Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Bimbingan Konseling dengan Teknik Storytelling Berbantuan Video Animasi Terhadap Perilaku Maladaptif Santri di Pondok Pesantren Ittifaqiah”. Perilaku maladaptif adalah perilaku yang tidak diinginkan, misalnya memukul, melempar barang, atau menyakiti diri sendiri. Dengan cara mengatasi perilaku maladatif anak yang pernah dilakukan oleh guru yaitu dengan memberikan ancaman kepada anak setelah kejadian berlangsung, kadang guru hanya mendengarkan penuturan anak tanpa menindak lanjuti masalah yang ada. Sehingga perlu adanya upaya yang harus dilakukan agar dapat menurunkan perilaku maladaptif pada santri agar memiliki perilaku yang lebih baik yakni dengan menggunakan sebuah layanan dalam bimbingan dan konseling yaitu bimbingan kelompok dan mengunakan sebuah teknik yaitu teknik storytelling dengan berbantuan video animasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui, pertama perilaku maladaptif santri sebelum diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik storytelling berbantuan video animasi. Kedua, perilaku maladaptif santri sesudah diberikan teknik storytelling berbantuan video animasi. Dan ketiga, untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan kelmpok dengan teknik storytelling berbantuan video animasi terhadap santri di pondok pesantren ittifaqiah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen dan desain one group pretest-posttest. Dari jumlah populasi 52 santri diambil 8 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket dengan jumlah 22 pernyataan yang telah dilakukan uji validitas rhitung > rtabel dengan range nilai rhitung 0,328-0,823 dan rtabel 0,279. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perilaku maladaptif pada santri pondok pesantren ittifaqiah mayoritas berada pada kategori mulai berkurang (MB) dengan nilai 402,25. Dari hasil uji normalitas dipeoleh 1,526 dan hipotesis diperoleh 3,4. Maka dari itu, bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik storytelling berbantuan video animasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku maladaptif santri di pondok pesantren ittifaqiah.

Abstract

  This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between quarter-life crisis and religiosity. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational type of research. The population in the survey was final-year students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, which amounted to 638 students. From the sampling technique used using Slovin, there was a sample of 87 students. This study takes a quantitative approach with correlational research that aims to determine how two variables are connected. This field study uses questionnaire-based data collection methods and documentation, with 25 statement items from each instrument. The design of this study is to correlate Pearson product moments. The results showed that the average student experienced a quarter-life crisis and a moderate level of religiosity. Meanwhile, the Correlation test results show a strong relationship between the quarter-life crisis and the level of religiosity in final-year students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication. The relationship is determined based on the interpretation of the correlation coefficient, which is in the range of 0.60-0.799—testing the data hypothesis in research that has been done, where the higher the quarter-life crisis experienced, the higher the level of religiosity in students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between religiosity and suicidal ideation in final-semester students. The research was conducted using a correlational quantitative approach. The population in this study were final semester students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Da'wah with a sample of 107 people (80.4% female and 19.6% male) collected by random sampling technique and the scales used were religiosity scale and suicidal ideation scale. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between religiosity variables and suicidal ideation was -0.121, so it can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between religiosity and suicidal ideation in final-semester students. For further research, it can expand the scope of research and consider relevant variables.

Abstract

This research is entitled Individual Counseling Using Self-Disclosure Techniques to Increase Self-Confidence in Women Suffering from HIV/AIDS (Case Study on "M" at the Indonesian Family Planning Association, South Sumatra). The background to this research is based on problems that occur with clients where clients experience a sense of lack of self-confidence as a person with B20. This research aims to determine individual counseling using Self Disclosure techniques to increase self-confidence. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach using field research. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are pattern matching, data explanation and time series analysis. The results of this research show that there are two factors that influence client M's self-confidence, namely internal and external factors. After using the Self Disclosure technique, there appeared to be a change where client M had experienced changes in increasing his self-confidence.

Abstract

This study aims to appreciate the leadership of the principal of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hudayah Serang who uses a participatory leadership style. This research will show the results of improved performance in the institution, in the aspect of improving teacher performance. To get the results of the study, researchers use qualitative methods that use interview approaches and social analysis. The results of this study show an increased teacher performance based on the leadership style carried out by the principal of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Serang, as evidenced by the increased participatory aspect of a teacher and the planned program is running well. In addition, in this study there is a review of theories that can be a reference for implementing the effectiveness of participatory leadership styles, namely; 1). Participatory leadership dynamics; 2). Decision-making process; 3). Conflict management strategies; 4). Active communication strategy; 5). The existence of the absence of educators.

