Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of principal's policy, teacher support, and implementation of differentiated learning on the learning achievement of grade XI students at SMAN 2 Kepulauan Selayar. The study used a quantitative explanatory approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample consisted of 80 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation, then analyzed through prerequisite tests, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination. The regression equation obtained was Y = 54.230 + 1.909X1 + 2.612X2 + 2.339X3. Principal's policy had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement (t = 4.612; p < 0.001). Teacher support also had a positive and significant effect (t = 5.963; p < 0.001). The implementation of differentiated learning had a positive and significant effect (t = 5.730; p < 0.001). The simultaneous test showed that the three variables had a significant effect on learning achievement (F = 26.100; p < 0.001), with an R Square of 0.507.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze implementation costs, economic benefits, and the contribution of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) to the protection of food nutritional quality based on scientific articles published from 2020 to 2026. The study used a Systematic Literature Review based on PRISMA 2020 and supported by simple bibliometric mapping. Articles were searched through Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, Crossref/DOI, Garuda/Sinta, PubMed, ScienceDirect, MDPI, Frontiers, and relevant journal platforms. The results show that 17 articles discussed HACCP/FSMS, 7 articles focused on economic aspects and implementation barriers, and 6 articles examined nutritional quality and food processing. In addition, 20 articles or 66.7% were published in 2024-2025, indicating increased research attention to HACCP, FSMS, and digital food safety monitoring. The main costs of HACCP include training, documentation, equipment, audits, certification, and facility improvement, while the benefits include process efficiency, reduced product rejection, reputation improvement, and wider market access.

Abstract

This study aims to critically evaluate the theoretical framework, methodological robustness, and empirical claims of Tran et al. (2026) regarding the impact of Fintech credit on green innovation. Employing a systematic critical review methodology, this research analyzes the original study's data sources, variable operationalization, and econometric modeling to assess both validity and reliability. The analysis reveals that while the original study successfully differentiates peer-to-peer (P2P) from balance sheet lending and identifies key moderating variables (capital supply and financial development), its main findings are compromised by three specific limitations. First, the observational cross-country design establishes correlation but fails to prove definitive causality. Second, relying exclusively on patent counts creates measurement ambiguity regarding true green innovation. Third, hand-collected Fintech credit components introduce potential coding inaccuracies. Furthermore, theoretical gaps concerning reverse causality and mechanism ambiguity remain unresolved

Abstract

This study aims to identify, analyze, and formulate strategies for developing community-based local resource potential in Tehoru District, Central Maluku Regency. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using SWOT analysis, IFAS-EFAS, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and a foresight approach. The results of the study indicate that Tehoru District has superior potential in the agriculture, fisheries, plantations, and nature tourism sectors spread across 10 villages. All villages are in Quadrant I (SO-Aggressive), which indicates that internal strengths and external opportunities are more dominant than the weaknesses and threats faced. Priority development strategies include modernizing agriculture and plantations, strengthening MSMEs based on local potential, developing nature and cultural tourism, and strengthening village economic institutions such as BUMDes and farmer groups. Foresight analysis shows that technology-based development, strengthening community capacity, and sustainable environmental management are important factors in realizing Tehoru as a community-based agro-industry and agro-tourism area in the future.
