Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of cost, income, profit, and the level of business feasibility of the cracker production, as well as to identify the problems faced in managing the business. According to Kasmir and Jakfar, a feasibility study is essential to assess the extent to which a business can provide benefits to investors and related stakeholders. A feasibility study is a crucial stage that cannot be overlooked, as it serves to compare the costs incurred with the benefits obtained. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with an approach based on actual field conditions. Data were collected through observation and interviews. The financial aspect analysis was conducted using the Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index (PI) methods. The object of this study is the Putri Sulung Cracker Factory, established in 2009 by Mr. Sudarso and managed independently without involving employees. The main objective of establishing this business was to support the family’s economy and take advantage of market opportunities for traditional snack products. The analysis results show that the PP value in 2023 was 3.753 years and decreased to 2.496 years in 2024, indicating that the investment return period is relatively long. The NPV value was IDR 230,516,003 (positive), PI was 7.683, and IRR reached 15.02. These three indicators demonstrate that the business provides benefits to investors and has growth potential. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Putri Sulung Cracker Factory business is feasible to operate and has a high potential for financial profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of lifestyle and financial literacy on the use of digital payment among students at Dehasen University Bengkulu. The background of this research is the rapid development of financial technology that encourages students to adopt cashless transactions. However, the lack of financial literacy has led many students to behave consumptively. This research employs a quantitative associative method with 110 student respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software, including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study show that lifestyle and financial literacy have a significant influence on the use of digital payment, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.670 indicates that 67% of the variation in digital payment use can be explained by lifestyle and financial literacy, while the remaining 33% is influenced by other factors. These findings suggest that students with a higher level of financial literacy and a more productive lifestyle tend to use digital payment more wisely and efficiently. Therefore, improving financial literacy is essential to encourage responsible digital financial behavior among university students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Celebrity Endorsers and Prices on Elzatta Hijab Purchase Decisions (Case Study of Elzatta Shop Customers in Lahat City) partially or simultaneously. This study is a quantitative associative research using the Accidental Sampling technique and the Slovin formula method in determining the sample. The sample used in this study amounted to 81 people who were used as research respondents. Based on the results of the study, the regression equation Y = 4.602 + 0.385 X1 + 0.503 X2 + e, means that without the variables Celebrity Endor (X1) and Price (X2), then the Purchase Decision (Y) is 4.602. The value of the determination coefficient (R2) is 0.551, meaning that the independent variables have a contribution with dependent variables of 55.1% and the remaining 44.9% are influenced by other factors that were not studied by the author. Based on the results of SPSS processing version 25.0, the Fcal value of 47.876 was obtained while the Ftable value was 3.114 thus 47.876 > 3.114, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that the variables Celebrity Endor (X1) and Price (X2) together had a significant effect on the Decision Purchase (Y). The Ttable value is 1.664. By comparing the value of Thitung and Ttabel it can be concluded: the variable Celebrity Endorser (X1) with the value of Tcount > Ttable or 4.664 > 1.664 , then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Price (X2) with a Thcal value of > Ttable or 6,270 > 1,664, then the variables Celebrity Endorser (X1) and Price (X2) have a partial effect on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Elzatta Hijab (Case Study of Elzatta Store Customers in Lahat City).

Based on the results of the Multiple Linear Regression test b1 (regression coefficient value X1) has a positive value (+) of 0.032, it can be interpreted that if variable X1 increases, variable Y will also increase and vice versa, b2 (regression coefficient value X2) has a negative value (-) of - 0.009, it can be interpreted that if variable X2 increases, variable Y will decrease, and vice versa, The results of the t test (partial) show that the significance value of the influence of Work Discipline (X1) on Work Productivity (Y) is 0.001 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 6.615 > the t table value of 1.685, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of Work Discipline (X1) on Work Productivity (Y), the t test (partial) shows that the significance value of the influence of Work Motivation (X2) on Work Productivity (Y) is 0.001 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 6.786 > The t table value is 1.685, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of Work Motivation (X1) on Work Productivity (Y). The F test (Simultaneous Test) shows that the significant value for Variable X1 and Variable X2 on Variable Y is 0.960 > 0.05 and F count is 0.041 < F table value of 3.24. This proves that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no significant influence of Variable X1 and Variable X2 on Variable Y.