Abstract

The management function in educational institutions plays an important role in the world of education to realize various ideas, ideas, work programs, and other activities aimed at advancing education to improve and develop the quality of educators in multiple competencies. So that it can improve the overall quality of educational staff in an educational institution. In this discussion, the researcher uses qualitative research methods as support in his research based on a literature review known as a Literature Review. This approach can clarify and simplify the presentation of the research subject. The data sources were obtained from journals, articles, and writings related to management functions in educational institutions which were accessed via Mendeley.com, the Publish or Perish application, and Google Scholar. Thus, the results of the management analysis implemented in educational institutions show that a leader can improve by implementing the POAC principles (Planning, Organizing, Implementing, and Controlling) well.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding of the theory of the goal path leadership model or goal path, and the characteristics of goal path leadership that can motivate employee performance. This research uses qualitative methods and a literature study approach. The data collected is in the form of literature documentation on; 1). Definition of Leadership; 2). Leadership characteristics of the goal path; 3). Application of Goal Path Leadership. This research found that Leadership is a skill and ability that can direct, foster, train, and prohibit, people from working together to achieve group goals effectively and efficiently. Path goal leadership is a leadership style that has two main functions, namely providing clarity of goals and providing support and attention to subordinates, which has the impact of motivating subordinates. Goal leadership has four leadership characteristics, namely, directive leadership, supportive leadership, participatory leadership, and achievement-oriented leadership). This theory can also be applied to a leader choosing actions in diverse situations and dealing with them effectively.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of 3M games (Throwing, Catching, and Kicking) on gross motor skills in early childhood in TK Harapan Bunda Empat Lawang. The research method used was an experiment with pretest and posttest control group designs. The sample of this study was 18 randomly selected early childhood children divided into two groups: the control group (n = 9) and the treatment group (n = 9). The treatment group was given an intervention in the form of 3M games for three weeks, while the control group did not receive the intervention. Data was collected using gross motor ability tests before and after the intervention. The results of the data analysis showed a significant improvement in gross motor skills in the treatment group after the 3M game intervention. In contrast, there was no substantial change in the control group. These findings indicate that 3M games effectively improve gross motor skills in early childhood. The implication of this study is the importance of including games involving throwing, catching, and kicking activities in early childhood learning programs to promote gross motor development.

Abstract

Man is equipped with knowledge so that he realizes his nature as a human being who has rights and obligations that can account for it. The debriefing provided is not only about the ability to gain knowledge but also about "behaving well by norms and values" and soft skills. That is the function of education. The purpose of this study is to find out whether Snakes and Ladders learning media can improve early childhood gross motor skills and to find out what factors affect early childhood gross motor development in Suri Tauladan Kindergarten in Pagar Alam City. The type of research used in this study is classroom action research (PTK), which, in English, is called classroom action research (CAR) and is a study conducted in the classroom. The qualitative analysis approach (assessment analysis) was used in this study. Data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, interviews, and observations. In cycle I, the gross motor category of lace students for rubber students who develop very well and develop as expected, while in cycle II, it increases. Early childhood gross motor improvement in Suri Tauladan Kindergarten in Pagar Alam City can be proven by the results of the research. In cycle I, the category of students developed very well and developed as expected, reaching 36.36%, increasing in cycle II to 81.81%.

Abstract

Early childhood development is associated with psychological changes themselves, covering cognitive, linguistic, socio-emotional, religious, and moral aspects. Cognitive development in early childhood is concerned with all psychological processes related to knowledge, as well as the way the child learns and thinks about his environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of teachers in improving students' writing skills and to find out what obstacles teachers find in improving student's writing skills in Suri Tauladan Kindergarten in Pagar Alam City. The method in this study uses quantitative methods with the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK), which in English is called Classroom Action Research (CAR). The type of research used in this study is qualitative analysis research (assessment analysis), which uses data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, interviews, and observations. Students' writing skills have not developed. Therefore, one action is needed, namely the role of the teacher. The implementation of learning carried out by teachers can improve students' writing skills in Suri Tauladan Kindergarten in Pagar Alam City. In cycle I, students' writing skills are low, while in cycle II, it increases.
