussion confirms the positive impact of implementing the code of ethics on public trust, although its implementation still faces obstacles such as a weak Honorary Council, limited enforcement, and fragmentation of advocate organizations. Strengthening efforts are carried out through ethics-based legal education, ongoing development, institutional reform, and public involvement.

Abstract

The problem in this research is related to the low interest in becoming a teacher among FKIP students class of 2019 at Siliwangi University. This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personality and self-efficacy on the intention to become a teacher. The method used is a quantitative survey with an explanatory research design. The research population is the 2019 FKIP class of 1240 students. The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling with a total of 302 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression test showed Y=2.881+0.264X1+0.243X2. The results of the partial test stated that the personality variable tcount>ttable or 5.800>1.967 and a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means there is an influence on interest in becoming a teacher and self-efficacy tcount>ttable or 4.089> 1.967 and a significance of 0.000<0.05 which means there is influence on interest in becoming a teacher. Simultaneously the value of fcount>ftable or 155.535>3.025 with a significance of 0.000<0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence between personality and Self Efficacy on the interest in becoming a teacher.

Abstract

A single paragraph of about 250 words maximum. For Stunting is a growth disorder in children where their height is below the standard for their age. Although the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia has decreased, it remains high according to WHO criteria. Stunting has the potential to reduce productivity in adulthood and increase the risk of degenerative diseases. The causes of stunting are complex and varied. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal education level, nutritional intake, and family parenting on the incidence of stunting in children under five in the working area of Puskesmas Hiang, Kerinci Regency. This research used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted from March to May 2024. The study population consisted of 837 children under five, with a sample of 94 children selected using proportional random sampling. The independent variables in this study included “maternal education level, nutritional intake, and family parenting,” while the dependent variable was “stunting.” Data analysis was conducted using the Chi-Square test. The prevalence of stunting in children under five reached 23.4%. A significant relationship was found between maternal education level and nutritional intake (energy, carbohydrates, vitamin A, and fat) with the incidence of stunting in children under five. However, there was no significant relationship between protein intake, zinc intake, and family parenting with stunting incidence. Abstract

Digital transformation in public services is a crucial phenomenon in the modern era of governance, which demands efficiency, transparency, and accountability. One effort undertaken by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia is the implementation of the Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH), which is expected to improve the quality of marriage registration services across all Religious Affairs Offices (KUA). This study aims to analyze the implementation of SIMKAH at the KUA in Ciparay District, Bandung Regency, by examining supporting factors, obstacles, and its impact on public services. A qualitative case study approach was used, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data were then analyzed using George C. Edwards III's policy implementation model, which encompasses aspects of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure, and is supported by theories of good governance and e-government. The results indicate that the implementation of SIMKAH has brought positive changes in terms of service efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency in administrative processes. However, it faces challenges such as limited digital infrastructure, technological literacy, and resistance from some members of the public to the use of new technologies. This study recommends increasing human resource capacity, strengthening technological infrastructure, and implementing a more intensive outreach strategy to maximize SIMKAH's future use.

Abstract

Although students are usually self-motivated, external factors are still needed to increase their learning motivation. Pre-survey results indicate that schools do not use project-based learning models when teaching. This study aims to implement Islamic values-based project-based learning in learning materials on bacteria in high schools: an effort to increase student learning motivation. This research method is a Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE Model with a non-equivalent control group design to differentiate between the experimental and control classes through pretests and posttests. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung during the 2022/2023 academic year. The population of this study was all tenth-grade students, with sampling carried out using cluster random sampling. The data collection technique used tests administered twice, namely pretests and posttests. Data analysis techniques to determine whether there is an effect of the use of the Project-Based Learning approach model on student learning motivation were carried out using the T-test and N-Gain. The results of the analysis indicate that the development of the Islamic values-based Project-Based Learning model is suitable for learning on bacteria material and has a simultaneous positive effect on increasing student learning motivation.

Abstract

The Asian clam (Corbicula javanica) is a benthic filter-feeding bivalve widely found in Indonesian waters, playing an important role both as a food source and as a bioindicator of aquatic environmental quality due to its ability to accumulate minerals and heavy metals. Despite its ecological and socio-economic importance, scientific data on its nutritional composition in Indonesia remain limited. This study aimed to analyze the proximate composition of C. javanica collected from Gege Waters, Waihali Village, East Flores Regency, to provide baseline information on its nutritional value and ecological relevance. Sampling was conducted purposively in July 2025, and proximate analysis was performed in the laboratory following standardized methods: moisture by gravimetry, ash by incineration, protein by Kjeldahl, fat by Soxhlet extraction, and carbohydrate by difference. The results showed that C. javanica contained high moisture (83.13%), protein (51.27%), ash (12.56%), moderate carbohydrate (28.05%), and low fat (8.13%). These findings confirm its potential as a high-quality protein and mineral source while emphasizing its ecological role as a bioindicator species. In conclusion, this research fills the knowledge gap on the nutritional profile of C. javanica in Indonesian waters, supports its safe utilization for food security, and strengthens its application in sustainable fisheries and environmental monitoring.

Abstract

Education is an effort to prepare students for future roles through guidance, teaching, and training. This study aims to assess the depth of character by instilling religious and moral values in early childhood at the Mangunan Experimental Kindergarten located on Jalan Kenanga, Cupuwatu II, Purwomartani, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection was carried out through observation of children's behavior during learning. The behaviors observed were prayer, caring, patience, cooperation, responsibility, and tolerance. The number of subjects studied was 141 children. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Miles and Huberman model, which included data condensation, data display, and data conclusion drawing/verifying. The results showed that teachers had instilled religious and moral values in children properly and correctly. The instillation of these values was carried out in daily learning activities so that what has been taught by teachers can be directly practiced by children. Teaching religious and moral values is not only done in the school environment but also needs to be done in the family and community environment. Therefore, teachers, parents, and the community must support and cooperate with each other in teaching religious and moral values to children. The methods that can be used are role models, habituation, stories, videos and audio visuals.
